The park is nice and clean and the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful, however the spot we were given was uneven and very soggy because of the recent rain and we had trouble leveling our motorhome.

Staff was helpful and friendly! Example: I left my laundry in a dryer past closing time because I failed to read the hours posted. I called the after hours number and someone came and unlocked the laundry room so I could get my clothes out. Also, the campground was well maintained and facilities were clean. We’d definitely return!

I could not get my slide to close and they gave me a name of a rv tech and repaired my rv I overstayed my departure and the were ok with that so thank you

A raccoon entered our “glamping site” and stole half of our food bc the site was not secure. The power went out. When I called for a backup cabin so as not to sleep with any rabid animals, I was told it would be ready in a few min and 5 hours later, it still wasn’t ready. All around, it was a horrible stay.

Campground was very clean. Sites are slightly pitched so blocking is required to level out. RV sites are gravel and slightly packed. Staff is very friendly and the campground was quiet. Plenty of things for children to do. I plan to stay there again on my way home.

Loved our site. The patio, fire pit, grill and chairs are an amazing addition. The WiFi was not working, this was missed. Wish something could be done about mosquitos Could not stay out late around fire, the mosquitos were horrible.

Water pressure was awful. We arrived an hour early went to see if we could check in and was told yes. Then we were charged $5 for that and we were NOT told that. We easily could have waited. We were supposed to be next to the couple we were traveling with and was not. They were held up at check in because the person on their spot had not left yet. That was 2 hours after check out time.

Site 513, pluses, great staff, easy check in. Nice long pull through, nice wide roads for easy movement around park. Negatives No local channels on cable, WiFi was poor at best, at times water pressure was close to zero.

Overall would stay again. Positives: friendly staff, nice store, nice pool, good location. Negatives: site had pretty extreme slope (502), water pressure fluctuated really badly, skunks were present, and were harmless but made the family scared of getting sprayed. Power outage for quite awhile on one of our days too. Site got pretty muddy after just a little rain.

Convenient location for our travel needs, but sites we're close and unlevel gravel. We were booked for 3 nights, but the entire campground lost power our first night. Our fridge is electric only and we didn't want to take the chance of possibly having to run our generator during the stay. Fortunately, the office was very accommodating in allowing us to cancel our booking. Shout out to Shara.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to stay in the new cabin near the pond. We loved the cabin and it had everything we needed! When we needed help with the grill, the staff was there within 10 minutes to help. We are looking forward to our next stay!

We stayed at a site at the far end, and the nearby toilets were overflowing, and then they were locked up except for one that was blocked up. It was such a long walk to the toilets by the office that in the middle of the night when nature called we drove up to the front. Those toilets would at least flush, but it was inconvenient in the extreme. We were quite dissatisfied in that we trust KOA.

Overall this is a GREAT KOA. NOT thrilled the power crapped out before our checkout and no one contacted us to let us know what was going on.

It was OK. The lot #s didn't match the map The bathrooms could be kept in better condition, and should not be bleached at the peak use time. I reserved a sand tent lot, but the sand was covered in gravel. This should be clear when reserving. We woke up to a gun shot Monday morning which we found incredibly jarring.The checkout procedure was unclear, so after the gun shot we just left. .

Campground is exceptionally clean and well laid out - the sites are generous size and the grounds are not overburdened with streetlights. The pool is well kept. The staff are all very friendly and the camp store is reasonably well stocked. About the only thing I have the least concern is the policy on charging for visitors - $10 a person per day above the age of four, unless they are out by 8PM.

Our stay was short but sweet, Friendly staff and other guests. Campground was very quiet other then some highway noise. Very easy booking online and check in. Pull through site was large and flat with convenient hook ups.

Quick over night stay. Accommodations were clean & easily accessible. Lots of activity during the day and quiet at night. The staff were all gracious, knowledgeable & professional. Appreciated everything.

We were caught in a bad situation. Our reservation expired, and our truck was in the shop for repair. We had no way to remove our 5th wheel from the campsite. We waited for 14 hours for roadside assistance to send a truck to move us to another campground as Streetsboro was sold out. Staff was very professional & patient with us. Finally next day a neighboring camper took us to another campground.

It is a great place to stay. We had a wonderful site and was really beautiful area. I would not hesitate to visit it again and would definately recommend it to others.

Staff was very friendly, campsite was clean, and campsite was quiet. Pool was large and clean. Saw a numbers of guests fishing at the pond. Will stay there again..

For the price paid for all of the amenities offered at the camp it was fair and reasonable. It was worth every penny. I’m an avid camper and this was my first time at a KOA and I have to say you have just gained a new customer. I will indeed be returning. I officially made KOA as my campground of choice anywhere I go in the country camping. Thank you

We would have preferred separate bathrooms from the showers because little children had to uncomfortably wait for a long time until people were done taking their showers. The bathrooms were also always dirty due to the combo shower use and stuffy hot. The toilet paper was cheap and not great for use. Could hear the Highway. No picnic tables for eating. We did like the look of the sites.

Nice campground! We stayed in site 615, which was on the end, had a large grassy area, and a concrete patio and grill. Two nice fishing ponds. My kids loved the jumping pillow.

Although there were some issues with our site, management and employees were on top of it. In their defense, they don’t really know of any problems unless someone informs them. The owners and staff were pleasant and happily took care of everything.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our site location was good. Not real level though. There were stones dumped on the site that we had to take to level the walking area of the site. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly and attentive, close to CVNP and historic Hudson, clean and well maintained, plenty of room at each site - we had a great weekend!

Rates right up there as one of the nicest campgrounds we've ever stayed at. Very clean and well-maintained. Lots of things for kids to do: playground, fish pond, swimming, and ground-level trampoline. Campground is located near Cuyahoga National Park, which has plenty of hiking and biking trails. We'd love to return and do some bicycling in the area.
