Loved the Halloween decor! Lovely spot, great people at checkin. Sites a little tight for big rigs but they are working on improving a new section of the park. Will stay again next year!

Staff was helpful and courteous. We seemed to have gotten a space with people that live there continually. It would have been nice if we had had a "camping" spot. I realize we were only there one night, perhaps next time. This has happened at other KOA sites during our travels.

Due to bike week and the construction we had a minor issue getting into the right spot but things worked out and it was fine. The people who work there, particularly the maintenance guys were terrific and always pleasant and polite and very helpful.

We absolutely loved the campgrounds and the people! Absolutely beautiful location, clean and well-kept. We had a perfect corner site. The people went above and beyond! We loved Ginger and everyone we met!

Unfortunately the site was right across from a Legacy Motorcycle check in tent; thus very loud (harley's) and lots of cigarette smoking those manning the check in station. I could not eve sit out on the designated site's patio due to the lingering smoke from both. Bikes in and out all day, before and past quiet time. Otherwise the park seemed well maintained & clean, staff was very friendly.

Campground is very close. But it is very clean. A lot of things to do. Pool is nice and hot tub.

We've been to this KOA many times, but only during the summer. We had no idea that the campground would be decorated for Halloween! What an awesome surprise! The staff there work so hard to make things special for people staying there. Thank you!

Staff was super nice, pool and Hot tub was good. Site was level and shaded. Pictures on website was a little misleading. Construction was delayed causing our site to be changed but we was accommodated and placed on another site. Manager personally called us to inform us of a large group that was coming in to make us aware .

Nice place but you can't pick you spot online, ours was suppose to be water front but all we could see was the water just behind our camper no scenic view of the water. The spots are small and cramped for space.

We very much enjoyed the staff and the location. Unlike other campgrounds, we felt very welcome and everyone seemed to love our dogs.

We loved the campground. They have worked hard to protect the campers. I love the extra person fees. The campground was designed to serve a large number of guests but not the entire city of St Pete. You could see with the a great pool, access to fishing and boating plus the bike trail they could get over run. Super clean and plenty of staff. We will be back.

Nice big spaces, clean pool & staff was great. The bathrooms specifically the unisex showers could really use a good scrub! They were pretty nasty in the hard to reach places. Someone is dropping the ball there.

This is an older park, but very well maintained. The staff is great, everyone that we came in contact with was helpful and went out of their way to help. We will be back for sure.

Great! I was concerned that I did not see any handicap spots next or very very close to the rest rooms/ bath house, but it is very possible that I just over looked them! But otherwise our stay was GREAT!

Very unkept KOA. Too many live ins with junky RVs. Spots are in need of update. I have stayed in KOAs before but this was worst one.

Staff very friendly. Common areas and bathrooms very clean. Store had everything I needed. Bike trail right at the front of the park. Close to a lot of activities.I didn’t have a chance to enjoy all the amenities.

Sites were very unlevel. We moved twice trying to get a site that after leveling our Class C the tires would not be in the air but even with the third site, we could not keep tires on the ground. This to us was not acceptable. WiFi was very slow and cable was not good on many channels. Staff were excellent and facilities that we saw all seemed to be good. Location was good.

Luv this KOA , but I’m concerned about the new layout for this park and hope there not taking out any of the Old Oak Grove or any other trees ! There is an Old ficus that looks half dead in the 500 block that should be replaced with more live oaks . The trees , waterfront, security, and cleanliness and friendly ppl is what makes this Park great and memorable! TxGang ! Protect those Old Oaks! Pau

Park was clean and manicured. It has beautiful large trees throughout and living wall dividers between some of the plots which adds a warm touch and privacy. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. They keep the laundry room and bathhouse very well. The view to the open bay and mangroves is beautiful. Rates are reasonable considering the amenities that are included in the price.

One of our favorite places to stay. In main section of campground asphalt of roads and sites in need of major repair. Workers tell us this is happening in the near future.

The campground was well maintained the bathroom were very nice and clean i would however recommend that the stall doors in the mens toilets be turned around to open out and not in the stalls are very small as it is opening the door in on yourself is akward

Very nice overnight stay. Staff were all great. Camp was clean and well organized, everything is where you'd expect to be. Be sure to order from Jet Pizza right around the corner and they deliver in the campground right to your site. Best pizza and salad I have had in a long time (shout out to Randy at the front desk for the recommendation). Nobody wants to cook after a long drive and RV setup.

Super friendly! Pool is 86 degrees. For sure will enjoy the 5 days in the cabin. And will be coming back
