We have stayed at this property many times before and the pool was much nice in the past. The water was super murky, there were people eating full meals in and around and the pool and there were children without swimmer diapers that needed them. It did not look or feel clean and we left early two of the days because I was so grossed out.

Nice and friendly staff. Playground in the back was very small & outdated plus the tetherball had no ball on the rope so the kids were bummed. Kids caught tons of small fish and enjoyed the pool and ice cream available in the store!

The sites in the lower section were extremely muddy. We couldn’t even walk outside out RV due to all the standing water. Also our 50Amp didn’t work so we had to use only 30Amp

We used this as a quick overnight stop. It was very convenient to the highway and we got an easy in & out pull through site. Sites are very close.

The water pressure really needs to be addressed, and the wifi was next to nothing. Site was nice and the staff was great.

They apologized for being understaffed. We didn't see that at all. Everyone was so friendly and nice. Whether when we were walking the dog or anything else, anyone with a KOA shirt was super friendly. Even the ones driving the golf carts getting trash.

I really loved the texting feature. My specific campsite needed some sort of drain by the water. Also, the pool really needs better maintenance.

This was my second stay at Streetsboro KOA. Both times the experience was excellent. On this last trip we had a problem with the cabin assigned (leaking roof) and the staff was able to deal with the problem immediately. I love the KOA experience, the staff is excellent, friendly and enthusiastic, and other campers seem to be friendly and fun. Will definitely return when visiting the area.

This was a lovely KOA for our one night stay heading from Colorado to the East Coast. Definitely could have stayed longer. The area, location, campground staff, and rustic/country charm of the property were all excellent.

We really enjoyed your facility except for the bathrooms/showers. That were pretty bad, frequently clogged and never really clean. I did a light cleaning when walking in and always left it cleaner than I found it. I don’t mind some bugs, that’s camping. We went back and forth between the two buildings. Check out the bathrooms at the Charlottesville/Crozet Virginia KOA, they were excellent

Friendly staff! We were disappointed in our site. Very muddy. Grass clippings all over which collected on our feet every time we walked of our rug. We had tons of traffic due to playground and shelter behind our site.

Wonderful clean family campground! Steve and the whole staff were very accommodating. We needed a late checkout due to a hospital urgent care visit and it was no problem. We would definitely return!

The site I was assigned looked nothing like the site I booked online. We were pretty much the campground greeters as our sitting area and fire pit was right at the main entrance road.

nice campground, good ice cream from the general store, campgrounds are going through some renovations, low water pressure and weak wifi. the grounds were clean, staff very helpful.

In spite of warning for patience with short on staff, every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Site has many trees for plenty of shade. Thought the individual shower/restrooms was a great idea! Cleaning can occur one room at a time with minimal interruption to other individual rooms. The staff that was there were great! Thanks staff members!!!!

Our campsite was decently shady, but it was so insanely muddy. The faucet was faulty and dripping the entire time which only mad the muddy mess worse. Other than that, it was a fun stay. The pool was salt water too which was a plus!

This was our first KOA stay and we enjoyed it so much that we have already booked our next stay and a KOA rewards membership. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and most of all made all of the steps from booking the trip to getting set up as easy as possible. We were also a big fan of the fishing areas on the grounds and also the camp store.

Nice campground. Not fancy. It had rained and the sites and playgrounds were quite muddy. Employees are very helpful and friendly. The pool was warm and clean. Bathrooms were nice enough but not the cleanest on the weekend. To be fair there were a zillion families with ten zillion children. During the week they were much cleaner. Would definitely go back.

Grounds were ok. My biggest complaint is the office closes at 5:00 PM. That is way too early. For anyone traveling east across time zones, that is 4:00 PM.

We booked two spots, one RV site and one cabin. The cabin was newer and in very nice shape. However the rest of the campground did not remind us of a typical KOA. The grounds were in poor shape, mud everywhere, standing water, and amenities overall were no usable due to their poor condition. We’ve stayed at multiple KOA locations and this was an incredible disappointment compared to all others.

The previous camper left large ruts in the site that created standing water. The office was already closed so we could not move to another site. Our feet were soaked with mud.

Squeezed us in and tried to find space for a second nite. Helpful staff with positive attitudes. Nice showers clean with hot water. Our site could have used more gravel to improve levelness but beggars can’t be choosy.

New owners are working hard to renovate campground and exceeded our expectations in giving us credit due to a family emergency. We would have rated higher if lots were more level and they had soap dispensers that worked in restrooms.

Most sites had low water pressure. Many campers had the same issue. Place and people were really nice and helpful.

Chose Deluxe Cabin over bringing our pop-up. Wife slipped down the slick polywood style stairs to the loft within the first 30 minutes. Directed to Streetsboro UC listed on check-in paper. Ended up at Twinsburg UC because SB UC was closed. Appreciated the staff checking on her the next day. Would have liked to see more special activities (i.e. cornhole tournament) for it being a holiday weekend.

Rates right up there as one of the nicest campgrounds we've ever stayed at. Very clean and well-maintained. Lots of things for kids to do: playground, fish pond, swimming, and ground-level trampoline. Campground is located near Cuyahoga National Park, which has plenty of hiking and biking trails. We'd love to return and do some bicycling in the area.
