We stayed for 3 nights, the cable has been out since July ( as per a permanent resident) and we were not told at check in, and the internet worked for 1 day. All sites with full hook ups were muddy and need new gravel at all sites. You couldn’t even enjoy the area you had because it was to muddy. I’ve never written a negative review, but this Koa deserves it.

Campground was very clean, beautiful pool, great fishing ponds, the whole staff was amazing. Danny really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable

Stay was good. Friendly people and great amenities. Only issue was the mud. There were a lot of puddles, a lot of mud which brought a lot of bugs. Skunk was around campsite, have to make Sure to put garbage away. We didn’t put ours away because wasn’t full yet, but the skunk managed to tear it open and get whatever was left over in it.

Beautiful campground. Nice facilities. We wish we would have arrived a bit earlier so we could have enjoyed more of the amenities.

Entrance to park is beautiful. After the gate, it all goes down hill. reservations 6 months ahead. They parked us in a site that was too small for our camper, not level and with low hanging branches, in a swamp. Several other campers around us made the same comment. stairs ended in water. I asked to be moved, but was told that there were no open sites. In the morning, I counted 4 open sites

Nice campground, however the recent rain turned our site into a mudhole. I should have asked for stone to be put on our site so we didn't have to walk in mud. Cable was also not working for the 5 days we were there, which wasn't good on a rainy day.

Recent extreme rains caused some inconvenience for us. Not the fault of the campground. We made the best of the flooded grassy area we were on, and we were able to prevent slipping in the mud by laying some old tarps down under our awning & door entry. Overall, the staff was very nice and helpful. Great place to stay when traveling I-80, since it's only about 4 miles off the tollway. .

Initially, it was rough, but the new owners and staff were quite responsive in finding a level site, repairing the power station and making us feel quite welcome. I would suggest waiting until next spring to camp there, to give them time to do extensive repairs still needed!

The site was incredibly muddy. Tried hooking up cable tv only to find after calling the office that it did not work. Asked for a discount because cable tv was advertised but did not work. Was told the the manager would need to decide and would call me back. I received NO call!

Our site 605 was not level. We had a tree a foot away from the electric plug that hit the side of our 5th wheel. We ask for another site. The one they offered us was to short for our 5th wheel. Ben didn't seem to care. We had mud in front of the RV and never got it leveled safely. The next day they made a bigger mess and left railroad tie sitting sideways.

Very nice KOA. Beautiful property with great amenities. It is truly a "Holiday" KOA. Very friendly and helpful staff. The sites are spacious and level. Excellent communications with campers using text messaging. We would definitely stay their again.

Multiple skunks came to our campsite every night at dusk. They blocked the entrance to our camper and made it so we couldn't enjoy an evening fire. Furthermore, the rain was expected and tolerable but the lack of proper drainage on our site made it so we were sitting in a mud pit. The roads had washouts and our site was one giant puddle. Again, getting wet is fine but the water had no where to go.

I was only disappointed in one thing. When we got their our site was out of power aennd they said it should be fixed by 10 pm. It wasn't so the next day I ask to move to a different site which I gladly paid for because we needed power. All night with no power depleted our propane for the fridge. I wish they would offered to let us move to another site with power when we got there.

Area had gotten a lot of rain but camp site was a mud hole. Play ground was mud pit. I wanted to wash my shoes after walking in to bathroom. Gravel on site very loose and not smooth. Pot hole at entrance to site risked damage to camper. If sites had been angled then parking could have been easier. Cable TV not working at site.

Floors in the restrooms are filthy. Most sites are very unlevel. It would be good to spend some money to replace grungy flooring and regrade sites. Also your new gate keypad? How do you expect someone to enter a code at car level from a Class A window?

