Just an OK Park. Sites are not level and accessing utilities are less then convenient.

Very nice some sites are small so I recommend giving them total truck and trailer length.

I have been coming to this KOA since 1975! The grandkids enjoyed the pool. I tried to wear them out, but they wore me out instead.

Our Campsite was great The people were very helpful and friendly The campgrounds/ restrooms/ showers were very well taken care of. We highly recommend this campsite!

Great staff and grounds. Only issue was the rocks surrounding sites. The rocks are sharp and due to the tight space and parked vehicles when pulling out, one of the rocks slit open one of my tires. I'm sure if the rocks were smooth, we would have simply slid by it. Needless to say, I needed to replace the tire. I would stay there again the KOA is beautiful and close to many activities

We had a patio spot right on Long Bayou and the wildlife, including a dolphin, mullet, ibis, osprey, night heron, blue heron and a bald eagle, were abundant and amazing. The facilities are superbly maintained and clean. And the heated pool is REALLY heated!

I would rate 5 stars, but Everytime I camp here and get up in the morning to use restroom it is closed. And the only open restroom is a far walk. I wish there was a way to not have this happen when I stay there

Pull through site, pad was not in the greatest condition. Very narrow and up against the next person. Packed like sardines.

This is an awesome park. KOA’s can be hit or miss but this one was wonderful. The park is well maintained and clean and the entire staff was wonderful.

We were at a spot next to a huge dirt pile. While we understand that works is done, there were many nice open spots right at the lake. Maybe they are a little more expensive, but if they are not rented why not using them? Airlines and Hotels do this all the time, they upgrade good customers as it does not cost any money and create loyalty. Made some pictures that can be made available.

Staff is great and very kind. Facilities are good and maintained. My only negative would be the space between sites. Thankfully I didn't have anyone next to me so we had enough space to gather outside with friends and family.

The park is very nice and the employees are very helpful. The front was beautifully decorated for Christmas. My family and I have always enjoyed this park.

I absolutely loved this park for my 3 day stay. There a lot of long time residence (snow birds � - Ian jealous!) but my water front spot (newly updated) was fantastic! Loved the bike trail! Loved the staff! Kudos!

Good location to our grand kids but twice the price of Bay Bayou camp ground which has the same amenities but is about 10 miles farther away.

Overall, nice campground. It is up to the KOA standard we expect. Friendly staff. Right on the Pinellas Bike Trail. There are A LOT of park models and full-timers but they are mostly at one end so not too bad. It is on the pricey side for a campground.

Will not return. Our site not big rig friendly. It was uneven, difficult to get our camper and truck into position. If we wanted to stay hooked up, we couldn't due to the slope and length of the site. AND for $140/night VERY overrated/overpriced. For that kind of money, I expected a flat concrete pad that was easy to pull into. The night before Dothan AL RV for $48. It has all you didn't.

We've stayed at 30+ KOAs across the US and Canada. This place feels as if it is designed only to make money rather than to offer a true camping experience, and I don't think the current construction is the only reason. It feels more like an RV park. The grounds are tired and location is loud. I cannot believe I paid $100+/night for this campground when local state parks are less than $35.

Very quick overnight stay. Bathrooms very clean. Lots of nice amenities. Would like to come back, when we could stay longer.

Beautiful place, loved my spot on the water. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. Place was extremely clean and accessible. Had fun cracking up the girls on the night shift. Saw a mobile home was for sale and intend to make inquiries, it was that nice. Great pool too, playing great tunes. Will definitely be back. Thank you, so much, for everything.

We LOVE it here, our 3rd stay & have booked time next year. Clean, great staff a special nod to Ginger. New upgrades are nice looking BUT the large white stones lining the sites are a HUGE trip hazard, 2 of us tripped at our site thank god we didn't fall, it would be bad! Also had a bike theft, & were told it was not uncommon due to homeless nearby, a heads up to guests to LOCK UP should be given.

We come from N.C. either Christmas or Thanksgiving to visit our Kids this time we had the best site we have ever had there Site #533 we loved the patio with chairs and umbrella. the only improvement I would suggest is better Internet. We have a TV that you have to stream and I couldn't do it, but overall it was a fantastic stay.

Super friendly! Pool is 86 degrees. For sure will enjoy the 5 days in the cabin. And will be coming back
