Great place with access to the water, swimming pool, fitness center, laundry facilities. If only i had information on seasonal camp site costs, I may look to book a stay for a longer period next winter.

We had a great time and the staff were super friendly. I just have a hard time getting past how filthy the cabin we stayed in was. The toilet had feces and urine all over it. The kitchen sink had food stuck to the sides and the cabin smelled like it was a dog boarding kennel. The floors had not been cleaned and there was hair and Bobby pins everywhere. Other than that the campground was nice.

Cabin could use some repair….holes in flooring, couch needs replaced, mattress needed replaced. There wasn’t a bounce pad for kids or play equipment. However, the KOA staff was great!

The primitive camping is too close and in a very high traffic area. Too many kids playing, dog walking, boat launching and too many lights.

The no see me bugs are bad the mattress was terrible an had ants other than that enjoyed my stay with my old friends

Great place for a short stay -- it was crowded, but it was a long weekend.. Bunch of activities on site and easy access to outside activities No complaints at all

I stayed on a 50 AMP service campsite, whether I want to use the available power for dual air conditioning 24/7 or charge my vehicle why is up to someone else how I use it. I was told to unplug my factory Jeep 120v 16-amp charger cable plugged into my own RV. Ignorant folks who don't understand electricity basics - just repeating stories and undocumented 'policies'

I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the terrible wifi service... they are making several upgrades to sites and the property... hopefully WIFI will be included in those upgrades. We will definitely go back.. in fact, have scheduled for January 2023 already.

Stayed 4 days site 604, nice neighbors, friendly people. Great service, bikes and restrooms. Water pressure could always be better. Our pedestal was fixed within minutes of calling. Staff very friendly and smiling!!

We had fabulous time at this Koa Tommy was Great and the young lady that helped us get into our spot with braids absolutely Great people, very friendly staff and it stayed clean , I would recommend this place to anyone.. Can't wait to come back.. Big Chuck...

A very nice campground with friendly staff, everyone was willing to help out bur most importantly the staff looked like they enjoyed their job and were having fun along the way! The downside was their internet, its a lousy system, when it's working, it's fine but that's only about 10% of the time and at 6:00 in the morning, keeps dropping out

Confusing wi-fi, unable to unscrew sewer cover, tight spaces, over-priced. Positives....friendly staff, very clean bathrooms.

Excellent! This is the most staffed campground we’ve ever visited. Loaded with amenities and the new waterfront sites are GORGEOUS. We will be back!

This is a wonderful campground! Excellent location, great views of the bayou, good sites, and fantastic staff. We spent 5 weeks here Jan-Feb 2021 and looking to spend about as much time Jan-Feb 2022 with a couple of side-trips weekends out of the park.

Friendly and professional staff with clean facilities. Had a great time during our four day trip. Great location that backs right up to the water where you can fish or ride a SUP/ kayak.

On arrival the man made an issue about arriving early. Which started the experience off in a negative way? The rest of check in went ok, he was just rude. I believe every inch of the property is used, most of the camp sites are too close together. I did see some newly redone back in sites on the water that are nice. The dog park needs bark.

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Accommodated my dogs very nicely in the dog friendly cabin. Will definitely be making plans to stay again at some point!

The campground itself was nearly perfect. The check-in was quick and easy and the employees were very friendly. The campground was clean. I stayed at the tent campsite and the campground had a small building for cellular recharging. My only complaint was that the campground is in a fairly congested area so there at night there was road noise from loud cars and trucks, ambulances, etc.

Super friendly! Pool is 86 degrees. For sure will enjoy the 5 days in the cabin. And will be coming back
