No power in our RV site: an on-going past issue that was never fixed. We locked in our sites by phone, were told that it was locked in but she never locked it in. Communication with campers was poor. Sites did not have water. Pool closed during heat wave for routine maintenance that could have happened during off hours. Noisy campers until 3:00am. No enforcement of quiet hours.

Locked in sites not locked in...site not clean at arrival...weak electrical supply...store and restaurant need to open longer...bees and flies abundant...quiet hours not enforced

This is a family campground and offers all the family amenities. I would rate this campground higher, but for one very important issue: campers flying political flags. Several campsites had the "State of Jefferson" flags clearly displayed. This was upsetting and I would never recommend this campground based on that. Isn't KOA known for family campgrounds? Please add the rule of no political flag

The worst KOA we’ve ever stayed at; we left 3 days early. We reserved a pull thru, got a back in. They were totally full but had 3of their 5 restrooms/showers down for maintenance. Their septic dump station was restricted for maintenance. They advertise Trinity Lake and many associated activities and yet they don’t notify you when making reservations that the lake is so low none of those a

I had a wonderful trip, disappointed that the lake is so low and limited water access. The Koa was clean, pool was excellent, staff was great and helpful. My site was spacious and overall experience A+

Tons of people, dozens of cars driving around after 11 pm. Facilities were dirty. Our camp site had the previous campers garbage scattered all around the dirt. Never will be back.

Nice place to stay with alot to do for the kids. Swimming pool and facilities were kept really clean. The only draw back was we arrived at 1 and check in was not until 3. Even though our spot was empty we were not allowed to check in until 3 unless we paid half price fee for early check in. So we waited in the parking lot until 3. I think early check in should not be an issue for KOA members

The facilities were barely functioning. Water was turned off in two of the closest restrooms for several days. Pool was dirty.

As usual we are totally satisfied. We wish you had drive through campsites. It was a little hard fitting our RV and boat and extra car.

We had such a great time we decided to make it an annual reunion and already booked sites for next year! Abigail and Ellen were absolutely fantastic and should be recognized for their outstanding customer service...especially Abigail!!!!

The campground was nice, but sadly the lake was super low. This made any kind of wading or swimming impossible due to the deep sludge mud all along the banks.

Drove 12 hours in 100÷ degree heat to discover no water in the lake. Also no wifi or internet in the campground, asked to use an electrical outlet in the office/store for internet access for my computer and the manager, Sherri, said "we can't help you" in a very dismissive and unkind tone. I was very surprised and disappointed. Should have been advised about the water situation.

We had 6+ days at Trinity KOA with our adult kids, their spouses, and our 9 grandkids. It was glorious! We had a ball using the pool, playground, shaded campsites, and the woods. Although we couldn’t make use of Trinity Lake, we were able to drive down the road a few miles and find some recreational water. We all agreed this is where we want to gather again next summer!

The snack bar needs to be open. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice large camp areas.

Great stay! Only concern was the lack of laundry facilities. Only one laundry room was open. Of the three washers there, one was “out of order” and another wasn’t working correctly- rinse cycle was broken, had to wash the laundry again without detergent to “rinse” the clothes out.

Wonderful campground atmosphere. Pool is in disrepair, sadly but was still fun and oh so enjoyable with 100+ temps. Sad to see the lake receding. Kayak experience was pretty enjoyable. A bit of miscommunication perhaps at pick up as we were waiting on staff for 15 min after. Office staff very friendly. Everything was very clean and organized. Would come back again for sure!

Swimming pool, miniature golf, friendly staff, clean bathrooms all a plus. Pull-throughs are a bit uneven, but manageable. No internet access...you're among the trees and nature, so enjoy the outdoors. Unfortunately, the water level in the lake was really low at the time we were there. We will return!

We had a fantastic time! This campground and the lake are beautiful!!! The RV spots are much longer and larger than advertised. Garbage cans were a bit difficult to find but they pick up trash from each site every morning.

Was a nice, well-kept campground that was very remote. Bathrooms and showers were always cleaned, and campsites in good shape. Longer store hours would have been helpful as it's a long ways to anywhere for supplies.

Very warm days but the nights cool off and are beautiful. Loved the doggie run for my dog. Enjoyed the miniature golf. Lake or pool a great way to cool off. The lake is really low but still lots of water for fun and fishing. The bathrooms are conveniently located throughout the campground. Great showers and toilets. The hook ups are nice to have if you need them. We definitely will go again.

This was our first stay at the Trinity Center KOA. Had a blast! Next time we bring our dirt toys…dirt motorcycles!!!

Friendly and helpful staff (shout out to Kade). Beautiful area. Lake was amazing. Rentals for the paddle boards seemed a little pricey ($25/hr). Tight squeeze into some of those spots for the longer trailers. Overall, it was a great stay and I look forward to going back.

We purchased a patio (Premium) site #3 which as right at the end of the busiest areas for cars, ATVs, dirt bikes and the pool. In the beginning dogs were loose running around and one wet Lab stuck half of his body in our dogs great. But most of all, paying premium I expected to get a clean spot. The BBQ was filthy even inside by the tank. The grills were dirty. Horrible place.

Too many quads ,motorcycles and golf carts being driven around by kids that are not of age some maybe 6 or 7 yrs old . At one time a quad with three young girls on it and the driver on her cell phone. How can that be safe for others walking around. I see liability problems for your facility in the future just so you know

Beautiful campground with roomy campsites (we had an rv site) Very clean facilities, great pet area. Loved the pool too. We had a nice and relaxing stay. Keep up the good work!

This was our second year and we love it... Unfortunately due to California's on-going drought, Trinity lake was very inaccessible and a bummer for all, but it wasn't hot the week we stayed so we did not rely on the lake to endure the heat... More like jackets and sweater, lol Still, what a beautiful place...!!!

Great staff. Got on problems immediately. There is a burger stand on site. It's run by a private party, but is closed unfortunately. The train storage behind burger stand needs a lock on door. Kids wanted to play in there. The pool was nice and we'll maintained, but the bottom needs fixed... A little rough.

Nice, shaded spots. Campground was within walking distance to the lake and just a short drive to the main marina. Several outdoor games for the whole family. Courteous staff. Will definitely be coming back!

We had a very nice stay. The campground was clean and the staff was very friendly and efficient. The store was lacking supplies and didn't open until 10 on the day we left, so no coffee for the road.

Clean bathrooms, kind employees, tent camp area was very clean and quiet. Out of all the Koa's we tent camped in from the Bay Area, CA to Seattle, WA this was a favorite and one we will definitely be booking with again.

Good campground. We stayed in cabin 103: one bedroom plus sleeper sofa in the family room. Included all the amenities of the decent hotel plus everything for barbeque and camp fire. One of the best cabins we stayed in. The Lake is one mile away and there is no swimming beach. We rented kayak for $25 and they brought to the lake on electric car. Campground included a small store with ice, drinks and other items. Water in the pool was refreshing. Cabins are located about 1000 feet away from the general campground and it is more quite.
