We drove from Pa. To Phoenix to visit our son, then traveled to Tucson where they joined us…what a perfect stay! Amazing amenities, attentive staff. Perfect time! So grateful for your Resort location

We’ve stayed before so didn’t hesitate to return when the time came . Our cabins have been spotlessly clean and very well equipped . The campground itself is incredible with every kind of amenity for all ages. Staff are very accommodating. Definitely a first rate KOA ����

We are full time In our RV. We decided to book a stay at a KOA Tucson cottage for a break from our RV. These are very nice, everything was clean and the place is beautiful! We had a private patio, with a table and gas Bar-B-Que. The KOA facility is huge, clean, and beautiful grounds to walk. We will be back.

We enjoyed the camp. However, there were several issues that need attention. The grill ran out of fuel. There weren't enough silverware place-settings; eg. only 3 forks. The kitchen cabinet door literally fell off into my hands. The tv in one bedroom was unwatchable because it didn't change channels.

We thoroughly enjoyed a month here over the New Years period. Very big rig friendly, with a variety of site options and nice wide paved roads. Very pet friendly, massive dog park and cute dog pen sites. Overall great amenities like pool, hot tub, kids play spaces, secure mail room. Staff are amazing, very accommodating and helpful. On site restaurant was expensive for the quality of food served.

We rented a casita it was very nice, clean and comfortable. We decided to try it instead of a hotel and now we’ll never hotel it again. You won us over!

Great stay in a Deluxe Cabin for 2 nights. Clean and quiet, with all the amenities that KOA provides. Friendly, courteous staff that aims to please. Fraction of the cost that it would have set me back at a stuffy hotel.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. The TV system is archaic and needs to be updated to Hi-Def. The cord in one of the Venetian blinds was broken. We frequently were unable to get hot water in the bathroom sink. The floors were dirty and the furniture was dusty. The front office staff was great. We enjoyed the Sunday morning pancakes

I have never seen such a large KOA. Very nicely laid out. The most gorgeous olive trees. We stayed in one of the cabins. It was clean and quiet.

The layout of the cabin was wonderful - rooms for both us and our kids. The grill, outdoor space, and pool were great. BUT... Sheets were scratchy. Pots were gross with flaking "non-stick" bits of gunk that would come off in your food. Dish drying rack was covered with pink bacteria. The table with the fold-down leafs was too big for the space. WIFI was slow - ended up using my hotspot.

The best Koa we have stayed at. I love the fruit trees all over. So many activities to choose from. The BBQ restaurant was delicious and they fact they deliver to your site was even better. We will be back.

We rented the cabin for our friends to stay. We have our rv parked across the street in a covered site. We had a really nice time. There was good activities for their 2 kids and they loved the bunk beds.

Our family had a wonderful time in the very clean deluxe cabin. We loved the pool and the Pickleball courts. The grounds and buildings are very well maintained. Pancake breakfast was great! The staff were attentive and kind. The campground is perfect for dogs too! We want to come back as there is still so much to explore in the Tucson area.

Although the cabin was clean & very comfortable, the shower needs attention. It’s difficult to keep water from flooding the floor outside the shower. Perhaps a longer shower curtain? Aside from that, loved the patio & fireplace.

I was very unhappy with the grass area of my deluxe cabin with fenced yard. Before I allowed my dogs access to the grass I had to pick up numerous piles of dog poop from a previous customer. The floor of my cabin was filthy! I spilled water on the floor and wiped it up with a paper towel which showed me just how dirty the floor was.

Our cabin was perfect in every way and all amenities were thought of . The campground itself is extremely clean and well maintained. This is truly a resort . The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely make this our go to stop when next in Tucson.

Just checked in today but so far the staff had been great, every thing is very clean and well kept, we ordered wood to our site and it was there before we even got back to out spot. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities.

I'm only rating the deluxe cabin stay- I have never stayed at an rv resort before this one. We normally stay in an air bnb when we travel. We have a large family so the deluxe seemed to be able to fit us all- however the bunk bed mattresses are pretty thin, and short. My 13 year old barely fit. When we arrived after 15 hours of traveling only wanting to get in bed to sleep, there were no sheets or bedding on the beds. Just plastic mattresses. We never did get enough fitted sheets- so the flat ones were constantly coming up on 3 of the bunk beds. :/ it was in the 30s at night so to have the heat on you had to turn the fan on and it blew and got too hot, but if you turned it off it was too cold- so kind of hard to regulate temperature but not awful. FYI- the “rock wall” is very short, just 8-9ft ceiling height. They had little peddle cars the kids could ride, pay by the hour of course. They had fun riding those around the park. The playground for the kids was very small with one slide but clean and my older kids actually got some use out of it for about 5 min. Over all it was clean and okay for a very short stay (3 nights) The front staff at the gate were very friendly and nice. I liked that it was gated. But for the price/ we will definitely plan ahead next time and do an Airbnb for about the same price.
