Very quiet and clean.

Very quiet campground on the edge of a small lake. Our site was easy to get in and out of and had plenty of room for our 41’ MH w/tow. There was no one in the office when we arrived at 2:00 pm; however, there was a box outside the office with a map, our name & site number. We only stayed one night and when we left at 9:00 in the morning there still wasn’t anyone in the office.

Host waited 2hours after closing for me to arrive and check me in andshow me to my space.

No one was there to meet us with no explanation. We called a number of times no answer or answering machine. Someone took our spot as they arrived before us. I knocked but they would not answer. Later I saw they were in the camper but won’t answer. Disappointed as we have stayed in many KOA’s

I think his Name was Bob -older Guy - wait around 1 hour after opening hours. Very frendley.It Very clean Place with a lot intact Green Gras. Very good location ride on the Lake. Thank you very much for staying at this perfect location. Werner Juerich

Deluxe pull-throughs are definatrly not big rig towing friendly. Toilets were out of service due to septic. All of activity features were out of service.

I have tent camped at this KOA for the last five years. I love staying here. The only issue that needs to be resolved for tent camping is some of the electrical outlets need to replaced/repaired. On tent campsite 2 there is a breaker that needs to be replaced. I know this breaker has been broken for at least two years. On tent campsite 3 the electrical outlet needs to be fixed. Thanks

Everything was great except the fact WiFi and tv was so spotty we had to use our phones just kind of ruined some of the fun

Very neat, well kept park and very nice personnel. I wish there were more shade trees near the lake. Also, the park is really at a disadvantage while the lakes levee is in disrepair. I sure hope it can be fixed soon.

Very nice host. Campground looks like it could use a lot of updating and beautification which could make it more appealing and give a better first impression . The road leading into the camping area also needs work. The office and restrooms all look updated but many of the campsites need attention. All in all not a bad park but not sure it’s worth the nightly charge currently offered.

Easy in and out, friendly and helpful staff at office. Parking spots are level concrete with typical electric, water, and sewage. Lots of space between spots. Area was well maintained and very quiet at night. TV cable worked great with very clear reception, did not use WIFI because AT&T signal was strong. Did not use showers or laundry. A very nice place to stay.

The park was very nice and Ms. Ruby worked with us on early check in and late check out since we were in town for a little league baseball tournament

If I could give a 10 star rating, I would give 11 stars. Ms. Ruby & Mr. Roy work hard keeping the camp ground looking neat and clean. Very welcoming as we return for another stay. We will not stay any where else as long as the Howell's are there.

Sites and lake views were great. Staff members were helpful , but few. Dog park was a nice benefit for our pups.

Nice campground. Would have been nice if the swimming area was open. We had a bad flood in our trailer not long after we checked in. The owners went home & brought us a shop vac to help clean up. They were very nice & helpful. Thank you!

Very friendly staff. A great location. Very clean and maintained area. We are really looking forward to when the beach can be accessible. We look forward to staying there again.

Was a guest of a Mississippi Tiffin RV chapter and really enjoyed the Campground. Will be going back. Office personnel were very helpful and friendly.

This was our 2nd time staying there. The campground manager and his wife are very nice. They were there when we arrived after dark and he escorted us to our site. He made sure we were alright with everything before leaving to escort the next guests. Always greeted with a smile.

Very nice campground. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was here in 45 foot motorhome and had no problems navigating in and out of campground. Will definitely return to this peaceful setting in the future.

The park was clean and the older office staff (woman) was very friendly and professional. The fact that the advertised water park has been closed since 2015 and has no schedule for opening has lost my trust in KOA. You need to keep current with your campgrounds features, see the 2018 Directory. The woman who took our reservations said the water park would be open. Lying or not? Harold Kane

Shower house had empty beer cans and dried soap bars inside for two days. Manager located me under the biggest dead pine tree with limbs falling off. Dangerous. Manager was rude.

Super helpful and friendly staff/owners. Onsite lake has a water park for the kids. They had just received 3 inches of rain in the previous 36 hours but my tent site was only slightly damp.

This KOA is beautiful, well maintained with large sites and large shade trees. It’s the best KOA we’ve camped from coast to coast. Ruby and Robert are the kindest managers, going above and beyond with making our stay memorable. A true testament to southern hospitality. We will be back!

Beautiful clean well taken care of facility with friendly knowledgeable staff. Enjoyed our stay there. Just beautiful with the lake, eagles and well manicured lawn and landscape.

We had a great site with a large patio and fire ring that was very easy to get in but a little challenging to pull out on departure day. Lots of directional signs a little too close to the narrow road turned into extra obstacles to navigate around. The lake is still drained due to issues with the dam.

Our stay was quiet and enjoyable! The site we occupied #14 was well equipped with full hook ups plus local cable and fit our travel trailer (30' w/ living room slide) and tow vehicle perfectly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Brandy the service attendant during our stay.
