Our family stays here every year. It's our favorite campground! The staff is super friendly and helpful and there's lots to do. Already looking forward to our next stay!

The people were awesome and so nice! Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean and the toilet paper was wet most the week in the ladies restroom. In addition, the sewer backed up in all of the RV sites. Again, everyone was so nice and helpful but just a little disappointed in the bathroom and sewer situation.

Lights out at our site. 3/8 crushed rock on top of old asphalt. Very dangerous for motorcycles. Bicycles as well I’m sure. Bathrooms pretty dirty for a KOA. Unusual from my experience.

At first everything was pretty good, the staff is excellent, and friendly. Problem is, was I went on a camping trip to get some peace and quiet, but the last few days I was there, they were doing construction early morning right near my site, that I paid a lot of money for. They "Bobcat" must've drove back and forth by my tent nearly 20 times starting at 7am, and sounded like a garbage truck. Awfu

We had 48 people in 10 sites. The water was off in all 4 tent loops the 9 days we were there: 2 of the 4 bathrooms were closed. The manager, Sara Hohstroh said they were " working on the situation". She said the tent sites were rustic and not required to have water. I have been coming here since 1982. There has always been water and my site had a faucet, which she denied. Temp 105, unsafe

Drunk people screaming all night, kids to find golf carts thru park way too fast, dogs running free even though its posted to keep on leash. This could be an awesome KOA if they had camp host that actually made people follow the rules.

Disappointed with the lack of upkeep on the property. Electrical, sewer and water issues kept occurring. Lights in camp loops weren't on at night. Water shut off to campsites overnight. RVs no allowed to dump for days because septic was over full. Been coming here for 38 years, and never seen issues like this. I hear it's being sold. Seems like KOA is holing it together with bandaids till then.

We were in a campsite right next to campers that stayed up with loud music until about 3am. The campsite was not very full. I wish we would had been more spread out so that we were not right next to other sites since the campground was so empty. Despite the signs that say quite time by 10pm there was no one enforcing that hence our neighbors staying up with loud music so late.

park was clean, staff was helpful and avaible. the lake was down (bummer) but at the trout pond the kids caught fish and kayaked .Pool was ok, bathrooms could be up graded but adequate.

This year was laughably bad. The water went off without warning. So did the power. Bathrooms were constantly being closed. The lights in our loop didn’t work and after we said so several times, nothing was done for a week! And on top of all that, we were hassled by staff twice for accessing Swift Creek through the annex. We’re a long way from the Wyntoon glory days.

Over the years we have noticed that this KOA is starting to go downhill. Took us over an hour to check in, some campsites did not have electricity some campsites did not have water. There was one bathroom facility open for the entire campsite. Construction started at 7:30 AM. Level RV sites are poor, I really expected more from KOA considering with the new price hike.

This was one of the worst years I’ve had there. We book 6 campsites a year for 10 days and we have been camping there for 37 years and have always had priority with bookings year after year and we’ve been able to get the same campsites until this year. Many people have not been able to get their same campsites. The new manager didn’t care. She just said we need to take it up with the new own

It feels like this place has gone downhill since last year. We rented a preferred camping spot last year and had two chairs and two hammocks. We rented the same this year and had to request to be moved to a site with a hammock but there were no chairs on site. The plumbing was also a mess and there were constant issues with the bath house and water at the site. Will likely camp elsewhere next year

Awesome campground with many features. Super family friendly and it was so quiet after 11pm. I appreciated there wasn't a bunch of parties all night.

Have stayed here many times and was bitterly disappointed this year. Bathrooms closed, things broken and run down, pool cloudy, water turned off for hours at a time. Garbage backed up (influx of bees). Mini Kat closed. I was treated extremely rudely by the store manager, Sara. She has no business being customer-facing. I was MORTIFIED.

We enjoyed our stay in June 18-21, 2021, the staff was polite and knowledgeable about the surrounding areas for things to do. The pool was cold, but refreshing, as it gets hot in the campground. The Trinity Lake, however, has depleted drastically due to the drought..sad to see. The tent campsites are huge and there is plenty of wood to gather. The mini snack bar/food store nextdoor is open now too

We enjoyed being close enough to other campers so we felt safe but far enough where we had some privacy. The staff were really nice and the grounds were well kept.

It was a perfect place to camp, the only thing that we did not like was that bathroom weren’t bright enough at dark or in the showers, the cleaning wasn’t done often, but they were cleaner then others. Bathrooms are my big pet peeve if they mention they are running water in a camping park that is busy. Bikes needed to be updated or fix, hard to peddle. Only reason I took a start…. But we lov

The constant engine noise of people going by on off road vehicles of every kind was not what I’d hoped for for my camping experience. And quiet hours didn’t mean a lot with people still being quite noisy until after 1am. I ended up leaving a night early because it was far from the relaxing time I’d hoped for.

We had a great time! The lake is beautiful and the community and people are so friendly and welcoming. We loved seeing all the dirt bikes and atv’s since we have a little bmx rider in our family. The amenities were a great touch and the staff were amazing. We will definitely come back again soon! Thank you!

Great 2 night stay at campsite 190. Great staff, lots of activities, clean campsites with plenty of space, clean facilities. Highly recommend for families with kids.

Unfortunately the family next to us was very loud past midnight and staff did not enforce any of the rules to be quiet after 10pm.

Clean bathrooms, kind employees, tent camp area was very clean and quiet. Out of all the Koa's we tent camped in from the Bay Area, CA to Seattle, WA this was a favorite and one we will definitely be booking with again.

Good campground. We stayed in cabin 103: one bedroom plus sleeper sofa in the family room. Included all the amenities of the decent hotel plus everything for barbeque and camp fire. One of the best cabins we stayed in. The Lake is one mile away and there is no swimming beach. We rented kayak for $25 and they brought to the lake on electric car. Campground included a small store with ice, drinks and other items. Water in the pool was refreshing. Cabins are located about 1000 feet away from the general campground and it is more quite.
