The attendants where very kind and accomadating with all my needs. They where very pleasant, easy to speak with. Looks like they are doing a great job on a tight budget.

It started in the office, where we were greeted and felt welcomed. Quickly finished the paperwork, received our key and was on our way. The cabin was neat, clean and ready. Even thou it was a rainy weekend we were able to get out and do a lot of walking around. couldn't help but to notice how clean and picked up the camp was. Looking forward too our next visit.

I have had the need to stay at in this area as my place in Penfield had a terrible Fire back in February 2020. I am sincerely Thank Full for this KOA Dubois for being available for my needs. I'm tentatively planning a trip to Florida this coming winter and I will check for the availability of one there. I want to Thank the Staff for their help at this time.

Quietly tucked into the woods. Elk and scenic byways nearby. Cabin was dusty and oven unusable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cabin is perfect for those looking for a roof, bed, and bathroom. Lots of space for people and luggage, fully equipped kitchen is added bonus. Only issue we had was cleanliness of bathroom; it’s a camping cabin, not your house, but the shower looked like it was still dirty from previous use.

We came to be with family this weekend. All of them had a campsite for their campers. We rented a cabin. It was very clean and met our needs very well. It isn't anything fancy, it is very simple, but had everything we needed - comfortable bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower. We would definitely rent this again if in the area.

Cabin filthy! Human hair, mouse feces & dirt all over mattress covers & sofas! Left msgs on after hrs & ofc phones, have cell history! Next AM, OFC MGR denied she rcvd calls & said it was on us to call Resort security! Security said that was FALSE, they don't handle cabin problems. OFC MGR unpleasant & claimed problems bec it's a pet cabin BUT staff said cabin hadn't been rented in awhile!

Great stay. Clean cabins and campground. Friendly staff. Only one suggestion…maybe add a screen door to the back porch so we can leave the door open on cool fall nights.

Bathrooms were very clean and well kept. The amount of "Permanent" sites and the way so many are very unkempt is a bit off-putting.

I arrived late Friday night; although the office was closed, they made certain to leave everything I needed at the Security gate. Then, on Sunday, there was yet more I wanted to do in the area before checking out. They were amenable to work with me and allow a later check out. I will be back in the Spring!!

On you web site we thought sheets where the bedding we needed to bring. We had to bring pillows and blankets also. Bought fire wood from the office and it was damp and not easy to light. We will be back again

Overall it was a great experience. The size of the family lodge was great. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to and were very accommodating. The cabins could have been a bit cleaner, there was dried garbage at the bottom of the garbage pail and some of the cabinets had stickiness in them. Other KOA's offer garbage pickup once a day which would be nice. Hooks to hang items would be nice.

Our stay was wonderful except for the rude security people at the gate. My daughter made a mistake, got it the wrong lane, apologized and was berated by the guard. She was threatened with fines and arrest. Ridiculous!!!! Once we all got in we had a nice reunion. Thank you.

It was a family reunion. Everyone seemed happy. My only problem was no hot water, but we made it without.

I arrived Friday 6 July Cabin 11A. We had very little hot water. I stopped in the Office 8 July, informed a Young Lady. We left yesterday 13 July without any Maintenance to the Hot water problem. We enjoyed talking to the Friendly Church Group from Buffalo N Y.

Cabin 15A. We had an issue with bees our entire stay. We could not use the front deck for most of our trip because of the bees. They had to do construction in front of our cabin for an entire day and there was a terrible smell of sewage. Besides that we enjoyed our stay.

Cabins were clean and comfortable. Air conditioner worked great and shower/ water pressure was very good. New pots and pans and utensils were a good addition from past years.

The cabin we stayed in was very nice. It was clean and everything was new. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and patio. The only annoyance we had was the noise of other campers well after 10:00 PM. But, the facilities were nice, lovely atmosphere and the Treasure Lake staff was nice and friendly. Will definitely stay again!!!

We absolutely LOVE our stay every year! We have been coming for our family reunion for 7 years now and continuing. The staff is very helpful and always on top of everything! Would highly recommend to everyone!!

The campground was very clean and staff was very friendly. I loved that I could sit on the back deck and enjoy my morning coffee and not get eaten by mosquitoes or have flies swarming around. Will definitely be back.

We had a good time, reason I am giving a 4 vs 5 is that the pool claims to be heated but is freezing to the point that some people won't even get in. Also, the ladders and entrance railing for the pool are loose and can be dangerous. We enjoyed being able to go the beach and the playground was great.

WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH HOW CLEAN THE CABINS WERE WHEN WE GOT THERE. VERY SPACIOUS FOR JUST THE FAMILY CABIN. WE DIDN'T HAVE BEDROOMS BUT WE HAD PLENTY OF ROOM. WOULD HAVE LOVE TO HAVE CABINS CLOSER TO THE CAMPERS THOUGH SO WE COULD BE CLOSER TO OUR FRIENDS.BUT TREASURE LAKE IS SUCH A PRETTY PLACE AND WE WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK AGAIN.

Stayed here in the 20th anniversary of 9-11. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. We didn't not visit the pool but is was clean. Some sites don't have any trees but our site was level. Not a hot day so trees did not matter this weekend. Nice area. You enter a gated Community where you get access to the KOA. They have us a map and directions to the KOA. About 10 +/- minutes up the road Then check in with KOA and assigned a site. Nice KOA, clean area, store was nice, bathroom is clean, decent showers. Overall a very nice stay. Thank You KOA. Music both Friday and Saturday night at the store/pool area. We could hear it from our campsite and the music was excellent. We did take a walk Saturday night to see the man playing the music. Nice job. No complaints. Near Treasure lake still within the gated community, fishing with a license of course, kayaking but you need to use their kayaks I don't think you can bring you own. Check first. I'm not sure how the access for boat usage is in that same area. Check before you plan on putting anything in the water in that area. I thought I took more pictures but can't find them. The KOA was worth it as are most KOA's.

Very clean, quiet, peaceful. The only bad parts were driving 5 miles at 25 mph through the gated community and then at our site the gravel needs to be leveled out, luckily we had an extra step with us or I'd of never gotten into our camper ( was still a big step from that to the actual steps ) as the first step was at least a good 2 feet off the ground (up to my husband's knee). We are used to at other KOAs people driving around selling firewood & a staff presence. Very nice place, but probably won't come back to this KOA.

This is our first time at this KOA and we are very pleased! We always try for full service pull-through sites and there are huge! We are here in the off season and during the week so I imagine it's more peaceful then on a weekend in high summer, but still, a great campground! The drive in is not as bad as I expected from other reviews. If it weren't for the gate at the entrance to Treasure Lake, it wouldn't be any different from the roads to any number of other campgrounds where we've stayed.
