Staff was nice. We liked the shady camp sites. Bathrooms were clean and garbage always picked up. Wish cabins we close to campsites though. The cabin situation made it difficult for the family to stay together. Some had campsites while others we far away at cabins.

Well the spaces are poorly layed out, my power hookup was in the camp spot next door,my sewer hose was 3 feet from their eating table. The people who run the grounds were great and friendly. Never a problem, I had to buy additional sewer hose to run under my trailer to hookup to an unused spot behind me. We had an alright stay besides a few Hickups. And NO YOU CAN NOT POST THIS ON YOUR PAGE

We have never stayed in a KOA that packed units in like this. The back of our trailer was truly two feet away from a trailer with a small awning, and about two feet away from another trailer perpendicular on the other side. The configuration of the pads made it seem like they had taken full drive thru sites and halved them. Never again.

The lake was low and lots of mud there. The campground was nice.

My wife and I and our dogs enjoyed our stay at Trinity Lake KOA. The campground is beautiful and well maintained and there are plenty of opportunities for activity. I would definitely and highly recommend a stay here. We'll be back.

Staff not as helpful as at other KOA's. The camp is not "on the lake" as advertised. It's quite a hike to get to it. Also they might want to consider putting a change machine in the laundry room. Had to do laundry unexpectedly. The store could only provide a few quarters in change and then shut the door in our face as we got to the store right at closing when we ended only 2 more quarters to finis

It was MUCH better last year than this year. All we got this year was a bunch of Grumpy old farts for your onsite staff.

There was a slight inconvenience of loss of power in the whole Trinity Center/Coffee Creek area for an hour or so in hot weather. We know this was not the fault of the KOA. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

We have stayed at this KOA for many years and loved it!! I’m not sure if there is new ownership or what but we felt nickeled & dimed with everything!! We had Rewards and they didn’t apply them, I had to go back and deal with that. Very disappointed with this location!! Charging your customers for every last thing isn’t how you improve your profits. We have been told things where going down h

We have been comming to Wintoon since 1987 clean and friendly staff, could be a little stricter on dog leash rules, a lot of off leash dogs, rate in crease on sites and boat slip over a $ 110 for the site from last year, other than that a great place

Great time

We will definitely be back.

We have camped there for 30 years. It meets our needs especially since we had an RV site this year. One suggestion we would make is to put artificial lawn by the pool. The added evening security was much appreciated even though there were still some issues with loud music and fireworks

Had a good time. Too many people for the size of the pool, etc.

Friendly and helpful staff, pretty clean campsite bathrooms could use a little more attention. Enjoyed our stay overall!

Our first stay however we met up with friends who have been going for 8 years. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful time - a quiet campground, friendly employees, loved the ice cream and big trailer spots! My only complaint is trash - recycling bins never emptied even when overflowing (4 days) And women's bathroom trash was full many days and no toilet paper in one stall for the whole day. So I would say keep up the good work, just work on trash please.

I know the lake was low but a nice axes would have been nice, the showers were very small.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We had a terrific time. I especially appreciate that the campground is kid and pet friendly - makes for a lovely family vacation spot!

The KOA employees are the best. We were treated so nice by everyone. We were sad to leave, after a month stay. We will be back next year. Nancy and Ron Kahler

I’ve been coming here for generations. Always enjoy it. Would like to see some lawn or if that’s not possible, something cleaner around the pool. Will be back next year.

Staff was polite and helpful, but this place turned into the wild west after dark. There were drunks laughing and cackling until after 2 a.m. An employee cruising the park on a golf cart drove right by the loud groups and said nothing to them. Children were up before 6 a.m. riding dirt bikes and quads through campsites with plenty of yelling and friendl profanity. I'll never go back.

Don't go unless you have a boat. There isn't really a beach. It's all mud. It is not a nice place to swim or play in the water. There is a pool, but it's a pretty small swimming pool considering the size of the campground. Our family of 3 were placed by a large family gathering. They were loud from before 8 am to after 11 pm. Our stay was NOT enjoyable.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I'm sorry your stay was not enjoyable. Constantly changing water levels do prevent the existence of a standard beach area. There are several swimming holes nearby, just check with the front desk. We also rent kayaks and rafts which are great to paddle and play in the water.

Clean bathrooms, kind employees, tent camp area was very clean and quiet. Out of all the Koa's we tent camped in from the Bay Area, CA to Seattle, WA this was a favorite and one we will definitely be booking with again.

Good campground. We stayed in cabin 103: one bedroom plus sleeper sofa in the family room. Included all the amenities of the decent hotel plus everything for barbeque and camp fire. One of the best cabins we stayed in. The Lake is one mile away and there is no swimming beach. We rented kayak for $25 and they brought to the lake on electric car. Campground included a small store with ice, drinks and other items. Water in the pool was refreshing. Cabins are located about 1000 feet away from the general campground and it is more quite.