Our site was muddy with hardly any grass. You could tell people had made deep tire marks when parking their campers and/or trucks. More gravel is needed in these places. We let someone know that after we parked…that our site needed gravel desperately before and even more after we got into the site. The gravel pad was hardly wide enough for our jacks. Staff never came and we were there 7 day

I was in site 2 and move in on July 31 after several dry days set to leave on August 16th. The second week we had a lot oh rain. Our site was on a stable gravel base. But in the rain my coach a 45 ft weighing 54,000 lbs was surrounded by water up to 2 inches deep converting everything out to 15 ft on both sides and across the single lane paved ride to mud. This site should not be used until fixed

Nice staff. Site should have been cleaner. A little difficult to level on large gravel. Little enforcement of rule. Site 710 had 2 dogs locked in RV most of the days & apparently dumping gray H2O on ground. #704 parked camper on grass not pad. Site 700 doesn't know how to back a Class A up & broke the sign post. Site 625 made a pull through site out of a back in. Just FYI. We'll stay agai

They wanted me to move 3 times for my 5 day stay. Cut my stay by 1 day. Nice park except for not being able to keep me in one spot—especially since there were numerous spots open.

We have stayed here before, one night at a time as we are traveling through and liked it fine. This time however, we were given a grass site, far from level, with a mud hole under the trailer that was full of water. We couldn't open our awning because of low hanging crab apple branches in 90 degree weather

Water pressure ranged from between 12psi to only 22psi. Voltage was only 112. There was no cable due to a lighting strike 2 days prior and no discount. Because of the rain, our site was a soaking wet bog.

Lower half of campground lost power for an entire day. Electrical infrastructure is a problem in the lower campground. In the overnight our slot (604) power failed again but this time it was isolated to us. Had to replace the pedestal at our site. Good thing I had a long extension and could tap into the 30A at neighbor. Water is also an issue. Don’t stay in sites below 606. It’s a bog.

Sites flood with only a moderate amount of rain. Dump station fixture leaks at flange attached to base. When you dump "stuff" pours out sides of base going everywhere. They charge $10 each for visitors. Supposed to refund the money if they leave same day. Our guests couldnt get their refund because office closed at 9 even though visitor hours end at 10, thet left at 9:30. Mgmt said sorry,no refund

I was camping I'm a sit that was all dirt and roots followed up by mud. You have some nice sites here level with gravel that looks recently done, but 622 is a crap hole . Last week I camped at Baylor Beach and took 2 of my 12 grand kids and wife for $48 for 15 dollars more alone I got this. Your other sites might have been worth it, but I won't be able to bring my family here even though it is cl

Everything was clean and well maintained. The only drawback was our weather, which I know is out of your control. But the wifi was out at least half the time.

Every staff member was very helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask more from a staff. Bathrooms and showers were mostly clean, but hot water in the showers was sketchy. Laundry was very clean and worked great. Ice cream in the store was wonderful on hot August days. Heavy rains made lots of standing water in the campgrounds, so maybe some day they could invest in improved water management.

I cannot emphasize enough what a great campground this is. Everything is perfectly maintained, and it is gated! The store is adorable, and all employees are friendly and welcoming. We give this KOA our highest recommendations!!

Internet was not usable, couldn’t get service at all. Cable tv didn’t work, was going to call but said call would be returned next day so that was useless. Guessing splitter was bad as we had cable at previous and current KOA. Site was extremely muddy (think swamp land) and uneven.

This KOA is one of the nicest campgrounds we have ever visited. Have to admit I was a little concerned before we arrived about the proximity to the city but it was very quiet & scenic. Close to Cuyahoga Falls National Park (the reason for our visit) Staff was very accommodating & allowed a late checkout. Downside-girl in the office didn't know anything about a natl park that's only 15min away

Stayed at site #715. Great site with woods behind and open grass on one side. The bathroom facilities were not far and were reasonable clean (cleaned 1x daily). Pool was nice and the ice cream sold in the office was great.

Rates right up there as one of the nicest campgrounds we've ever stayed at. Very clean and well-maintained. Lots of things for kids to do: playground, fish pond, swimming, and ground-level trampoline. Campground is located near Cuyahoga National Park, which has plenty of hiking and biking trails. We'd love to return and do some bicycling in the area.
