We came to Cleveland to see a friend receive an honorary award. We commuted daily into Cleveland and did not spend much time at the campground. We had some problems with our RV...roof started peeling off on the way to the KOA. The staff was very helpful...lending me a ladder so I could make temporary repairs and arranging to get rid of the awning after it was damaged in heavy rains.

Only complaint we had was that the wifi signal did not reach our camper at site 712. It would pop up as available but then everytime we tried to connect (tried several devices) it would eventually say failed to obtain ip address. When we were closer to the office building we connected to the wifi fine. Also, we really wished the pool opened at least an hour earlier and stayed open later.

Campground was very nice and well maintained. Pool was great, store is well stocked, and their ice cream and home-made fudge are the best. Would highly recommend this campground if you are in the area looking for a place to stay. Will definitely be back! :)

Nice pool and playground. Laundry was adequate but a bit pricey. Internet doesn’t even exist. Would really appreciate if campsites would stop advertising internet if it’s not useable Site was meh - hard to get into - had to travel through mud and ruts from others who had same problem. Spacious for a KOA but still pretty close to neighbors.

Very nice campground but ver y over priced. The site was like a swamp The grass and weeds were over grown had to ask them to cut the grass . We paid a premium price for this premium site then got chArge another 20 dollars because we wanted a premium site . Ever got charged this before when we stayed there and asked for a premium site

Staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately our campsite was so off-level that our levelers could not get us level. Plus there was very little gravel on the site, so when it rained we just sank lower into the grass :( Basically I think the short term sites need quite a lot of maintenance.

The park is pretty. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lots are larger than many but can be wet because it is a watershed area. The handicapped restrooms are barrier free but the one nearest the pavilion has a drainage issue, the whole floor is flooded. Difficult to dress after showering. So much so the floor will likely rot through in a few years if not addressed. Great for touring Cleveland.

Fantastic staff, very friendly and over the top helpful. Thanks guys for helping to get me in my spot during the rain and in the mud. I came alone and they helped me park my rig and then brought stones to help alleviate the mud mess.

Very clean & well maintained campground with pleasant hard working staff & nice variety of amenities. Office is an old General Store that also has good ice cream & great preserves. Spacious sites for a KOA Holiday which made it nice & more comfortable. (We have stayed at others where the sites were much tighter). Some back in sites could use more gravel to cut down on mud. We'll be back. Thanks

Overnight on the way to Cody WY. This day and age, WIFI should be available at every site and usable, it was not. The train whistle was horrific and woke us at 3:30 AM!

The stay was great the staff was very pleasant. It's convenient and located about 5 mins from stores and restaurant's. Only thing I would say is the sites are pretty small and I wish the had more gravel so that way when you walk out of the camper you aren't right in the grass. Its pretty shady and sunny good mix. Fishing was pretty good. The pool was very nice, but needs a bathroom close by.

Kids loved the pool. A few friendly skunks at night, thankfully they never sprayed us. Staff was very nice in the office/store. Lots of mosquitoes but it had rained right when we got there. Would definitely come again.

We had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend your campground to friends and family. A big shout out to Joseph who rode around the park trying to find the owner of a phone left in a bathroom. He found me and I am very grateful! Our only problem was your advertised wi-if throughout the park. At no time during our stay were we able to access wi-fi from our site (#622).

This was the first KOA who texted us about our stay, welcoming us and, at one point, invited us into the office/game room when a weather event was almost upon us. The staff was very friendly and most anxious to be sure any needs were met. Clean restrooms/showers. This is one of our top ten KOA's we have been to over the years. And they have great ice cream!

Friendly Staff, clean and beautiful bathrooms. Fantastic water pressure! We loved the general store, pool, and jumping pad. A fantastic peaceful getaway still convenient to I-80 and nearby shopping. We think it might be our favorite KOA to date, and we've been to a lot. Thank you! Will be back again for sure.

Great people. I believe it was Pam who guided us into our back end spot. We have always had pull throughs in the past and are not good at backing. She was wonderful. Great place that we will come back to.

It rained and the site was very muddy. They need to add more rock in several areas to help. We had full hookups and the sewer input was about 10 inches higher than the rest of the site. Made it very difficult to drain the tanks. Shower drain was so slow you had to stand in 2 inches of water to shower. Pretty area and very clean, they just need to do some maintenance and fix the sewer height.

Our site was nice. The cable tv was terrible. There were a lot of channels but they were all very fuzzy and most were inaudible.

Staff was great. Facilities were good. Kids had a good time. Our site was at the end of the drive. Muddy and smelled a bit due to proximity to the swamp. Obviously there had been much rain, but our RV site had essentially no gravel pad making leveling a challenge.

We stayed in a W/E back in site. The campground is nice with lots of activities especially for kids. It was quiet. The sites are pretty level although they need to add more gravel to the sites. It has rained and there was a good amount of mud. Especially for the rates they charge the sites could be a bit nicer. We would stay again

At first glance, it looks fabulous. It is surrounded by swamp. The staff is rude and arrogant, and the managers out to lunch. Every person there wants to ride around in a golf cart, lawnmower, you name it. The highest price for propane I have ever paid in my life. Looks good on the surface, it is a lousy camp.

Access to site very muddy and unkevelled. Had to ask maintenance to fix it. They did so but did not touch the neighboring site in same condition! I believe that proper site maintenan should be an integral part of a campground offering. Also WiFi was not accessible at our site the Monday despite the fact that there were a lot less campers than on the weekend.

Beautiful entry into this park. Staff deserves a A+++. Check in was very smooth and we were in our site within minutes. Site was long enough for motor home and tow vehicle but a little narrow. Site was gravel and fairly level. Interior roads & sites could use more gravel. Lots of large, mature trees. Restrooms and showers were OK.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Site access was easy in & out with all hookups working as expected. Had a wonderful campsite next to one of three catch & release fishing lakes. Wish I could post a picture of the trophy size large mouth I caught.

I understand that you all had storms, but when we checked in it would have been nice if they told us the cable was out...instead of us spending an hour trying to set it up and then been being told the cable is out

Rates right up there as one of the nicest campgrounds we've ever stayed at. Very clean and well-maintained. Lots of things for kids to do: playground, fish pond, swimming, and ground-level trampoline. Campground is located near Cuyahoga National Park, which has plenty of hiking and biking trails. We'd love to return and do some bicycling in the area.
