We arrived to just spend two days but ended up there for a week because of bad weather. Linda and Charlie were very nice people and take very good care of the camp ground. I would of wished to be able to enter the red barn library but we were traveling during the winter months. I viewed it thru the window and the barn looks amazing. Easy access off RT. 70 West. Website indicated office was open to 6 but closed at 5. Clean, warm bathrooms. Spots are close together. Location is basically a truck stop.

The campground was a little hard to find. The grounds were unique and staff was friendly. My husband got his shoes muddy walking to the bathroom so I think the entire place needs new gravel.

Quick overnight stay. Pleasant Host. Site was gravel, level. Some permanent sites. Salt water pool --said open in summer. Fishing pond would be fun for kids.

We have stayed here about 5 times. We really like the owners. We have always had a positive experience each time! This time we had a damaged tv cable and it was fixed within the hour and they came to or door to let us know it was done.

looks like improvements are underway with cement pads which will be great especially for big rigs. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Call for best directions to access the campground since it is a little confusing.

We only stayed one night, check in was easy and fast, the desk clerk was real friendly and super helpful. The only problem we had was that the site we were in was not very level.

Nice campground! Just a little noisy due to the highway! Although being next to the hwy makes it easy to get to also. Would stay here again if in the Topeka area. Just far enough outside of the city!

The staff were SUPER friendly, as always, at this KOA. I stayed in site 29, which has a slope to it making hitching up somewhat difficult. The WIFI was decent, and I was only 1 site away from the antenna. The cable TV was poor. Some channels came in clear as a bell. Most channels were unwatchable. Quick access to highways, but also high traffic noise. I'll stay again!

Stayed overnight on a road trip. Had a level pull thru site so we didn't need to unhook our 5th wheel. Didn't use any of the amenities except electric and water. Not exactly an easy on/easy off access to the highway.

Campsite is nice, cute pond nearby. But this is second time we’ve registered in advance but get there after closing and no site designated for us. Just lucky there’s been lots of spots. And maybe that’s why.

We had a super late check-in and no one was at the office. But the staff had a map with our name on it and directions to our spot. There was no hassle and they got us in the spot we wanted. Great job guys! Cant wait to see it in the day time! (we left at 6am)

Topeka/Capital City KOA was a great stop on our way south. Called to reserve and staff was super nice. Site was easy to maneuver and bathrooms were super clean! A+

We only stayed one night, so we didn't have time to use many of the amenities. However, the campground was clean and neat. Our dog enjoyed playing on the teeter totter in Kamp K9. We also liked strolling around the fishing pond and seeing the geese in the pond.

Sorry, can’t find much good to say about Topeka. Campsites very cramped, to make matters worse RVs park opposite the RV next to them so you share a “yard”, picnic area, fire ring. 2) Right on a busy freeway. Noise is beyond tolerable. 3) Hard to find - no signage anywhere. Entrance looks like an alley. 4) Beware of large unpainted speed bumps. No warning. Suspensión killers, even at slow s

I stay at Topeka Capital City KOA Everytime I drive through Kansas! Quiet, clean, easy off and on Freeway.
