Have been traveling around the country, and staying at many KOA in the country. This is by far the best KOA I’ve been to. Friendly staff, very clean bath & shower rooms, and well maintained campsites.

The staff was so helpful! My husband arrived at the camp office a few minutes before the scheduled opening, and the employee about to open was willingly got him what he needed with no hesitation that it wasn’t quite time for him to be on duty. We were impressed.

I reserved a tent site, and it was going to rain that evening, so I requested a cancel on a single tent site with nothing else added. But I got the typical language that we require 48 hours to cancel with no charge, but I’m not a weather forecaster. Running up the chain of command with KOA directly. I was even told I was checked into the place even though I never made it there. Poor management.

We had a very nice stay, friendly staff and a located close to the Nation Park. I would recommend updating the campsite numbers to match the maps and adding electrical service to all sites, even the tent sites. Everyone has phomes and other electronic items that need to be charged.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was my 9 year old grandson's first experience camping and he loved it. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We were fortunate to have enjoyed a pancake breakfast on Saturday made by the staff. Time permitting we will be back

We enjoyed having our own little area with the primitive sites. The campground is clean, swimming pool was nice, we will be back!

We were very impressed - we were able to change our tent site when we arrived, ice & fire wood delivery was great. Bathrooms were super clean. Our only issues were the amount of people who were not masked in certain areas, so we were unable to experience those things since we have a child who can't be vaccinated, but this isn't the KOAs fault! Super happy with our stay!

I took my grandchildren camping for their first camping experience. They did not want to leave! The campground is clean and the KOA staff is incredibly friendly. Kids loved the pool. We will be back! My only suggestion, make the identification of the “ tent only” sites clearer.

It was OK. The lot #s didn't match the map The bathrooms could be kept in better condition, and should not be bleached at the peak use time. I reserved a sand tent lot, but the sand was covered in gravel. This should be clear when reserving. We woke up to a gun shot Monday morning which we found incredibly jarring.The checkout procedure was unclear, so after the gun shot we just left. .

Quick over night stay. Accommodations were clean & easily accessible. Lots of activity during the day and quiet at night. The staff were all gracious, knowledgeable & professional. Appreciated everything.

TENT AREAS NOT CLEARLY MARKED FOR LATE CHECK IN. DIFFICULT TO FIND A FLAT PLACE TO PUT TENT. HAD ME PUT TENT DOWN BY SWAMP IN POURING RAIN. HAD TO MOVE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT NOT TO GET DROWNED OUT

The property itself is very pretty, and quite close to Cuyahoga National Park, which we visited. Unfortunately, weekend shop hours aren't listed anywhere. We arrived during usual shop hours, but it was closed and texts/calls were not answered until Monday. We therefore couldn't get firewood and changed plans. Internet did not reach our site. The rabbits were charming, but we probably won't return.

We had an amazing stay, swam and fished and cooked out. Very nice campground with friendly staff, nice and quiet evenings.

Clean, well maintained campsite. Great pool. Only negative was road noise from the nearby highway.

Only complaint was lack of picnic table at our site when we arrived, which was cheerfully resolved by staff. We would recommend signage to identify sites. The music provided by American Pie was excellent! Thank you! We always enjoy our time at your campground.

This KOA has a family vibe to it! It also has TREES!!!! If you have a teen who loves to fish - this is a great KOA.

Only issue was there is a discrepancy in the the map of the campground and the site marking. We are assigned to D14 which on the map is labeled as the last sand pad site with a red box around it. That site is labeled D12. We asked the desk and assured us we were in D14. Someone else showed up to camp on D12 though. Please rectify the map vs the site labels.

Excellent location: Right next to Cuyahoga, 10 min drive from Walmart, 5 min drive from Malted Meeple (highly recommend after a long day walking). Campground was quiet & peaceful with friendly staff. Bath house needed some work but staff moved to correct it when brought to their attention.

Overall, I was very pleased with the campground. Only negative experience was that the bathrooms are not maintained well, up to date, and cleaned frequently enough. Bathrooms are in need of renovation, particularly the showers that had little to no water pressure.

Our site was so so so over weeded n over grown. We were asked to move to a different location because of it. There was no cleanup done prior to our stay and the picnic table was so disgusting and covered in mud and dead leafs we had a clean up our site for a good hour before we even pitched our tent.

Clean bathrooms, great friendly staff.. A+ on all of that... I got a tent site and was the only one amongst a sea of RVs, kind of felt like this was an RV park, which maybe it is and I was lucky to get a tent spot.

Rates right up there as one of the nicest campgrounds we've ever stayed at. Very clean and well-maintained. Lots of things for kids to do: playground, fish pond, swimming, and ground-level trampoline. Campground is located near Cuyahoga National Park, which has plenty of hiking and biking trails. We'd love to return and do some bicycling in the area.
