Awesome park, plenty to see and do, very clean, the employee's are first rate friendly smile greats you at the door upon arrival and each time I came across one of the employee's I will be back.

Cabins are nice & comfortable. I would prefer a larger and more private deck/outdoor area. Also, the cabins are far away from the camp store/activities and right along Highway 3 with not much of a tree barrier. This campground has GREAT activities! We played bingo, mini golf, pong pong, and rented kayaks. The pool was cold. Snack Shack was nice. Staff were all very friendly and helpful!!

Charles at check in was awesome! Excellent customer service. Disappointed that half the boat dock was non-op and we were not able to get a boat slip.

Kabins are always clean, peaceful and stocked so I don’t have to pack all the comforts of home in my car, see you guys in a few weeks! :)

Everything was great except the beds they were completely worn out and had a big sag in the middle of both of them. It was more comfortable to sleep on the sofa. The campground however was beautiful and clean, staff were very friendly we loved the outdoor patio, dinning table and fire pit.

Cabin could use some cleaning. Kitchen counter was dirty (the wipes used were black after one swipe); walls around the kitchen had multiple scattered splatters/stains; bathroom had milldew on the sink/faucets (wipes were brown) and shower stalls could use some scrubbing. Facility doesn't have much activities for kids outside of the lake. A bonus was free miniature golf. Staff were nice and helpful

We had a great time at this location. The staff was friendly and helpful. We even played bingo together which was.a lot of fun. The cabin was nice and homey. We were able to relax and had everything we needed there. A great stay and we will go back again for sure!

This was our second stay here and I am happy to report the cabin was much cleaner than the last time. I believe to was freshly painted . People friendly and courteous. Cabin area quite at night. We will stay again hoping housekeeping keeps on with their improvements.

With the exception of the haze from the Carr fire, we absolutely loved the nice people and our stay. We will be back next year for a whole week next time!!!

This is the 2nd yr we stayed in the cabins ( 2017-2018). I went to Trinity as a teenager and also brought my kids to Trinity (tent camping).The cabins were nice-some updating still needed. We rented 2-2 bdrms & 1-1 bdrm . I was excited to hear you had new couches this year. These were a nice addition as they would wipe clean, however the bed in the couch was very uncomfortable-Springs everywhere!

Staff was awesome, had a hide away bed that the frame was broken and the mattress had a hole in it. They gave me a air mattress for the kids to sleep on and all was fine.

I rented cabins this year and we had to switch from two different cabins during our week stay which made no sense to me.Why have someone have to clean a cabin twice, which by the way wasn't very clean.The switching of the cabins is probably my biggest complaint, it was just inconvient, to check out and pack up one cabin, load all our food and belonging, have to kill 4hrs. till checkin to the other

The KOA in general is pretty great but the cabin was disgusting. I took a clean, dry, white washcloth and wiped the dry shower floor with it and the washcloth was dark brown after one swipe. I definitely expect the place to be clean, especially for such a high price. The mattress on the pull out couch wasn’t comfortable so I used an air mattress. I recommend the campground, just not the cabins.

We stayed in a cabin. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Only complaint would be they need better houskeeping. Hair from previous renter left in medicine cabinet, bathroom faucet base grimy. Bed was pretty comfy, pull our sofa not so much, but our son was so tired from enjoying the beautiful lake he didn't care. Employees all very nice, snack shack costly but fun.

The way we were charged for having two under aged kids,one is 8 and the other is 17.I paid for a six person cabin at a specific rate and when ckecking in I was hit with additional charges.To me if I rented a six person cabin at so much a night that should be what I need to pay,period.Why does it matter who stays in my cabin as long as there no more than six persons staying there?

We loved our time there again! We rented the lodge in the middle of the campground. We will rent again, however, next time we will bring an air mattress to place on the futon for sleeping and a pad for bed as the plastic cover on mattress was uncomfortable. We loved staying in the middle of the campground vs. the cabins as we felt a little more like we camping! See ya next year!

This was our 10th year coming up and I found several pleasant upgrades that made our stay more enjoyable, including; entryway runner, laundry and garbage service, and utensil rack along with the renovations made the previous years. It would be great to have ceiling fans and some mixing bowls. Also, dog leash requirement while walking around the play area and Mini Cat.Thanks again for a great time

Thanks for appreciating the cabin improvements, mixing bowls are on the list. Some cabins do have ceiling fans and we plan to keep adding where possible. See you next year!

Relaxing and close to everything we needed! The staff are very responsible and work hard to keep the cabin guests happy!

We had a mix up on the cabin we were supposed to be in. And they no longer have the Sun shiners that used to be there for years and years. They are greatly missed. As they made our KOA vacations at Trinity Lake KOA magical for or grandchildern fom more then 13 years. Doing crafts and pancake breakfasts. They also did church on Sundays. I sure wish that Trinity Lake KOA would get them back.

I only stayed 2 nights but I loved it because I did not have to bring anything except clothes and food with me. So , it made it relaxing instead of work. We had cabin #4 and it was fabulous!

The cabin was even better than I had anticipated, with all of the conveniences covered. It was high on the price side, but seems to be in line with other cabins around the area. We reserved a kayak for late afternoon on our final day, but the wind forced a cancellation. We hiked instead at Swift Creek Trail, which was awesome, so all was good. Nice area, nice cabin, and nice staff and amenitie

Clean bathrooms, kind employees, tent camp area was very clean and quiet. Out of all the Koa's we tent camped in from the Bay Area, CA to Seattle, WA this was a favorite and one we will definitely be booking with again.

Good campground. We stayed in cabin 103: one bedroom plus sleeper sofa in the family room. Included all the amenities of the decent hotel plus everything for barbeque and camp fire. One of the best cabins we stayed in. The Lake is one mile away and there is no swimming beach. We rented kayak for $25 and they brought to the lake on electric car. Campground included a small store with ice, drinks and other items. Water in the pool was refreshing. Cabins are located about 1000 feet away from the general campground and it is more quite.
