We absolutely loved the campgrounds and the people! Absolutely beautiful location, clean and well-kept. We had a perfect corner site. The people went above and beyond! We loved Ginger and everyone we met!

Unfortunately the site was right across from a Legacy Motorcycle check in tent; thus very loud (harley's) and lots of cigarette smoking those manning the check in station. I could not eve sit out on the designated site's patio due to the lingering smoke from both. Bikes in and out all day, before and past quiet time. Otherwise the park seemed well maintained & clean, staff was very friendly.

Campground is very close. But it is very clean. A lot of things to do. Pool is nice and hot tub.

We've been to this KOA many times, but only during the summer. We had no idea that the campground would be decorated for Halloween! What an awesome surprise! The staff there work so hard to make things special for people staying there. Thank you!

Staff was super nice, pool and Hot tub was good. Site was level and shaded. Pictures on website was a little misleading. Construction was delayed causing our site to be changed but we was accommodated and placed on another site. Manager personally called us to inform us of a large group that was coming in to make us aware .

I reserved a deluxe cabin on 07/2021. We arrived 10/1/2021 to stay and celebrate my daughters birthday with 6 adults and 2 large dogs.The cabin was extremely tight and uncomfortable CL02, bunkbed room is the size of a closet. No full size fridge. Not what I wanted. Had to rent a second cabin K18. Only stayed one night. Not the experience we were expecting in accommodations. Staff was amazing.

Nice place but you can't pick you spot online, ours was suppose to be water front but all we could see was the water just behind our camper no scenic view of the water. The spots are small and cramped for space.

Everything was great, I would come to on the lack of tent sites available, left at the farthest end and in the mangroves ( I was eaten alive by the no see em’s ) also being pet friendly , maybe some individual containment’s for those of us primitive camping , who want to enjoy your concessions ie.. pool kayaking, even going to the showers and toilet, without hazard concerns for our pet, no AC

We very much enjoyed the staff and the location. Unlike other campgrounds, we felt very welcome and everyone seemed to love our dogs.

Poor customer service. Cabin smoke alarm started chirping every minute at 4:30am. No answer at after hours number. Slept in my car. At checkout, I requested a refund or credit, no luck. Filled out a comment card with my phone number, have not heard from them. I will not stay here again.

An amazing place to stay the water is right there kayaking was a blast, the beach is minutes away just an overall amazing place to be.

good till a/c went out in cabin last night there and ready to really enjoy but had to pack up camp that's the worst part of camping and nobody seemed to care put us in another cabin much nicer then previous 1 and we just grabbed what was needed and left everything packed in vehicle we lost firewood just started fire and dinner and had to move office said they would get more to us and never did

We loved the campground. They have worked hard to protect the campers. I love the extra person fees. The campground was designed to serve a large number of guests but not the entire city of St Pete. You could see with the a great pool, access to fishing and boating plus the bike trail they could get over run. Super clean and plenty of staff. We will be back.

Weekend getaway. We live 15 minutes from KOA so this was just a downtime weekend. Everything was perfect. The cabin, the staff, even the weather. Thanks again

Nice big spaces, clean pool & staff was great. The bathrooms specifically the unisex showers could really use a good scrub! They were pretty nasty in the hard to reach places. Someone is dropping the ball there.

This is an older park, but very well maintained. The staff is great, everyone that we came in contact with was helpful and went out of their way to help. We will be back for sure.

Great! I was concerned that I did not see any handicap spots next or very very close to the rest rooms/ bath house, but it is very possible that I just over looked them! But otherwise our stay was GREAT!

Very unkept KOA. Too many live ins with junky RVs. Spots are in need of update. I have stayed in KOAs before but this was worst one.

Staff very friendly. Common areas and bathrooms very clean. Store had everything I needed. Bike trail right at the front of the park. Close to a lot of activities.I didn’t have a chance to enjoy all the amenities.

Cabin assigned was in the area of the service carts. Too much traffic and hard time parking in and getting out. AC was very noisy. The water in shower with no system you use becomes cold too quick. The housekeepers were wonderful.

I had to get a different room because mine wouldn't get cold, so I had to upgrade to a bigger cabin just to be near my family.

Sites were very unlevel. We moved twice trying to get a site that after leveling our Class C the tires would not be in the air but even with the third site, we could not keep tires on the ground. This to us was not acceptable. WiFi was very slow and cable was not good on many channels. Staff were excellent and facilities that we saw all seemed to be good. Location was good.

As always it was almost perfect. The Toilet has bad stain (ring in it) the toilet ran all the time. This was reported the last time I stayed in this cabin. I have now stayed there over 10 times. It would be nice if the office staff actually said welcome back. Not is this the first time you are here.

Super friendly! Pool is 86 degrees. For sure will enjoy the 5 days in the cabin. And will be coming back
