Great place to stay for football game weekends.

We were pleasantly surprised. Even though the lake and beach area are not useable, the campground was good! The manager went out of her way to help us get a hanging limb away from our slide. The roads are a little narrow for a big rig but it was manageable. We stayed two nights to attend the football game. Convenient to downtown. We stayed on site 15 which was spacious for our toad.

nice grounds, especially if the lake comes back. Baths were clean, but mud dawber nests were on the wall of the shower. The store was closed at 5 PM, even though it says open till 6. Chek out took 20 minutes.

Awesome place! Very nice and well taken care of. Pads are level. Very close to MSU and staff is really nice.

The bathrooms and showers were the cleanest I’ve ever seen at any facility. It was really sad to see pictures of how active the site used to be with the water park. We wanted a simple spot as we were traveling home from the beach and wanted a place to rest. The office closed at 5 even though the sign said 6 but I understand staffing is difficult with Covid.

This is a beautiful Koa the bathrooms are very clean as well as the campground. The staff is very helpful and nice. The reason for the 3 stars is because the WiFi is very spotty and not very good reception and there is no lake access.

Pleasant stay, quiet and close enough to town for shopping. Host are friendly and attentive. Our home KOA will be back frequently.

What a lovely campground! Lots of trees and nice gravel or cement pads for your RV. The bathrooms are clean, the grounds are well kept, and the staff is great! We would go back to this camp and just relax overlooking the lake.

We loved the access to electricity and water. Firewood be available was great. Bathroom and shower access was nice. Campsite four electrical outlet does not work.

I would recommend, but with a caveat - the roads in the campground are pretty tight. Otherwise-it's a VERY nice campground. The pool was clean, and we always saw someone maintaining it. Laundry and bathrooms were spotless. Our only complaint was the after-hours checkin. The roads are not that easy to follow with the map, and very narrow. Big rigs will have some difficulty, but still possible.

The park is beautiful. Lots of trees, a lake, picnic area. We felt like we were at a state park.

It's been an overnight stop for us, every time we are passing thru. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the bird watching!

The staff were extremely personable and helpful. The entire experience from the reservation process to our stay was wonderful. The campground was well maintained and the restrooms were very clean. It is a great location to stay for attending the Mississippi State games. Highly recommend this campground and we will be staying there again in the near future.

Pleasant stay, the hostess was amazing. She lead us to our campsite with a golf cart. Is a shame the slide and pier were roped off due to low water levels but was an enjoyable stay

Love this park with the lake and trees! Good vibe and staff are absolutely wonderful. However, the park would be perfect if you established "doggie stations" throughout. The dumpster was too far away for my dogs and I to walk to, so had to leave "poop bags" on my site until I could drive my trash to the dumpster at night.

Restrooms were nasty. Lake has been dry for three years and was only full now because of hurricane. The Levi is damage so water will not stay long. Fishing pier is rotten and unusable. The waterpark is not work in three years. All of this should be noted on their website.

Mia was very friendly, informative, and helpful. She led us to our site and gave me information about local restaurants. The only thing missing is a pool.

Someone was in our site. But they did everything to make us happy with the site we got. They were very nice and helpful in everything and tell us a nice place for dinner. Nice stay over. But the lake was dried up. I would stay again if we go that way again.

Everything was amazing and cozy. I loved the screened porch and swing outside. The staff was amazing as well and work with me to make sure I had the best stay.

We had a great site with a large patio and fire ring that was very easy to get in but a little challenging to pull out on departure day. Lots of directional signs a little too close to the narrow road turned into extra obstacles to navigate around. The lake is still drained due to issues with the dam.

Our stay was quiet and enjoyable! The site we occupied #14 was well equipped with full hook ups plus local cable and fit our travel trailer (30' w/ living room slide) and tow vehicle perfectly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Brandy the service attendant during our stay.
