Have been coming here with family group for over 30 years. Beautiful area. Everyone seemed to be doing a good job with social distancing.

Not happy about additional charge for noon arrival! Camp was clean prior to arrival and no additional needs For setup!!

Wonderful stay. Really wish you would confine motorcycles to loop 4. Too noisy. Too reckless.

Great location! My family and I have camped here many times and once again didn’t disappoint. Friendly staff and clean campgrounds. Bathrooms always stocked and usable. Look forward to 2021 trip which is already booked. Thx KOA Trinity crew

We have stayed there for many years and we love it. This year there were a lot of problems with the electricity which was difficult because it was really hot. On the last night of our stay we got yelled at by our neighbor for running our generator. Also I know the KOA doesn't own the Mini Kat but it would be nice to know what their hours are. Marina was great! We'll be back.

Wendy and her staff do a good job in the store at maintaining social distancing and face coverings.However, the restroom cleanliness has always been a problem. With COVID-19 we thought the restrooms would be cleaner than they were. Even though the pool was not open, it wasn’t maintained. The pool was green and the lawn area needs to be replaced. It has always been full of weeds instead of lawn.

The campsite was very nice. Your website stated that the campsite we reserved had a sandy bottom area which it did NOT have. We would have brought softer padding if we had known. The bathrooms, under Covid,we would have expected to be rigorously cleaned every day. They were not. The staff knew almost nothing about regional hikes, and there was barely any info or maps available. Still we had fun.

The setting was beautiful; however, the power shut off EVERY day we were there for at least 2 hours, leaving us with no AC in 100+ degree heat, and the employees didn’t seem to be very worried about it. They would fix it but it often didn’t seem to be a priority. The employees also seemed to have no info about places to go to get in the lake (not well informed about the area).

We always have a great time at Trinity KOA but their bathrooms are not cleaned often enough. They are dirty, often run out of soap, paper towels and toilet paper. We were told that cuz of COVID they would be cleaned more often...no evidence of that!

need someone to empty garbage cans on docks daily, everyday the garbage cans were over flowing and trash stacked all around them from the previous days, the camp sites where clean and staff very nice

Great time, my kiddos really enjoyed all the things. The only downside was that the bathroom #1 was not kept very well. Always out of soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Otherwise it was a great time and we can't wait to come back.

had difficulty finding campground once we finally arrived campsites not clearly marked and was unable to find our camp site and left going further down the road. This by far was the worst KOA campground we have come across. We have stayed at 5 other KOA campgrounds with no problems in last two months. Over several years have been to too many to count KOA campgrounds with no problems.

What a beautifully maintained campground!!! We were tent camping- the sites were very spacious and made it nice and serene. Our only complaint was that water access was pretty impossible without a boat or jet-ski. If you have either of those, the lake was stunning. Bring your side-by-side, too, because it seems there are quite a few trails.

We had a tent site. It was spacious and had good tree coverage. I liked that the tent sites were more spread out. The RV sites are very close together. Bathrooms and showers were clean and staid well stocked. The kids had fun on the bikes and at the snack shack. The lake is very close. We loved kayaking and paddleboarding. Great family destination even for a single mom with 4 kids!! Thanks!!

I love the staff at KOA! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, even during this confusing time. We had a quiet, peaceful stay in our little cabin. The park seems popular, its a great location, and people have lots of activities to choose from, or like us, no activities. We simply had time to recharge. The park is clean, we got to see wildlife, and Trinity lake is close enough to walk to.

Loved everything about our stay except that the pool was closed. The kids would not swim in the lake so they were bummed. The bikes were our favorite part but it’s a bit expensive for a family of 6. I would recommend a family discount for 4 kids or more. $50 for an hour of bike riding was expense 2 days in a row but we had a blast and built life long family memories. We will definitely retu

This was our first RV trailer experience at a KOA so I have nothing to compare it to. Usually we backpack or camp in backwoods locations overlanding style. I was impressed with how well kept and clean all the spaces were and it was really nice to have AC and a hot shower. I was also surprised at how quiet it was even with the camping density, no generators like you get in FS campgrounds.

We stayed at Trinity Lake KOA in early July: the campground settings are beautiful and peaceful. RV sites are spacious for RV, with table and fire pit, most of them shaded. The campground is fairly crowded, though; the site close to us was occupied by a trailer with a boat; I would expect a separate area for boats or other trailers. Really appreciated being assigned site 107. The two of us older ladies were able to maintain social distancing from other campers. Your park is truly one of the best KOA's I've stayed in. The pines kept our site cool. As a suggestion, put up more speed limit signs. We were by the back exit and motor bikes and ATV's frequently sped by. All in all, I'd visit your folks again.

Loves the seclusion. Didnt like how the pools were closed. Its understandable for this time but the ping pong table and everything else was still open so I just wish the pool was open too. Not much of a swimming lake. Have to bring your water craft to fully enjoy the lake.

Beautiful campground. Without a boat or jet skis, hiking nearby is about all one can do with pools closed. But staff was very nice as were fellow campers.

We stayed in a very clean cute cabin located a distance away from the center of the campground and appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was. It was really very nice. The only thing I'd like to suggest is that the personnel at the registration office should be better informed about the area. No one at the front desk was able to direct me to the local hiking trails or knew anything about the area.

Wonderful staff, fantastic cabins, and such a great cleaning concept. Really put our minds at ease and felt great being safe and keeping their staff safe.

Clean bathrooms, kind employees, tent camp area was very clean and quiet. Out of all the Koa's we tent camped in from the Bay Area, CA to Seattle, WA this was a favorite and one we will definitely be booking with again.

Good campground. We stayed in cabin 103: one bedroom plus sleeper sofa in the family room. Included all the amenities of the decent hotel plus everything for barbeque and camp fire. One of the best cabins we stayed in. The Lake is one mile away and there is no swimming beach. We rented kayak for $25 and they brought to the lake on electric car. Campground included a small store with ice, drinks and other items. Water in the pool was refreshing. Cabins are located about 1000 feet away from the general campground and it is more quite.
