Only problems involved the bathroom facilities. Every time I went in the garbage was overflowing. The paper towels were often empty. The toilet paper is so thin you have to use twice as much to do your business as you would with higher quality paper. Not to mention the TP is paper thin and rough as sandpaper. The rest of my stay was fine

The camp grounds was not taken care of. Our lot had big tire ruts in it and so did our sons lot. It did not hold up to KOA stanards

Every employee was very friendly! Dan was the only ones name we could remember although I think there was a Carol? Both gave our dogs treats every time they saw them which was great! The place is so clean and well managed. As soon as we left we turned to drive back up the hill and they were already cleaning our spot. So fantastic you guys have a great crew. We will be back.

We enjoyed your campground's proximity to Cuyahoga NP and the railroad. We enjoyed the pool, jump pad, playgrounds, and tetherball. Your laundry facility was very clean and everything was in working order, which was great since I had 5 loads of laundry to do!

Love this campground! It’s become our go to place when visiting family in Ohio. Nice size site with trees. Water pressure was low at times, but we ran our pump occasionally and it was fine. Great staff, too

We love the campground and will be coming back again for sure but the site we had for this particular day wasn’t the best. There was no gravel under the picnic table and the grass had not been cut under the picnic table. We did see a lot of other really great sites that we plan to try out in the future!

Nice campground and would stay again. However, we left a day early because the voltage at our site 518 became too low. They did offer to move us, but since we were leaving the next morning, we decided to leave early. They refunded the money for that night. All well and good, except they did say this usually doesn't happen at 518, but at some sites across the road from us. So maybe fix the problem?

Only complaint was lack of picnic table at our site when we arrived, which was cheerfully resolved by staff. We would recommend signage to identify sites. The music provided by American Pie was excellent! Thank you! We always enjoy our time at your campground.

Location is very good! Most sites are average. Many can be easily and probably inexpensively upgraded. Site W1 is very nicely situated, but needs a lot of TLC...clean up the weeds, add missing papers at the picnic table, truly the large tree to make it satellite friendly. Also, the park needs several more 'dogspot' stations with bags and deposit bins...only 1 in the park besides the dog run.

Front desk personal were obnoxious, argumentative & not caring that we were complaining about the lack of water for our entire stay & parked besides a swamp, On the 6th day we had NO water and formed the desk we were leaving early requesting a refund. The desk person never noted that we left. We have been waiting 7 days for a return phone call. The 63.99 is insufficient just principal (internet)

We love this campground! It is well maintained, scenic and more state park like with all the trees and shade. It is conveniently on our way out to the midwest and west.

We only stayed one night and still felt completely welcomed at this cute, clean, quaint site! They appear to have addressed the mud issued listed by others. While the grass is obviously going to be wet and muddy in the rain, the pull ins looked to have newish gravel that allowed us to pull in and out after a rainy night with no issues.

Very nice campground with ponds and lovely shaded sites. Gravel sites and if it rains, the ground is easily saturated. We will be back.

Too many low hanging trees/branches that scrapped our motorhome, very muddy and pads not very level, and when we expressed concerns staff and management didn't seem to care or get back to us.

just a short 2 night stay. Location is good for heading downtown. needed laundry and the laundry room was very clean. Boys enjoyed the game room and a little fishing in the ponds. the store is one of the best campground stores i have been in and the service by the staff was excellent.

BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THE LACK OF WATER PRESSURE. VERY DIFFICULT TO TAKE A GOOD SHOWER. WE MISSED THE GIANT CHECKERS ALSO.

Had a 30 amp site. Many times during stay our voltage meter was not in the green zone for safe operation of air conditioner. Did not use air conditioner because couldn't rely on having consistent electricity for the safe operation of the A/C. Water spigot needs new handle. Some showers had low water pressure. Would be nice to have paved roads for biking.

Visited family in area. The campground is very scenic. Paid for cable, wifi and pool. Cable was fuzzy, staff no help and rude. No water pressure. Wifi spotty. Heavy gravel roads cannot ride bikes. Husband handicapped told cannot use personal mini insured golf cart. Pool was nice but murky. Didn't pick up garbage on our street one evening garbage all over next morning. Would not stay here again.

This KOA has a family vibe to it! It also has TREES!!!! If you have a teen who loves to fish - this is a great KOA.

The friendliest staff EVER! Campsites are clean and many are shaded. Pool and game room a big plus. Baths and dishwashing station also super clean. Would highly recommend!!

There was trash in our fire ring when we arrived. Air conditioner did not keep up during peak hours. There was a very active skunk population living under our porch that made use during parts of the day unavailable. The mattresses were very thin. There needs to be a warning sign on the height of cabin doors. We left before our last night.

This is the best managed Campground I have ben to in a very long time. It is expensive, but very well run with more employees than I have ever seen at a campground before. One suggestion...doing playground maintenance on a very busy weekend with a campground full of children was not the wisest move. Plus the young lad running the tractor seemed to get joy out of hitting the pot hole near the gate

The location was great for as we were visiting a relative. But did not realize it was so close to the park, and that was great. The camp ground was clean our site was a pull through and very nice with lots of shade and very quit. The staff was very nice, check in was a breeze. I wood definitely stay her again.

We stayed in 711 for 6 days and enjoyed it as we always do. You need to spend some time on these sites though as they are not level and the site base is large chunks of rock. The sites back there all need to be graded and have some smaller gravel added. The grass (what little there is) could use some weed and feed and this would be a really nice area. No worries though, we'll be back.

Rates right up there as one of the nicest campgrounds we've ever stayed at. Very clean and well-maintained. Lots of things for kids to do: playground, fish pond, swimming, and ground-level trampoline. Campground is located near Cuyahoga National Park, which has plenty of hiking and biking trails. We'd love to return and do some bicycling in the area.
