We stayed in the cabin called Hikers Haven. It was super nice and very clean. The campground was was also very well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and will definitely be back. My only complaint was the mattress and pillows. It was very uncomfortable. We had friends staying in 3 other cabins that had the same complaint. Other than that, it was a perfect!

Absolutely loved this place. It is probably the cleanest KOA that we have stayed at. Our cabin felt like it was brand new and it backed up to the Toccoa River - so we had a great view. Great employees - extremely helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Everyone was so wonderful and accommodating. We even changed our site a couple of times prior to our stay, and we felt so terrible about it, but the ladies in the office were so understanding and always made the switch, no questions asked. We have never felt so welcomed at a campground before as we did at the KAO in Blue Ridge, GA. Best experience ever, great cabin, clean facility, gorgeous KOA!

The cabin is amazing except for the beds. Cabin gets 5 stars. The mattress 2 stars. The springs poke you while you’re sleeping. It was awful. The people are so nice. It’s the off season so there wasn’t much to do in the campground. So many beautiful natural things to see within 30 min. We enjoyed our time.

Blue Ridge Rocca river KOA was an incredible camp ground! The staff was so friendly, our cabin was perfect, and we really enjoyed our time there!

The Angler cabin was spotless. The campground was very clean. I do prefer real dishes and silverware instead of paper and plastic and hope it changes back. We had a great time and hope to visit again soon. The Toccoa river is beautiful.

We loved everything about our stay. We were very pleased and surprised by the cabins and how big they were on the inside. It fit our family of 6 comfortably. We will be staying with you again very soon.

Stayed in a riverfront cabin, very roomy, comfortable and functional. Will be bringing the full rig back in the near future to enjoy the rest of their wonderful amenities and Stellar location on the river.

First time we have stayed in a cabin. We didn't feel like pulling or 5th wheel this time, worked out well, especially on the cold nights.

I was charged for damages that my family and I didn’t do. My son did have a bloody nose and the sheets did get blood on it. However it is easily can be washed and bleach since the sheets were white. I was charge a $1000.00 for the sheets and supposedly a crack in the shower. There was no crack in the shower during my stay or when I departed. I’m sure the cleaning crew cracked it.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We have photos before and after your stay. We had to discard couch cushions, all bed linens, towels and a blanket. There were also jacket burn stains on the concrete around the firepit. Both housekeeping and maintenance staff spent an entire day cleaning this cabin. We have sent you documentation.

Everyone is very helpful. Parking spaces are very spacious and clean. Located very close to all attractions.

Not a pet friendly place , like they say if ur dog barks inside ur camper then u get written up

We are sorry to hear that you do not feel like our campground is pet friendly. We do our absolute best to ensure that all guests, pets included, enjoy their camping trip. To that point, when we have multiple complaints from campers about excessive dog barking, we do have to step in and take action.

The only problem was the heating system on our last night kept shutting off then showed E1 error a bit cold in the cabin. The grounds and cabin were beautiful definitely would recommend and visit again.

We had a wonderful time. My brother's and their wives were there. Cabin was nice and clean. The view on the river was great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I hope we will be able to come again.

Fabulous except heating units on cabins should not be mounted on the cabin. Terrible harmonic resonance throughout the cabin. Build metal stands and mount at same height to the concrete pad. No adjustment to lines would be needed. Easy fix! Thx for a great stay. Ed Nowak

We had a terrific Holloween Weekend. Our granddaughter had the best time at the Holloween contest and the treat or treating was wonderful. Can't wait to do it again next year.

Due to the motor going out on our brand new Chevy truck(only 5,000 miles�Ϫ), we couldn't tow the camper and had to change our reservation to a cabin. The ladies in the office were so understanding and helpful and the cabin was perfect. It's a beautiful campground. So thank you for helping us turn a crappy situation into a happy one. We really appreciate it. We highly recommend this campground

The staff was very helpful and quick to assist. The camp ground is located next to the Toccoa River PLUS an easily accessible highway which is not loud or bothersome. Facilities well-maintained. We have already recommended to our RV friends - but we stayed like kings in the Deluxe Cabins!

I will admit, I read some reviews and arrived with the wrong attitude. It was amazing how nice, helpful, and welcoming the entire staff was! Awesome stay. Beautiful cabins.

Excellent campground! We stayed in the cabins which were new and clean and next to the river. Very well built. Relaxing. Staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. We were in the end unit, and it was kind of weird to look over and see a huge construction building about 100 yards away, but there not much activity at the building. Hope some type of future natural barrier is planted.

We camp here quite often. It’s only an hour from the house. It’s very clean and well maintained. Staff are always great. Kids love the playground. Lots to do in the area, but just hanging out at the campground is great too. What else could you ask for??

Staff was for the most part unfriendly. Having guests was a pain in the butt. My friends and family couldn’t even park for 30 mins for free. Upon check out, I was accused and charged for a dog in my cabin that didn’t exist. I strongly believe they mixed our cabin up with the neighboring cabin who DID have a dog all weekend. Still waiting for my $250 refund for the bogus charge.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Camp rules are outlined in the confirmation receipt, which you received at booking. We flexed our check-in time from 3pm-8pm to noon-8pm on the holiday weekend. We were told on the phone that we were unfriendly because we wouldn't allow you to check-in at 11:12am.
