We enjoyed our stay, but the upkeep and cleanliness needs improvement. What’s with the dirty broken game room? Some cabins need better ground maintenance. Update/maintain the playground and basketball court. It just felt like this was a campground past it’s prime because it wasn’t well maintained.

The grass needed mown and the Wi-fi was non existent. The buildings were nice and clean.

Bathrooms were disgusting, 2/4 toilets were completely clogged and unusable. Other 2 were not clean in the slightest. Campground grass was not cut, very long. First and maybe the last time at a KOA.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet park. They were in the process of upgrading the Wi-Fi network, but it worked fine for us during our stay. Very convenient location for access to shopping and local parks.

We stayed here because of the proximity to Cuyahoga NP, campground was acceptable, across from our site it was obvious there was a broken sewer line

We had a great time, when we first got there it had rained day before site was muddy they quickly found us another dry site. That’s great customer service. Staff was friendly no complaints.

Our stay was fine. It was okay for a short stay. The location is very good and for the most part, the CG was clean and neat. I was surprised at the number of full-time residents though. While their sites were fairly neat, some could use some mowing or cleaning up. Our site was not overgrown but the grass could have been mowed more frequently.

Stay was great except no WiFi where we were at. Could get it at the store and then closer we got to our camp site the less it was until just before our site it went away and could not pick up no matter what we tried.

We were first put in to a site and was not level and the grass was 5 inches high. Not cut at all this year. We asked to change sites and were give a pull through site and it was more level but the grass was not cut. It did look like it had been cut once this year. If you know the grass hadn't been cut and the site wasn't ready-why would you put someone in that spot??

Very nice campground with friendly campers and staff, cable service was nice when not overloaded with users. Waiting on reply for seasonal request hope to get back there soon.

this was our seconded stay here and we were a little disappoint this time. We had site 607 and it had dog poo on it and it smelled terrible. We ended up having to go inside to our unit for that reason. We went for a walk and there was dog poo everywhere! We have had a dog in the past and know it is the owners job to clean up but would expect some policing!

Staff is friendly, great location, and facilities clean. Disappointed in the amenities though- the game room was closed each time we went, the website said you had a jump pad/pillow that wasn’t on the map and we never found, the roads were not paved to make it easy for bike riding, and we were not made aware of any planned activities. The playgrounds need updating as well.

In a word, disappointing. Grass on site not mowed even though it was reserved in advance. Speaking of which, we have reserved specific sites before and never been charged a fee for doing so and $20 per site is pretty steep in my mind. Apparently the water hadn't been tested for the year before we arrived because there were water problems and our filter got clogged due to the repairs they made

Too narrow for motor coaches. Could not pass a trailer leaving while we were trying to get to our site so had to turn, so got a lot of damage to coach from branches near dump station due to that. Site long enough but very narrow. Muddy, messy, generally unpleasant site. Good location but wouldn’t return. I would not recommend this unless you have a smaller sized RV.

I understand that new owners are in place. However for a Holiday KOA I have stayed at much nicer ones with manicured grounds. The deluxe site I was on was not worth the $70 a night. Their lot pads need work and there are many ruts. Maybe a work in progress and look forward again to stay again next year to see if the grounds manicuring improved. Staff was great and friendly.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed meeting Pam and her dog Bella. Campground in an excellent location. We liked our site location but noticed most sites are not very level, the grass was very high and site muddy due to heavy rains the weekend before our stay. Bathrooms needed to be cleaned more frequently. Please remove the sanitary trash bins from directly under the toilet paper dispensers

When I arrived there had been a mix up in my reservation. However, the staff were able to accommodate us and put us in a very nice site. So nice, that we would like to book there again, and get the same site. Thank You Streetsboro KOA for a wonderful, relaxing weekend!

We like it because of its closeness to relatives in the area, and the price. Other than that, the campground isn’t that great. Not a level spot in the campground. And too close to the road. Very hard to back in or out of someone is camping across from you. Not much of a fan to be honest.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Streetsboro KOA. The staff were kind and professional. The amenities were clean and accessible. The rates were reasonable especially with the pay regular price for one night and stay the next night for 20 dollars. I hope to take advantage of that again. The facility was close and convenient but still felt like you were n the country and able to get away.

Our site was so so so over weeded n over grown. We were asked to move to a different location because of it. There was no cleanup done prior to our stay and the picnic table was so disgusting and covered in mud and dead leafs we had a clean up our site for a good hour before we even pitched our tent.

Beautiful campground and super nice people. The site I was in (202), and the neighboring sites were difficult to back into though. The road was narrow and there was a bank and trees close to the road on the opposite side. The gravel pads were also narrow, a bit short and needed more gravel added. We were there in May, and it was extremely wet, so that made the problem seem much worse.

people were very nice. It had rained before we arrived and our site and around it were all mud. watched the guy cutting grass get the lawn mower stuck and had to be pulled out and also an older couple in a fifth wheel had to be pulled out.. We stayed 3 days and it really never dried out. Snakes in the fishing pond and the wifi didn't work where we were camped (509). Location was good for CNP.

Clean bathrooms, great friendly staff.. A+ on all of that... I got a tent site and was the only one amongst a sea of RVs, kind of felt like this was an RV park, which maybe it is and I was lucky to get a tent spot.

Mud pit - too cheap to buy gravel. Sites mostly dirt-very little gravel. Poor maintenance!

Although the campground couldn’t help the amount of rain and flooding, they could have warned us before sending us on our own to the site. Besides most of it being underwater, there was a ripped up bag of garbage there too. We couldn’t use the picnic table, fire ring or the site for that matter. The only dry spot barely fit the camper. Seems like a discount of some sort was in order.

A great no frills spot for those who are very conservative and don’t want to follow Ohio’s covid mandates. So much unused space on higher ground that isn’t a glorified mud pit that could be used instead of sticking folks at the edge of a marsh and not giving them so much as a concrete pad to have a break from the mud. At a seasonal location that had months to prepare? Come on

Rates right up there as one of the nicest campgrounds we've ever stayed at. Very clean and well-maintained. Lots of things for kids to do: playground, fish pond, swimming, and ground-level trampoline. Campground is located near Cuyahoga National Park, which has plenty of hiking and biking trails. We'd love to return and do some bicycling in the area.
