We booked a waterfront site in advance. Due to construction this was changed. However when I called to see if there were any options to change I was wrongly accused of selecting the newly assigned site from the get go. This is why I rated it lower. Also there were limited options to get to the beach 5 mins away without a car.

Our first time at a KOA & loved our Waterside space & amenities are very well kept. Great bike trail nxt door. We’ll be back for sure! Randy at front desk was more than helpful & a nice guy who helped us into our space at night was a marriage saver! Thanks guys!! :)

Our first stay here with pur first travel trailer, we loved our spot on the water. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was so quite and peaceful in the mornings. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Terrain attribué au départ numéro 600 beaucoup trop petit et coincé avec un voisin qui prenait beaucoup trop d’espace. Nous avons demandé de changer et avons pu changer sur un terrain du côté des résidents permanents numéro 226, celui-là était très bien.

Very well maintained camp grounds with ALL the amenities. The staff is pleasant and friendly. Secure and well guarded with little to no noise after 10.

Unfortunately we don't get to spend much time at the campground when we come. We have family in the area. This is our second time there and would come back again.

The office manager was wonderful. I was only staying a few days, then it turned into 2 weeks..maybe more at this time. She helped me book a new beautiful site that was just finished.

Great place with really fun community if you make the effort to meet your neighbors. Only issue was with the WIFI which took multiple connect/login efforts. On top of that their support vendor never answered every day I called, rolling to VM with no call back.

Extremely helpful staff who were all very cordial and professional. They even had two people to help you back into your site. Conveniently located to gorgeous Gulf beaches Lots of amenities including heated pool and hot tub. They had anything and everything you can think of to make it an enjoyable stay. I can’t wait to go back again

Very expensive. $87 for a tent site. Bs. Went to get a few batteries. They wanted $9.00 for two batteries. Our campsite was next to a huge pile of dirt. Place was under construction. Management didn't care one bit about any issue

Loud and obnoxious people next to us partying till 4am. Dog off leash nipped me as we were leaving. No nighttime security patrols to ask them to quiet down.

The staff were all very friendly and the maintenance team was constantly working to keep everything neat and clean. The view of the water, even from the second row, was spectacular. Unfortunately it rained almost the entire time we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the park's facilities. A good location for visiting various local beach towns.

Was very nice. Everything was clean and well run. They were doing some construction and upgrading some of the sites but did not bother us. We plan on another two weeks next year �

We ran to the store and left our furbabies to rest. Got a call about them barking which isn't their nature unless someone is around our camp. They never caused a fuss again!

The staff is super friendly & helpful, however, we were promised a site away from the construction & we were put smack in the middle of it. Also, the pull-through site was not paved & half of the asphalt was crumbling. The sewer hook-up's plastic top was broken and was held on by 2 cement patio bricks. The most undesirable issue was the permanent residents surrounding the sites.

We are new to camping. This was our first sta at KOA Madeira Beach and we were very impressed with their professionalism,. It’s a well run organization with friendly folks willing to help newbies like us. In fact, on the last day we needed assistance hitching up our trailer and they sent worker Bob-O to us and we can’t believe how kind and helpful he was to us. We had a great stay.

We were so happy with our direct water view. Wonderful staff, beautiful campground. They were updating some sites but they look great so far. Will return!

Mrs Erika at the front office was fabulous, we felt very welcomed and the view was gorgeous. I would highly recommend staying at your KOA best 40th birthday present ever.

This is my fifth year as a snow bird at the KOA in St Petersburg. I really enjoy the activities here. The staff are very friendly and they do a great job keeping the place clean and maintained. Each year they make improvements to the campground. I have met a lot of nice people here and made some really great friendships here.

I felt it wrong that there was no Military discount. Evey other KOA I've stayed in does. Next one in November giving me 20% My site to as low so it flooded when it rains. And I had power panels so close you didn't have much of a yard. I figured staying for 2 months I would have had a little better accomodations!

Super friendly! Pool is 86 degrees. For sure will enjoy the 5 days in the cabin. And will be coming back
