Everything went well. I don’t understand them wanting us to unhook our heated hoses from the spigot under freeze warning. Their spigot sticks up out of the ground and is in covered, removing a heated hose from it, does nothing to protect it.

Great staff, great facility, and well run. New, but clean & well maintained, so they have started out right. The spots were level and most had a nice KOA concr5ete pad to step out onto, so made it nice. You could not ask for anything more.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The campground was very well kept and facilities were very clean. The kids had a great time in the play area.

Awesome campground. Staff is super friendly and happy to assist if you have a issue. Dog play pen was great for our pups. Extremely clean showers and restrooms

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at your KOA, while we were having the floors in our home refinished. The park is well managed, well laid out, has wonderful staff who are friendly and helpful, and it looks like most of the sites are level. The river walk is a real nice plus. Shopping and restaurants are 5 minutes away, so this KOA is very convenient. It looks like a great place for kids to have fun.

We stayed in 5 different KOA’s over our journey from Seattle to Florida and the Blue Ridge KOA was the best of them all hands down!!!!

Nos encanta quedarnos a vacacionar en el KOA de Blue Ridge. Muy acogedor, los trabajadores muy profesionales y el trato excelente. Siempre están al tanto de lo que uno necesita. Tienen muchas actividades. Lo recomendamos 100% No se arrepentirá

This place sets the gold standard of how a KOA should be run. Great amenities, super clean bathroom and facilities, lots of employees/volunteers around to help out when needed, level lots, fair pricing, and friendly staff. The only knock against it is the Wifi is inconsistent. Wifi connection struggled except for early AM hours.

This was an overnite stop for us not recommended for any longer, it needs many updates, is very rundown. Gentleman that took us to our site was very nice and helpful wish I had gotten his name. The free breakfast is a nice touch.

We enjoyed camping by the Toccooa River. It is so peaceful. The staff is so friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying and will definitely be back.

Campground looks brand new. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Got our propane filled here. Right on the river. Near town and shopping yet still away from it all.

Our truck broke down and the staff here was very understanding and helped us by moving other reservations around so we didn’t have to find a way to move sites without our truck. Great place, super clean, friendly staff.

We had a riverfront site that was great as was all staff. Very clean. good power, lots of water preasure and for the sewer hookups... yup it flows down hill. nice stay

We had a wonderful time. My brother's and their wives were there. Cabin was nice and clean. The view on the river was great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I hope we will be able to come again.

Amazing property right on the Toccoa River. We tent camped in freezing weather so having the clean warm amenities close by was very appreciated. The staff was very helpful and accommodating especially David who guided us to our campsite and checked in on us to make sure we were doing ok. They have cabins, large RV sites, a pool, playground, horseshoes, fishing and much more. I would recommend it!

Hands down our favorite KOA! Very well kept in such a beautiful location. I think the cat has gotten out of the bag because it was packed this year! We made it up the second year in a row to see the leaves change. Will defiantly be back next year. Thanks to all the staff for the great stay!

This particular KOA location is fabulous with many attractions nearby. The river has access to fishing, with a nice small dock and multiple times, I spotted deer on the hills on the other side of the river. The expert staff were all very professional and available if anything was needed. We didn't need anything as this property was maintained to the highest order! Safe and excellent property!

We usually do not stay at KOA. The workers are usually rude and the campground is usually run down. This campground was great. Well kept. We will be back. My daughter was in the pet lot and when someone came in to clean it they didn't shut the gate back. Someone pet could easily ran out.

The bathhouse facilities were very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Would highly suggest staying here and we will be back again!

My husband is an avid fisherman, so camping right on the Toccoa River was the best! The entire park is brand new and they have thought of everything, from wood delivery to your campsite to the pet stations around the walking trail. The park is very close to everything you might need. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Would recommend 10 stars if I could!

Had a great experience here for a short fishing trip. Very friendly people, nice facility and great location right on the river. We will be back again.
