The staff are always very courteous and accommodating. The camp is well kept and the store always meets our needs. Can’t wait for next summer.

I was very dissapointed that the Koa website stated the pool would be open starting Memorial Day weekend and when we went it was closed. They need to take off that it's open. I was so excited my kid would be swimming and tried swimming in nearby lake but was muddy and smelly. In addition on our second day in Cabin 10, the electricity went out and the outlet for coffee wasnt working. Need discou

The good things: The cabin was clean for the most part, the walls in bathroom could be wiped down as well as a good scrub to the bathroom floor. It was well equipped with every thing u need to do basic cooking. The beds were comfortable. The bad things: Customer service was HORRIBLE. Just handed me keys and a bunch of papers and walked away! Will not stay here again.

We love the KOA at Trinity Lake. Our only issue is the lack of updates that are done inside the cabins. Fridges outdated. AC that doesn't really work. Showers much to small and water that doesn't heat up. There have been tons of updates outside and they are amazing. We need inside work done.

We had a good stay. Two small issues. First, the outlets in one room on one side of the bed didn’t work. Second, the ac was really not adequate for the cabin size. However, it was extremely hot so I’m not sure any unit could have cooled the place completely.

I love staying with you. I have to say me and my entire family were very disappointed that the pool wasn't open and to be honest I thought we should have gotten a break on the cost of our stay because we were told 6 different stories about the pool but they all ended with "the pool will be open".

Front desk was very rude and unhelpful with check in. Cabin was ok. Could have been cleaned a lot better. When we opened the hide a bed it had a huge hole in it. The night staff was very helpful about it, tried to replace the mattress (all cabins were full, so unable too) gave us blankets to help fill the hole. With checking out desk staff was not very kind and didn’t seem to care about the hole

Beautiful Campground, very clean an quiet. I stayed in the Lodge, the shower didn't drain during the showers, I have reported to the desk person before I left hopefully this gets attention. We had such a great time! Everyone was nice an friendly. I've been sharing with family an friends how nice this campground is kept up. I'm still talking and happy sharing pictures. Thank You so much.

Stayed in cabin #20 with family. All was perfect except the water was not quite hot enough for a comfortable shower. Would definitely return!

Lovely location, great staff, a good variety of activities for families. Cabin space was ample and having a fire ring in close proximity was wonderful for relaxing and making s'mores. The bathroom fan in the cabin was very loud, adding a pair of scissors to the kitchen supplies would be helpful. Using one of the very sharp kitchen knives was not a particularly safe option.

Overall it was a good experience. Most staff were extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. The mantle front desk staff member that works the evening shift wasn’t very knowledgeable, failed to give us all the details of our stay upon checkin, failed to give us the cabin key and overall was uncomfortable to deal with.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful We made a mistake was not buying our bbq meat before getting there. A big bag of Charcoal was $15. The general Market is small and very few meats and expensive.My kids have T-Mobile and their cells did not work at all. But me and my husband have spectrum cell phone service and it worked fine. But other then that everything was great!

No hot water first day of the two night stay. Turns out all that was required was to turn on hot water heater. But the water heater continued to make loud noises the entire stay. It was difficult to sleep and this was mentioned to the staff multiple times but it was not fixed. We stayed in deluxe cabin 1 and I would not stay there again.

Disappointed in the non-existent boat ramp and non-existent parking at the marina. Call from the desk to remove our boat promptly at 11AM. Very dusty and dirty cabins. Two of 4 burners on range not working. Huge cobweb on the ceiling and fan blades so dirty and dusty you couldn't turn on the fan. Dirty decks, and chairs. No matches to start a fire, old and uncomfortable beds.TINY shower.

The staff was amazing - always smiling and accommodating. The grounds look to be under improvement and there was lots of fun things to do onsite. The cigarette butts on the ground are disgusting. They sell them in the convenience store yet provide NO ashtrays to place them in. Fire hazard and general visual nuisance. The cabin was filthy with hard bed, dirty linens and a horrible sleeper sofa.

We reserved a deluxe cabin at the last minute and had such a fun time staff was helpful with directions to local hiking areas, cabin was well maintained. my only bummer comment was those plastic straws and styrofoam cups sad

1 wonderful week at the cabins and on the lake. Cabin renovations and service upgraded since our last stay 3 years ago. Would be nice if there were more shelves for clothing storage.

For the price, it seems like, the air conditioning units could be upgraded. They where not very effective. Also the mattress on the main bed was very, worn out. You may have termites, little piles of sawdust all over the bathroom?? The staff was very very nice, everyone was friendly & accommodating. Overall we had a great time. Thanks

Clean bathrooms, kind employees, tent camp area was very clean and quiet. Out of all the Koa's we tent camped in from the Bay Area, CA to Seattle, WA this was a favorite and one we will definitely be booking with again.

Good campground. We stayed in cabin 103: one bedroom plus sleeper sofa in the family room. Included all the amenities of the decent hotel plus everything for barbeque and camp fire. One of the best cabins we stayed in. The Lake is one mile away and there is no swimming beach. We rented kayak for $25 and they brought to the lake on electric car. Campground included a small store with ice, drinks and other items. Water in the pool was refreshing. Cabins are located about 1000 feet away from the general campground and it is more quite.
