Our stay was fine until the fire. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short. Wish you would still have things for the kids to do. Thankful to be able to put a tent on our site and to be able to rent an Rv site for tents if needed.

I was continually harassed and discriminated against by the management (Wendy) and the employees. My family has been staying at this campground for over 35 years and we have never been treated so poorly. The manager never once spoke to for 15 days that we stayed there and when I tried to reserve my site for next year they told me the site "was closed." My attorney has already been contacted.

We have been going to this location for over 35 years. This year manager Wendy and employee Vickie made this trip possibly our last. They were rude and demeaning. They actually told me it is time to find another location. We have never had problems in all the years we have gone there. Please have Corporate Office contact me. This Manager has taken the ambiance away from Trinity KOA.

We had a great time as usual. There were some issues with the forest fire and power outages, obviously not KOA’s fault. We had to leave early and were kindly refunded for our RV site. This is extremely hard to say but there were some issues of burglary. My brother had his ice chest stolen. Some other guest had a hammock and clothes taken. The office said every time “that has never happened”

This is the 2nd yr we stayed in the cabins ( 2017-2018). I went to Trinity as a teenager and also brought my kids to Trinity (tent camping).The cabins were nice-some updating still needed. We rented 2-2 bdrms & 1-1 bdrm . I was excited to hear you had new couches this year. These were a nice addition as they would wipe clean, however the bed in the couch was very uncomfortable-Springs everywhere!

We've been coming to Trinity Lake KOA every summer for the past 15 years. Wendy the current manager at the KOA is doing a fabulous job. Works hard to give you exactly the campsite you want as well as a great camping experience. Despite the challenges of receding lake levels, she has made KOA Marina the best facility on the lake to keep my boat. Nominate her for the KOA Presidents Award!

Staff was awesome, had a hide away bed that the frame was broken and the mattress had a hole in it. They gave me a air mattress for the kids to sleep on and all was fine.

When I made the reservation I asked for site 329 they said it was not available so I asked if I could get a site in the same row. They gave me 319. When we arrived I asked for a site between 324 and 331, they said "we are pretty full"and put me in 319. Are whole stay 326 & 327 were empty ??? Talking to other campers it seams like the staff didn't understand the rules. Different staff different

My site wasn't clean and was difficult to get my trailer into because of trees in the way. The dryer couldn't dry a load of clothes with one cycle, so I had to spend another two dollars to dry them again. The pool was clean and refreshing, but the damaged pool decking posed a danger to my children. Lots of dust and loud music present. The fire pit didn't seem to have been cleaned in weeks.

They don’t let tents on rv sites and don’t tell you when you reserve. Not very hospitable.

Very nice camp ground! Need’s more clothing options. No kids clothes:( Favorite part was bingo and the pool. Very nice camp staff! Also love the trash service.

Loved the way I saw people helping other people due to the fires that were going on. Great service, especially the young lady that was assisting people.

Had a bunch of fun with the family . The lake was supper close . Didn’t use the pool this year. Awesome that there is bingo a couple nights a week . Family members had cabins and they were nice also

the folks in the office/store could not have been nicer. The RV sites are uneven, rocky, and dirty. Very difficult to level the RV and keep the dirt out of everything.

There were rocks scattered around campsite, causing trip hazards. Our picnic table had a large burn on the top, graffiti carved into tabletop, uneven board on table, causing toppling of plates and glasses, table was not level. We put a 4-inch rock level at base and it still was not level. Tried to move the table and it was falling apart. Road through campground had gravel instead of asphalt.

Hikes, Alps and Lake were amazing. Needs some infrastructure work to meet KOA standards that are experienced at other KOA facilities.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The campground is very clean, and well-maintained. The restrooms and showers were clean. We've already made reservations for next year.

My first time there visiting with my cousins. I understood that there were some upset people in this KOA campground as they set up some stricter rules on ATV/motorcycles/drivers ages etc. My husband is a rider but we both appreciated the quietness through the park. We will definitely come back.

I rented cabins this year and we had to switch from two different cabins during our week stay which made no sense to me.Why have someone have to clean a cabin twice, which by the way wasn't very clean.The switching of the cabins is probably my biggest complaint, it was just inconvient, to check out and pack up one cabin, load all our food and belonging, have to kill 4hrs. till checkin to the other

The KOA in general is pretty great but the cabin was disgusting. I took a clean, dry, white washcloth and wiped the dry shower floor with it and the washcloth was dark brown after one swipe. I definitely expect the place to be clean, especially for such a high price. The mattress on the pull out couch wasn’t comfortable so I used an air mattress. I recommend the campground, just not the cabins.

It was very obvious that KOA has been making great improvements to the Parks infastructure. The staff has been busy making sure sites and power boxes are well marked and water spickets don’t leak. The General Manager and staff were very nice and helpful. The park and bathrooms were clean, and improved low volume non scalding shower heads and controls were a nice and needed upgrade. Thank you

It’s was awesome. Very quite and secluded, appreciated the back to nature feeling and loved how we all had to disconnect from our phones computers games. Had a great time and plan on coming back soon.

We stayed in a cabin. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Only complaint would be they need better houskeeping. Hair from previous renter left in medicine cabinet, bathroom faucet base grimy. Bed was pretty comfy, pull our sofa not so much, but our son was so tired from enjoying the beautiful lake he didn't care. Employees all very nice, snack shack costly but fun.

Hot and lake was really low. Bring a boat or watercraft.

Clean bathrooms, kind employees, tent camp area was very clean and quiet. Out of all the Koa's we tent camped in from the Bay Area, CA to Seattle, WA this was a favorite and one we will definitely be booking with again.

Good campground. We stayed in cabin 103: one bedroom plus sleeper sofa in the family room. Included all the amenities of the decent hotel plus everything for barbeque and camp fire. One of the best cabins we stayed in. The Lake is one mile away and there is no swimming beach. We rented kayak for $25 and they brought to the lake on electric car. Campground included a small store with ice, drinks and other items. Water in the pool was refreshing. Cabins are located about 1000 feet away from the general campground and it is more quite.
