This is a beautiful resort. Very well maintained and everyone I came into contact with(staff and guests) were extremely friendly. So many amenities to keep you busy. The dog park is wonderfully large .I will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it!

Enjoyed our stay. Found the grounds well cared for, camp sites are good sized, pools are nice, etc. Only negative I have is that the water pressure was not sufficient for a good shower.

We enjoyed Tucson /Lazydays the staff were friendly and always helpful. It was an pleasant place to stay , we will return. And have already recommended it to friends.

We loved this campground. Everyone is friendly, it's clean and the sites are nice and level. The pool area is nice and inviting. Loved sitting out at the community fire pits.

I have never seen such a large KOA. Very nicely laid out. The most gorgeous olive trees. We stayed in one of the cabins. It was clean and quiet.

$1,500 for a grass site. NO GRASS. BS about how hard it is to keep grass, been coming here for years, always had grass. Sprinkler watered under rv only. Trees and shrubs not maintained, Public grassy areas used as toilets for dogs, ugly and gross. You do have a dog run, why do you allow this? Been watching the park deteriorate the past few years, too bad. I feel I should get a partial refund

We had a really nice spot. We also rented a cabin for our friends. The only complaint is the bathrooms. They are almost always dirty.

We really enjoy this park, fore we are staying for 6months. The problem is with the maintenance man Ricky tried stealing my $1800 mountain bike. Ricky also ripped off our neighbor for $500. He has since been transferred to a KOA in Ohio. I did call the cops and file a police report on this matter of my bike before getting it back broken. Way to hire outstanding employees

This KOA is probably one of the worst parks in terms of how often residents will come right in to your site. The campground loans out fruit picking poles and that encourages people to come in to sites to get fruit off of trees clearing on someone’s pad. They use these poles to tear at tree branches to dislodge fruit leaving a mess. Park etiquette is at a low place here at Lazydays

We have stayed at this KOA multiple times and have never been disappointed. From the friendly staff to the perfectly groomed, spacious sites, your stay at Tucson/Lazydays KOA will be nothing less than wonderful!

Great campground. Drawbacks - sits in industrial part of city, very noisy 24x7 along Benton Hwy, wifi was so week couldn't get web pages on phone. Staff exceptional!

We enjoyed this KOA very much. The Assistant Manager David, was fabulous! The trivia nights were a blast. Nikita was great with the kids and we really appreciated her sense of humor.

Good location. Fair pricing. Beautiful site. Fruit trees at just about every site ready for the picking of lemons, grapefruit and oranges Front desk staff are awesome and work well to make the stay as pleasant as possible. We had to leave a day early and the staff refunded that charge without any quibbling. This is really a premier KOA.

The layout of the cabin was wonderful - rooms for both us and our kids. The grill, outdoor space, and pool were great. BUT... Sheets were scratchy. Pots were gross with flaking "non-stick" bits of gunk that would come off in your food. Dish drying rack was covered with pink bacteria. The table with the fold-down leafs was too big for the space. WIFI was slow - ended up using my hotspot.

We loved that there were so many activities and a restaurant and bar on site. We ate dinner there twice and the food was excellent. The bartender, Mary, was exceptional. Everybody was friendly and the facility is well maintained. It’s the first time we’ve seen lemon, orange and grapefruit trees on site. What a treat! Just checked in today but so far the staff had been great, every thing is very clean and well kept, we ordered wood to our site and it was there before we even got back to out spot. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities.

I'm only rating the deluxe cabin stay- I have never stayed at an rv resort before this one. We normally stay in an air bnb when we travel. We have a large family so the deluxe seemed to be able to fit us all- however the bunk bed mattresses are pretty thin, and short. My 13 year old barely fit. When we arrived after 15 hours of traveling only wanting to get in bed to sleep, there were no sheets or bedding on the beds. Just plastic mattresses. We never did get enough fitted sheets- so the flat ones were constantly coming up on 3 of the bunk beds. :/ it was in the 30s at night so to have the heat on you had to turn the fan on and it blew and got too hot, but if you turned it off it was too cold- so kind of hard to regulate temperature but not awful. FYI- the “rock wall” is very short, just 8-9ft ceiling height. They had little peddle cars the kids could ride, pay by the hour of course. They had fun riding those around the park. The playground for the kids was very small with one slide but clean and my older kids actually got some use out of it for about 5 min. Over all it was clean and okay for a very short stay (3 nights) The front staff at the gate were very friendly and nice. I liked that it was gated. But for the price/ we will definitely plan ahead next time and do an Airbnb for about the same price.
