Your facility is very well maintained and in a beautiful setting. We especially liked your spacious sites. Your KOA is the best one we've ever stayed at, not all KOA's are near as nice. We will be back.

I would give it a 5 star rating because we really had a great time! The only draw back was some of the staff weren’t very friendly.

We have owned and operated 2 RV Parks and this one is well maintained with friendly staff. We would have loved to have this staff at our parks!�ϋ�

Great place especially if you have kids. Need to update your coffee bar and get some magnets! We had tons of fun-will go again for sure!!!!

Trinity Lake KOA was amazing! Huge spacious sites, clean bathrooms, fire pits, beautiful setting. There were lots of fun activities for the whole family. The lake was beautiful and surprising warm. We will definitely be back again!

I always enjoy staying here. So far one of my favorite KOA's. If I had to complain about anything it would be the dog poop. But you really can't do anything about that. People are people. There was some in our campsite when we arrived and on the morning we left they was about three more .

The guy who checked us in is Terrible at customer service. He was brusque, rude and I felt like I was being interrogated. Hire better! If he’s the owner that’s even worse.

Given that our stay was in the middle of the COVID-19, social distancing was not a problem. We had a large campsite. The registration process was a breeze and the staff was helpful and friendly. The public spaces were kept clean. We will be back next year if not sooner.

All was good with the exception of the showers. I tried to take a warm shower at 5:00 in the morning. After waiting for 20 minutes without the water warming, I turned on all three showers, and finally after 5 minutes I had warm water. People in our group were complaining because after 30 minutes they had no warm water and finally gave up.

Nice place to go and relax. Quiet at night and have some nice amenities. I wish it was easier to navigate a large trailer into the camping spots but thats more of a personal problem as my 5th wheel is over 44 ft. Just something to be aware of if you have a larger trailer.

During our stay, a KOA associate came by our Camper around 4pm on Saturday and notified us that someone had hit a waterline a few campsites down and that we would be without water for about an hour. The water remained off until around 10am the following morning. There was no further communication from the KOA staff on the situation. This proved to be very challenging with our young children. :(

Enjoyed this KOA very much. Clean, woodsy and though we did not get to partake of all services of the park due to the pandemic, we will be back as it was a nicely maintained park.

Great stay. I especially liked the secluded tent area. Almost made me wish I didn’t have my trailer. Everyone was so helpful. Lending us a water extension and electrical cord extension. Very friendly workers. Enjoyed speaking with the camp cleanup crew. Wish I knew their names.

It was a great stay-- definitely a family oriented place. I really loved the location and the beautiful trees. I'm not a huge fan of the ATV's buzzing around the campground-- it would be nice if they decreased their use as the sound was annoying at times. Overall, a great KOA!

We have been coming for years. We enjoy the koa as my husband fishes & the koa provides something for my kids and I to do. I wish the pool was open. It was hot & the lake was really low, rocks and mud were tough for young kids. We had some confusion on group booking and billing. The manager was stubborn and not much help. Rachel took the time and explained it. She is gold star in our eyes.

Location, maintenance and cleanliness, this place has it all. The beauty of this area is stunning. We took a Pontoon ride on the lake and fished the surrounding rivers, rode bikes on the many trails at the Koa and had ice cream at the end of the day at the eatery within the park. Perfect experience and will be back again soon!

The campground is nice. Our biggest complaint was the noise level. I counted 14 motorcycles, ATV, beach buggy type vehicles in front of our campground in a 15 min span of time. I spoke with the manager and was assured it was taken care of. What was done wasn't effective at all. They also allow children to ride vehicles that are underage and to be honest not safe. Will not return or recommend

Gave this place a shot after every other campground was closed. Glad we did, awesome sites, lots of fun activities for the kids, and great location.

We've been coming here for years and always hat a pleasant stay. This time was ok except the manager was very unpleasant and not friendly at all.

The campground itself is beautiful, the staff was very friendly; but I think we must have had the smallest site..our view was trailers on all sides. Very busy weekend since it was Memorial Day and everyone was trying to camp after quarantine! I could honestly only recommend the tent sites to anyone...those looked very spacious and nice. The trailer sites are just too close.

We don’t generally care to stay at KOA’s but I have to say we were pleasantly surprised! We had a great time and the camp spaces were not completely on top of each other. The trees helped brake it up. There was a sewer issue and we could not use the water or toilet but the staff was on it immediately when we reported it. We’d stay there again!!

We stayed from Friday to the following Sunday. We had a mechanical issue that prevented our departure an extra day. The staff was amazing accommodating us. Our stay itself was great from Friday to Thursday then the Rednecks starting arriving. The motorcycles and ATV's going by the camp site all day is out of control and way loud. I'm not sure we'll go back because of that.

Enjoyed our stay and they gave us a free upgrade to a patio spot. We had deer 15 feet from us in the campground. Sites were all clean and nice.

We stay at Trinity KOA all season and love it. The staff is fantastic and the facilities are great. It is the best place to be for the summer. Wendy, the manager, is always helpful and very professional.

We had an awesome time at this KOA, it was clean and beautiful. Very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Even the other guests in the campgrounds were friendly and happy to be there. The Trinity area had many options for hiking and water activities.The Koa site had many activities for families, which were closed during our visit this time of year.

Clean bathrooms, kind employees, tent camp area was very clean and quiet. Out of all the Koa's we tent camped in from the Bay Area, CA to Seattle, WA this was a favorite and one we will definitely be booking with again.

Good campground. We stayed in cabin 103: one bedroom plus sleeper sofa in the family room. Included all the amenities of the decent hotel plus everything for barbeque and camp fire. One of the best cabins we stayed in. The Lake is one mile away and there is no swimming beach. We rented kayak for $25 and they brought to the lake on electric car. Campground included a small store with ice, drinks and other items. Water in the pool was refreshing. Cabins are located about 1000 feet away from the general campground and it is more quite.
