Worst decision ever to stay in "The Lodge." Has leaking area between the cabin and awning ruining the door. You have ants all over the wall and countertops in the kitchen area. You can't get local channels as advertised on your flyer, and lastly your lights and air conditioning unit in the master bedroom went out. And you don't even try to resolve any concerns. Not a good way to run a business.

We stayed in a two room cabin, it was wonderful. The only thing I would suggest is a handrail on the steps. We all had a great time and everyone was so friendly.

We stayed over Independence Day and had a great time. We swam daily, made s'mores, played games. It was great to unplug. This is one of our favorite places to stay because our cabin is the perfect size for our family of 6 and the KOA has amenities we're looking for (pool, playground, clean bathrooms, general store). There was a live band this time, too. We already booked our next stay.

There was trash in our fire ring when we arrived. Air conditioner did not keep up during peak hours. There was a very active skunk population living under our porch that made use during parts of the day unavailable. The mattresses were very thin. There needs to be a warning sign on the height of cabin doors. We left before our last night.

Always a great stay. Everything is clean and maintained, pool is wonderful, and the staff is always kind and helpful. Special shout out to Steven who’s been a familiar and happy face year after year. The only part I’d hope for improvement is the bathrooms. They’re usually pretty clean but interior lighting and ventilation could improve. I’ll still camp there regardless.

Very well kept grounds. Glamping tent had more room than expected. Hats off to your cleaning staff. Your wood floored, canvas sided tent in the woods was cleaner than a major, highly respected hotel brand we stayed in a few weeks ago.

The campground was very nice and clean. There was no plastic anywhere. Beautiful ponds and lovely pool! There is lots of space and wildlife and everyone was super friendly! The cabin was very cozy and had two bunk beds, had enough room for six people! The general store also has an arcade, there are two playgrounds, and a jumping pad. Overall a great place for people with kids or dogs, or none!

We stayed in the deluxe cabin upon arriving the staff was super nice the deluxe cabin was very clean and inviting I just wish we could’ve brought in our little 11 pound dog I would’ve gladly paid a pet fee

The bathrooms smelled like an outhouse, there was no paper towel in one of the bathrooms for our entire stay. Wish they mowed the campsite before us arriving, the grass was too long. The pool was very cloudy. 2 of the arcade machines weren't working, and 2 different arcade machines stole our money, without letting us play. There were signs all over saying "no refunds for money lost in machines"

This was my second stay at Streetsboro KOA. Both times the experience was excellent. On this last trip we had a problem with the cabin assigned (leaking roof) and the staff was able to deal with the problem immediately. I love the KOA experience, the staff is excellent, friendly and enthusiastic, and other campers seem to be friendly and fun. Will definitely return when visiting the area.

We booked two spots, one RV site and one cabin. The cabin was newer and in very nice shape. However the rest of the campground did not remind us of a typical KOA. The grounds were in poor shape, mud everywhere, standing water, and amenities overall were no usable due to their poor condition. We’ve stayed at multiple KOA locations and this was an incredible disappointment compared to all others.

Chose Deluxe Cabin over bringing our pop-up. Wife slipped down the slick polywood style stairs to the loft within the first 30 minutes. Directed to Streetsboro UC listed on check-in paper. Ended up at Twinsburg UC because SB UC was closed. Appreciated the staff checking on her the next day. Would have liked to see more special activities (i.e. cornhole tournament) for it being a holiday weekend.

We had a great time in our little cabin by the pond. It was comfortable and clean, although the grass was a little long. They came and weed-whacked by the firepit so we didn't accidentally start a brushfire. The kids loved the jumping pad and the game room, as well as riding their bikes around the campground. The firewood and ice delivery was very convenient. Very close to Cuyahoga Valley NP.

We enjoyed our stay, but the upkeep and cleanliness needs improvement. What’s with the dirty broken game room? Some cabins need better ground maintenance. Update/maintain the playground and basketball court. It just felt like this was a campground past it’s prime because it wasn’t well maintained.

Rates right up there as one of the nicest campgrounds we've ever stayed at. Very clean and well-maintained. Lots of things for kids to do: playground, fish pond, swimming, and ground-level trampoline. Campground is located near Cuyahoga National Park, which has plenty of hiking and biking trails. We'd love to return and do some bicycling in the area.
