We stayed in the deluxe cabin on our way to gulf shores with two grandchildren. It was incredible! Right on the lake. Beautiful sunset and beautiful sunrise! The cabin was clean, well equipped and spacious. Wished we would’ve had more time this was a beautiful KOA.

Not your typical KOA that's next to an Interstate. This quiet KOA is off the beaten path but worth the drive. The man-made county lake sprung a leak and is now a large field. Levee needs fixing but there is no money to do it. Too bad. This nice campground would be even better with a good size lake next door.

Nice, private cabin with all the amenities needed for a quite "recharging" stay "away from it all" and convenient enough to get out and eat at good restaurants, grab groceries or necessities within a few minutes!

It was nice to be in a cabin and not a hotel so we could cook a little. Very clean. EASY drive back and forth to Mississippi State!

Everything was amazing and cozy. I loved the screened porch and swing outside. The staff was amazing as well and work with me to make sure I had the best stay.

The staff here was phenomenal and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable! We stayed in one of the cabins, which was in perfect order and very clean. The playground area was tidy and shaded, but it would have been nice to have a bit more equipment or a pool since the water park area is out of service (not KOA's fault). Hoping the issue is resolved soon so this KOA can be enjoyed fully.

I stayed in the couples cabin and was very satisfied. It was clean, organized, and exactly what I expected. The park was quiet and peaceful. The only negative aspect was the WiFi. It was not strong and cut in and out constantly. It wasn’t that big of a deal because I didn’t come to the cabin for the WiFi. I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed in the cabin, not by the water. It was exactly what we needed on our trip. Used the laundry while we were there. Was bummed to see the lake in such bad conditions.

I stayed from Thursday through Sunday, and paid $150 a night. When I walked into the Canon there were about 30 plus small dead roaches immediately to the left in the kitchen. They were dead so I didn't complain, I just cleaned them up. Then an hour later there were two larger roches in the sink. I have pictures. Excellent location, nice cabins. Lake level was low making use not practical this time of year. Would recommend this as a nice spot and would consider using it again.

A quick overnight stay for us. Convenient to the Natchez Trace. The campground was clean and quiet. Ms. Lindy in the office was nice as could be. We knew ahead of time that the lake was dry due to issues with the dam/levee but you could see if it gets fixed that this would be a great place to camp. Could use KOA signage at the main road.

We absolutely loved our cabin stay! The cabin was so cute, clean, private, and enjoyable! I’ve been telling everyone about it! We also enjoyed visiting with the friendly and helpful office staff....especially Mia! I wish the lake had been there, but that’s beyond your control, and we enjoyed the “prairie” view instead!

We ended up leaving due to the condition of the cabin. There was pubic and body hair all over the bathroom and Diarhea splatter all under the toilet seat. Not just a few hairs- at least 25 or more. The bathroom had definitely not been cleaned since the last person stayed. The sheets on the bed was also covered in hair and fuzz. When I complained to the front office. She just said. Ok. Sorry.

We have stayed at this campground yearly for 4 years. This was the last stay. The grounds are neglected- fire ant mounds everywhere, annoying cats that beg for food, wood rot on outside of cabins, cabins not clean- synthetic hair all over bathroom and upstairs mattress- floor had to be swept upon n arrival. The only positive since last year is the improvement of the mattress. The lake is a joke!

We encountered walker several times....great staff member....very pleasant to deal with Tv had only 1 channel ....don't know if cable/satellite wasnt workrking? We werent there long enough to take care of

Cabin was NOT worth 148.00 per night. First cabin ac was not working had to move to a cabin full of ants and roaches seen. Ants ruined ALL our food. RV site was not worthy of "upgraded" site. No shade and were unable to use the slide which should have been conveyed at time of reservation. Office staff were very friendly and helpful and apologetic. For the money, state park would be better

Stayed in a couple's cabin. All was great except bed does not comfortably sleep two as is advertised. Need to upgrade size of bed and I will give you a ten.

We had a great site with a large patio and fire ring that was very easy to get in but a little challenging to pull out on departure day. Lots of directional signs a little too close to the narrow road turned into extra obstacles to navigate around. The lake is still drained due to issues with the dam.

Our stay was quiet and enjoyable! The site we occupied #14 was well equipped with full hook ups plus local cable and fit our travel trailer (30' w/ living room slide) and tow vehicle perfectly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Brandy the service attendant during our stay.
