Very helpful, needed help with a tire and was able to use compressor. Very friendly staff. Sites are close, fire pit unable to use to close to vehicle.

Very peaceful and friendly place. Nice laundry facility. Professional and very helpful staff. Enjoyed the site we were on and extended our stay 2 extra nights. Less than 2 miles from Streetsboro where restaurants and places to shop are in abundance. Less than 10 miles from Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Wifi was spotty, however the cable TV worked great. Highly recommend this KOA.

This is the best campground I’ve stayed at thus far! Bathrooms are very clean and the internet worked great! Would definitely stay here again. Sites were really level and I appreciate the staff’s efforts to make our stay as great as possible. Special shout-out to Shannon and Chera for being awesome.

The staff was so helpful! My husband arrived at the camp office a few minutes before the scheduled opening, and the employee about to open was willingly got him what he needed with no hesitation that it wasn’t quite time for him to be on duty. We were impressed.

We made our reservation in April for our stay in September, 2021. When we arrived, we were taken to a site that in no way could accommodate our 38’ RV. We were ultimately given a site that was very uneven, which made leveling a process. The site was grass and dirt with small rocks. There was gravel piled behind the site. We made do and enjoyed our time at Cuyahoga NP. Not impressed!

Quick overnight. Fortunately, close enough to Cuyahoga National Park so was able to get in a quick visit. Easy on an off highway. Slept with our windows open and highway noise wasn't an issue. Biggest con: poor interior roads and campsite signage could have been better.

We came for a weekend getaway to visit family that live close. We ended up joining the KOA rewards and plan on returning. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Wonderful spot. Good spacing between sites. One issue- dump station water hose is lousy. Add a hose bib to hook up my own hose to flush black tank. Otherwise, 5 stars.

Great accommodations and very nice place! Only bad things were- the curtains in our cabin weren’t wide enough to cover the whole window so changing at night was awkward, and the porch swing of our cabin was so high off the ground that I couldn’t swing myself. I realize I’m short but I’m not that short!

The site we stayed on was 423..it was pretty tight and very little privacy. However, the staff and amenities were awesome! We would come back if able to get a more spacious site.

We really liked the park as it is beautiful with the trees and the lakes. We also found it convenient to visit downtown Cleveland, Hudson, and Cuyahoga Falls. There were a few things that annoyed including there are too many full timers making it feel more like a trailer park than a campground. Also, the dumpsters are better suited for those full timers than they are the campers.

Shout out to Jimmy and Dani -- as they were a pleasure to talk with and their assistance with trimming multiple branches for our rig to fit perfectly was excellent. Additional shout out to Steven who took the time to call us after hours and prior to our arrival to inform us on the condition of our site after a major thunderstorm that went through.

We stayed at this KOA for one night on our way out to Michigan. It is a very convenient break from the Interstate with a level pull though. The staff was very friendly and the grounds were well maintained. This was our 2nd stay at this campground.

I reserved a tent site, and it was going to rain that evening, so I requested a cancel on a single tent site with nothing else added. But I got the typical language that we require 48 hours to cancel with no charge, but I’m not a weather forecaster. Running up the chain of command with KOA directly. I was even told I was checked into the place even though I never made it there. Poor management.

For a campground located between Cleveland and the Akron/Canton area, the campground has a woodsy setting. Plenty of trees for shade in most areas. Overall the campground is well-maintained. We camped over the Labor Day weekend and there was heavy use of the bathrooms. Staff did a great job of keeping them clean. KOA staff is very friendly and helpful. If in the area, we would stay again.

We had a very nice stay, friendly staff and a located close to the Nation Park. I would recommend updating the campsite numbers to match the maps and adding electrical service to all sites, even the tent sites. Everyone has phomes and other electronic items that need to be charged.

Rates right up there as one of the nicest campgrounds we've ever stayed at. Very clean and well-maintained. Lots of things for kids to do: playground, fish pond, swimming, and ground-level trampoline. Campground is located near Cuyahoga National Park, which has plenty of hiking and biking trails. We'd love to return and do some bicycling in the area.
