Staff was friendly. Pool and lake were fun. Bathrooms were very dirty.

Only issue was there is a discrepancy in the the map of the campground and the site marking. We are assigned to D14 which on the map is labeled as the last sand pad site with a red box around it. That site is labeled D12. We asked the desk and assured us we were in D14. Someone else showed up to camp on D12 though. Please rectify the map vs the site labels.

The KOA was nice but mostly long term campers. The staff were all very helpful. We were in E516 and the sites E515-E518 were all very wet and difficult to use. E515 was already occupied. Backing in to E516 was difficult due to space limited by the "dog walking" fence. People in E517-18 had much difficulty with soft ground and close quarters.

Very nice and can't wait to come back! it was pretty water logged due to the many previous rains, so that couldn't be helped but the staff were very accomodating and helpful!

I did not think they were up to koa standards . Water pressure very poor , skunk problem , nothing for the younger kids to do . Most koa have things for them all week long ( tie die , camp rides , movies , bigger playground ) didn’t get much help from the owners when we talk to them about are problems, grounds were very un level , grass was not cut . Won’t be back

The grounds are nice and large sites; friendly people working there. Close to freeway making it loud at night; resident raccoons were tolerable but the skunks - made us not want to be outside after dark. Also, bathrooms didn’t seem to be cleaned very often.

Nice entrance & office, but park roads are narrow & hard to back rv’s into sites. Trees & vehicles line these roads. No help from staff to park rig.

Nice campground. Let us stay back in the woods at a seasonal site. Very appreciated. Good well cared for clean campground would recommend.

Always a great stay. Everything is clean and maintained, pool is wonderful, and the staff is always kind and helpful. Special shout out to Steven who’s been a familiar and happy face year after year. The only part I’d hope for improvement is the bathrooms. They’re usually pretty clean but interior lighting and ventilation could improve. I’ll still camp there regardless.

I had no tv or WiFi reception. They said they would send Adam down to fix it and Adam never showed. When I asked for a partial refund Jimmy told me that they would not refund any money. Very lousy service and poor attitude by Jimmy. St4even was very nice but Jimmy the manager was rude and not nice.

Very well kept grounds. Glamping tent had more room than expected. Hats off to your cleaning staff. Your wood floored, canvas sided tent in the woods was cleaner than a major, highly respected hotel brand we stayed in a few weeks ago.

Beautiful spot. Didn’t use nice amenities bexx CD amuse we were there just overnight . Disappointed that the only cable channels that were clear were the last two. TV booster was off so it wasn’t that .

The staff was extremely helpful, & friendly during our stay. We so appreciated their help in assisting us to get our fifth wheel into the site. Because the roads are narrow, it would be helpful to move the big rocks that are painted further back then where they currently placed as it would allow the bigger trailers to make turns more easily.

Had 2 hound dogs next to us. They howled when owners were gone. But it was a weekend. Pam was great getting us into our back in site! Folks are always very friendly and helpful!

Spot 517 was a muddy field next to the dog pen. Check in was slow - three teenagers behind the desk and none very efficient or well-trained. No escort arrived; we found the spot on our own. No wifi at our spot; I called the desk which was no help and wrote an email to info@ but got no response. There was wifi when we walked up the road to other spots, but not at 517. Not worth the money.

Loved the campground and the amenities!! This was our first KOA stay and we will come back! We had some soggy ground at our site possibly due to the house by us that had a sewer issue that stunk (literally) but we still enjoyed our stay there!

I needed help due to truck mechanical problems and the staff went way out of the way to accomadate my needs. Great people, service. and beautiful campground layout. Shout out to Ben!!!!!

The campground was very nice and clean. There was no plastic anywhere. Beautiful ponds and lovely pool! There is lots of space and wildlife and everyone was super friendly! The cabin was very cozy and had two bunk beds, had enough room for six people! The general store also has an arcade, there are two playgrounds, and a jumping pad. Overall a great place for people with kids or dogs, or none!

Our site was a little tricky to get into, but, we were very satisfied with our stay. It was quiet and relaxing for the both of us. Very friendly and courteous staff. Would like to stay again. Dan and Chiyo Popeko

Staff very nice and professional. BUT no one to greet us outside and show us site. Some KOA's need to take customer service lessons from Buffalo KOA.

Rates right up there as one of the nicest campgrounds we've ever stayed at. Very clean and well-maintained. Lots of things for kids to do: playground, fish pond, swimming, and ground-level trampoline. Campground is located near Cuyahoga National Park, which has plenty of hiking and biking trails. We'd love to return and do some bicycling in the area.
