Second trip this month. The staff is stellar. The facilities are top notch. One problem "not the campground" the property owners on the river are very unfriendly to boaters and other people using the river.

The campground is very nice. Did not care for our site as it backed right up to three others, and one group was loud past quiet hours with kids who batted balls into our campsite and one ball even hit the side of our RV. Also left their dog alone one day suffering from separation anxiety. He howled and screamed so loud that other campers came around looking to see what was going on.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful campsite. We enjoyed our rafting trip with PaddleZone and they picked us up right at the KOA.

Brand new pool. Why would you make so small? Are you planning an adult pool along with a kids pool in the future? Facilities are nice and new. Sites are good. Activities in the park are not wonderful. Activity room?

We had an amazing site and a very peaceful stay. It was really refreshing to watch all of the children around the park. There were activities to keep everyone busy, which is always nice. The people in the office were so friendly, it was absolutely amazing to go there to purchase items.

I would give 5 stars, but the Internet was flaky. The first 2 days I couldn’t connect at all. then i could only connect 2 of my 4 devices for the last 2 days. Management was responsive to the issue, but they couldn’t get it fixed properly

A new location. A new entrance is being constructed. The location is a wonderful central location to be able to visit surrounding areas.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a deluxe site on the river and it was perfect. We were able to kayak the Toccoa and just take in the beautiful scenery of the river. We also enjoyed a swim in the pool and the use of our gas grill. We will be back again and can hopefully stay a little longer.

Great location! Very clean & friendly courteous staff with great amenities. RV sites next to Toccoa river and minutes from great grocery and shopping. Much better than going to Gatlinburg and the Smokies! Great kayaking services! Great trout fishing! Toccoa dam releases water each day for fast fun kayaking! First run 6 miles 2 hrs, 2nd leg another 6m & 2hrs with pickup each pullout & back to KOA.

We always have a wonderful time. We had a different site this time that backed up to dog park. People woke us up at 630am playing with their dogs. It would be great to have dog park hours that would be enforced

This is a very well-run, clean and nicely located campground along the river. We should add, while doing her duties, Rhonda was very helpful in giving us information about the area. Riverside sites are worth the few extra dollars.

We had a great weekend. Can't say enough about the kindness and helpfulness of the office staff. So welcoming and always there for any questions. Food Truck and Ice cream sandwich making was a hit! Keep up the great work. Beautiful campground!

Clean, nice amenities, lovely river frontage, nice personal service before, during, and after your stay. However, sites close together and very few spots with trees for hammocks or shade.
