I stayed at 4 different KOA’s during my trip. By far this location was the best. The site was very clean. Staff was friendly. They even had someone show us to our site.

Wonderful staff. Made sure that we were set up for the night. Always very friendly. The restroom/shower facilities were fantastic as well! I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a place to stay in the area.

Too many rules, pool too small for adults, no trees, no street lights, prices way too high for what it is, no need to charge ten dollars for my son and daughter in law to visit for two hours and twenty minutes, and on and on!!! New owners have a lot to learn!!! Yes, as we travel we’ll advise others to stay away from this KOA!!!

Every campground you visit has rules and ours were no different. Our visitor policy is clearly stated both in the confirmation email you received and our website, so you knew before you stayed with us that we had a visitor policy. We do hope you enjoyed your site on the river.

I was expecting a concrete pad and patio. I got mud and gravel. Very disappointing.

The site type you reserved was a standard pull-thru which is a gravel pad and a concrete patio. We are on flood plain and when it rains, it does take some time for the sites to dry out. We do hope you were able to enjoy the rest of your stay with us.

The entire Team On-site was fantastic and very helpful. We love that they call day before to go over your reservation and stay. All sites are cleaned daily and bathrooms and laundry rooms cleaned several times per day

We had an enjoyable stay, however, there is no shade and it was brutally hot! We really liked the young man that provided the music on Friday night. We will stay here again!

Awesome new campground. Verify clean and staff is awesome. Located next to tubing and kayaking and only 2 miles from Blue Ridge. We have already re-booked for a week at the end of October. This will be a yearly go-to for us every year. Thanks so much.

I had a good stay at Toccoa River KOA. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and, personable. The campground is well groomed and clean. I will highly recommend this campground to anyone I know that would be traveling in that area.

We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay.. beautiful scenery, enjoyed the River, great staff .. need to place umbrellas at the pool.. no escaping the sun! Will be returning.

This KOA is one of the nicest campgrounds we stay in. The staff is outstanding, the grounds are always clean and facilities (such as bath house, laundry, pool) are always clean and stocked.

Pleasantly surprised with this stay! Great amenities with a very clean bathhouse. The staff in the office was great. There was one man on a cart that was a little abrasive with the kids about no shoes on the playground, but as it is landscaped with mulch I told my children to keep shoes on to prevent splinters. Update to tire/rubber terrain or sand if no shoes allowed. Otherwise loved it!

Only a year old park, everything immaculate. Beautiful setting. We will definitely be back.

Central location to outdoor activities. A beautiful river runs right alongside the campground. Spacious camping sites, level and well-maintained. Activities are somewhat limited: horseshoes, cornhole and the pool. Plenty to do in the surrounding areas: fishing, rafting, kayaking, biking and hiking. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Beautifully kept campground w/ extremely friendly staff. Great central location to the surrounding areas. Only complaint/suggestion I would have, was reference the lack of signs at the highway. I spoke with the staff and understand it is an ongoing issue with the state, but it is extremely difficult to recognize at highway speed, even after you’ve already been there, let alone your first visit.

We were very pleased with our stay! The facilities are impeccable and the staff is very friendly and helpful! We definitely plan to return and most likely will bring others with us!

We booked our site in tandem with another family and were not put together, even though we arrived before other tandem families with the same campsite type. The staff were not super friendly or accommodating. The facilities were new and clean, but we'd really have to consider returning based on our first experience.

We are shocked to hear that we were not accommodating when we did move you closer to your friends. We had a full campground that weekend and others around you were in fact already on site. Since we moved you to a different site type, you were also given refund.

Was like Fort Knox, charged for everything, even for visitors that was a local that came by to see us. The grounds keeper or who ever he was on the golf cart with a girl was unprofessional and does not need to be working with people at all. Night staff was the reason we will never be back

We stayed at site 15. We loved the stand they had at the site. The site was a great size. The staff was awesome and so friendly. The river was very pretty. We will be back!

Wonderful stay. Such friendly and knowledgeable staff especially in the front office. I would like to mention how much I appreciate the help that Ms. Mickey was to me in securing our reservation. We love staying at Blue Ridge KOA. It’s one of our very favorites!

It was good except for the Ethics of the Campground Owners and Management. They made a double rental fee off one of our Family members. They had to cancel - no refund - the site they paid in full for was re-rented. This is very wrong - they received no refund.

We enjoyed the stay and the purpose of the stay. The campground was very clean and well kept. The shade throughout the campground was limited without any mature trees. The staff were nice but in comparison to other campgrounds that I have visited this was managed with a micromanaged atmosphere. That would be my greatest deterrent as a recommendation to others.

New and we'll maintained and hosted by a friendly, polite staff. A great place to base camp to a north Georgia outdoor adventure. I had a blast!

Very nice Campground, very clean bath facilities. Playground / Pool area was very nice, our grandchildren loved it. Campsite #90 was a great pull through deluxe, pad is very level. Water PSI is 85, so make sure you have a regulator. Staff is very nice (especially Beth)...we will be back in the fall months.

Had a great experience here for a short fishing trip. Very friendly people, nice facility and great location right on the river. We will be back again.
