We decided to spend Christmas in the Lodge at KOA Streetsboro ...... we brought our own little Christmas Tree and Gifts...... We Really enjoyed our quite cozy Christmas!

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin we stayed in was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The campground was quiet and everyone was friendly. My kids really enjoyed the ice cream shop, the playground and the activities. We will definitely stay here again!

First time visit and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds and facilities and the friendly, helpful staff. Weather was not ideal but we made the most of it. Trick or treaters and Halloween decorated sites were wonderful, as were the hayrides. Hopefully next time will be in warmer weather when we can take advantage of the other options around the grounds.

Cabin is very underwhelming. L3 cabin is slanted and not level. Supplies from the construction going on next door spilled over to our site. We were only given keys to lock the screened in porch and not the main doors of the cabin. We actually checked out a day earlier and changed our plans.

We stayed in the glamping tent and it was a GREAT experience. Both of my kids (including my teenage daughter) thought it was fabulous! I would recommend listing more of the amenities included and photos. Oh and build more!!!

Nice cabin, clean and new carpet. Few things need to be updated/fixed. Light on deck didn’t work, 2 chairs at table wasn’t sufficient (maybe add a couple bar stools at the counter by the mirror for extra seating since it sleeps 6. The back porch was freezing at night even with the heat on. Maybe add a little heater out there once the temp gets colder. It was like tenting it for my scout boys!

The grounds are beautiful and the cabin was very nice! The hot water went out Sunday morning and was still not back (in the bath house by our cabin) when we left on Monday! According to the gentleman that we spoke to there was HOT water in the back bathhouse by 3p.m. on Sunday! We had to take cold showers Sunday morning so we could go into Cleveland! We will not be back to this KOA!

cabin was nice and clean. cabin received a microwave and refrigerator upgrade since my last stay which was a nice surprise and makes it more convincing to come back...eating out of a cooler all the time and buying ice gets old

This is a lovely, spacious campground with ponds, pool, game room, activities. It is well run and very clean. It is a 10 minute drive to cuyahoga national park.

By far the best KOA we've stayed at. Extremely clean restrooms, showers, and cabin. Our cabin near the pond was beautiful to wake up to. We've had issues at a previous KOA site that made us consider not using KOA again. The Streetsboro site changed that! Thank you!!!

Great accommodations and very nice place! Only bad things were- the curtains in our cabin weren’t wide enough to cover the whole window so changing at night was awkward, and the porch swing of our cabin was so high off the ground that I couldn’t swing myself. I realize I’m short but I’m not that short!

We rented the deluxe cabin with bathroom. The cabin was very clean. Bed linens and towels were provided. Kitchen has a microwave, small fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. Silverware, plates, bowls, mugs were provided but not much else for cooking. Needed a can opener. Other than that it was great. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I would stay again, absolutely.

Had a great time staying in a cabin with plumbing. We were able to enjoy time with our grandchildren. Clean and prompt service when requested.

Staff were extremely friendly. Campground in general were super clean/well kept. Mattress in the cabin was horrible (no support, felt like I was sleeping on a wooden plank). Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner (but I understand that businesses are having a hard time filling positions at the moment). Overall a nice stay, would come back.

My cabin was clean and the grounds were clean and well kept. There is a pool, lake for fishing, and a game room so plenty of options to keep any kiddos busy. The staff was really nice too. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had an excellent experience. Customer service people, especially Steve and Shannon went out of their way and above and beyond to anticipate needs or ontacted me well in advance on a couple of things to avoid any problems. When I had questions about the billing, Steve very patiently walked me through it (more than once!) until I was comfortable.

A raccoon entered our “glamping site” and stole half of our food bc the site was not secure. The power went out. When I called for a backup cabin so as not to sleep with any rabid animals, I was told it would be ready in a few min and 5 hours later, it still wasn’t ready. All around, it was a horrible stay.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to stay in the new cabin near the pond. We loved the cabin and it had everything we needed! When we needed help with the grill, the staff was there within 10 minutes to help. We are looking forward to our next stay!

We had a great time. The cabin is a great way to get the camping experience while still having the great conveniences of a private bathroom and air conditioning. We enjoyed the amenities which were well maintained. There were some minor issues with the cabin that were noted on previous reviews on the website such as the door not closing, skunks under the deck (which impacted our time out), etc.

My grandchildren have never cabin camped before and they LOVED it! They already said they want me to bring them back and next time for a longer stay:) EVERYONE was so nice! Memories to last a life time for this Grandma! Thank you for everything!

We purchased a cabin for 2nights. The first night we were over taken by skunks. Could not enjoy the campfire or night because skunks literally living under the cabin. Could spray us or our dog. Asked for a refund for the second night because we did not want to stay in a unsafe environment. Owner refused and offered us free wood. Not even to relocate. So horrible. Ruined our Vacation. We only had 2 issues. First, the full sized mattress in our cabin was AWFUL! My boyfriend & I were both in terrible pain after sleeping on it. I know it's camping, but there are DEFINITELY better options available! I would've even preferred if the full size bed folded up & we could've used an air mattress. The 2nd issues was skunks. They chased us in the cabin early almost every night!

We stayed in the deluxe cabin. It was very clean and would stay again if ever in the area. The hosts were very welcoming and went above and beyond when we had car troubles the morning we were scheduled to leave. Great area and we enjoyed visiting the National Park.

We had so much fun this weekend! Even with all of the rain - the staff was wonderful and all accommodations were kept clean. Any interaction with employees was always friendly and welcoming. You have an incredible crew!!!! Keep up the fabulous work!!!

Rates right up there as one of the nicest campgrounds we've ever stayed at. Very clean and well-maintained. Lots of things for kids to do: playground, fish pond, swimming, and ground-level trampoline. Campground is located near Cuyahoga National Park, which has plenty of hiking and biking trails. We'd love to return and do some bicycling in the area.
