We really enjoyed our stay. It was my 9 year old grandson's first experience camping and he loved it. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We were fortunate to have enjoyed a pancake breakfast on Saturday made by the staff. Time permitting we will be back

The campground is beautiful with two ponds. The camp store is great with lots of great goodies including homemade fudge. The site was very unlevel and required a great deal of leveling.

Campground was clean. Pool was nice and warm. Lack of communication about the activities scheduled for the weekend. Paper had them listed, but no times. When I called the office to find out, they didn't seem to know either. Also, there was a hayride on Sat. Evening that wasn't listed anywhere. The WIFI was horrible. It connected, but had no internet connection.

We camp with our daughter and her family and my sister and brother in law. We all agreed our best trip thus far. Staff and grounds were absolutely the best. We plan to come back.

There was nothing wrong with the Facility. Really nice and maintained. The issue we have is that we camped with tent, in what seemed to be in an RV parking lot. There is not much space between spots. We felt like there was a lack of privacy and wish this was explained better on the website and ended up leaving early. If you want to tent camp I would try another location.

We really enjoy this camp ground it is a great place with a lot of activates for all ages. We have been coming for years never had any complaints worth noting but this year the staff was larger in numbers, all really friendly and helpful. heard they have new owner ship. Hope they paint the big rock Pink again!

The staff was wonderful. Had a problem with my cable (my RV’s problem turns out) and someone was out within 5 minutes to help me. Constant garbage pick up and bathroom cleaning. Activities like band, food truck, crafts for kids. Quite and clean. Wonderful place !

It was great! Koa is large and there were tons of people, but it was not crowded and restrooms stayed clean. Very close to attractions and cute neighboring towns with lots of parks to visit.

A lot nicer that most KOAs. Roads have a lot of gravel, so no dust. We were in a pull-thru which was far from level. Pull-thrus 507-514 have a big back to front slope. Pull-thrus 609-614 are more level. The back-in sites look level for the most part, but clearly some are not. Lots of road and train noise

The KOA workers were very pleasant and helpful. We were very disappointed in the condition of many of the sites in this KOA. It was hard for us to step out of our vehicle without getting mud on our shoes because the stone bed was not wide enough. The bathrooms are nice and clean but lack well enough ventilation and no air conditioning . This KOA is in a great location to sight see Cuyahoga NP.

This was a relaxing place. Large sites. The whole staff was friendly and great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!!

It was ok...not great. Grounds were a "swamp" which I understand it a tuypcial complaint. Good Showers/restrooms. OK value, a little expensive for what we get. Dog park is ok.

We came to Cleveland to see a friend receive an honorary award. We commuted daily into Cleveland and did not spend much time at the campground. We had some problems with our RV...roof started peeling off on the way to the KOA. The staff was very helpful...lending me a ladder so I could make temporary repairs and arranging to get rid of the awning after it was damaged in heavy rains.

Only complaint we had was that the wifi signal did not reach our camper at site 712. It would pop up as available but then everytime we tried to connect (tried several devices) it would eventually say failed to obtain ip address. When we were closer to the office building we connected to the wifi fine. Also, we really wished the pool opened at least an hour earlier and stayed open later.

Campground was very nice and well maintained. Pool was great, store is well stocked, and their ice cream and home-made fudge are the best. Would highly recommend this campground if you are in the area looking for a place to stay. Will definitely be back! :)

Nice pool and playground. Laundry was adequate but a bit pricey. Internet doesn’t even exist. Would really appreciate if campsites would stop advertising internet if it’s not useable Site was meh - hard to get into - had to travel through mud and ruts from others who had same problem. Spacious for a KOA but still pretty close to neighbors.

Very nice campground but ver y over priced. The site was like a swamp The grass and weeds were over grown had to ask them to cut the grass . We paid a premium price for this premium site then got chArge another 20 dollars because we wanted a premium site . Ever got charged this before when we stayed there and asked for a premium site

Staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately our campsite was so off-level that our levelers could not get us level. Plus there was very little gravel on the site, so when it rained we just sank lower into the grass :( Basically I think the short term sites need quite a lot of maintenance.

The park is pretty. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lots are larger than many but can be wet because it is a watershed area. The handicapped restrooms are barrier free but the one nearest the pavilion has a drainage issue, the whole floor is flooded. Difficult to dress after showering. So much so the floor will likely rot through in a few years if not addressed. Great for touring Cleveland.

Fantastic staff, very friendly and over the top helpful. Thanks guys for helping to get me in my spot during the rain and in the mud. I came alone and they helped me park my rig and then brought stones to help alleviate the mud mess.

Very clean & well maintained campground with pleasant hard working staff & nice variety of amenities. Office is an old General Store that also has good ice cream & great preserves. Spacious sites for a KOA Holiday which made it nice & more comfortable. (We have stayed at others where the sites were much tighter). Some back in sites could use more gravel to cut down on mud. We'll be back. Thanks

Rates right up there as one of the nicest campgrounds we've ever stayed at. Very clean and well-maintained. Lots of things for kids to do: playground, fish pond, swimming, and ground-level trampoline. Campground is located near Cuyahoga National Park, which has plenty of hiking and biking trails. We'd love to return and do some bicycling in the area.
