Excellent except very noisy due to location. Also, they water the dog parks in the early morning. That means the area is wet and muddy just when your pup needs the area after a night's sleep

HUGE KOA but comfortable and clean. Staff rushed but pleasant. Had trouble finding my tent site. Asked an employee I saw . He directed me and then as I was pulling in to site he drove by in golf cart to make sure Id found it.

This was our first time taking our young children camping, and Lazydays was perfect! It allowed us to have that real camping feel, but with lots of amenities and fun things to do which made staying with kids easy. We'll definitely be back!

The campground was very clean in all the areas, there were lots of activities for us to participate in and the staff was extremely friendly! We will definitely be back! One of the best KOA's we have ever stayed at!

The site was clean and comfortable. Close to the bathrooms, which is important to a woman tent camping. However, the location was close to the road and so very noisy and it would have been nicer if the picnic table area was actually covered so there was some respite from the rain. Generally we had a great time.

I would never have expected to spend $62 and change for a simple TENT site for the night. However, what I was offered, tired and out of options, was an EXPERIENCE with a safe place to camp/sleep for the night thrown in! I realize that not all KOAs are created equal, but LAZY DAYS is nothing short of amazing! Just say YES and reserve an extra night and make some memories!

Huge site mainly for RVs w some tent sites. We had DT-1 tent site (shelter on concrete pad w a/c outlet & overhead light, secure metal storage cabinet (bring your own padlock), picnic table, sink w running water, fire pit, tent site w crumbled rubber surface, grapefruit on the trees either side of site, quick walk to bath house & pool). Mockingbirds singing every morning + dog wash station. Thanks

The BBQ restaurant was outstanding. Grounds were keep up nice. Nice Tent area. Close to hiking locations in Saguaro and Mt Lemmon areas. Added touch were fruit trees surrounding the grounds, grapefruit every morning for breakfast. Heated pool and jacuzzi very nice. Reason for a 4 rating is that Attention and updating is needed in the rear restroom/showers.

Fire Ring would not allow oxygen to burn wood. Or firewood purchased from koa was green. Even with charcoal starter wood would not burn. I always build a fire in camp site. Otherwise very good camping experience.

It is unfortunate that there are only 4 tent sites in the whole facility. But they are well maintained and have water and electric which is great!

The Campground overall is clean and friendly. We stayed in a tent site 8 days and really liked the set-up, the tent pad, lockable storage, etc. The bathrooms near the tent site were quite dirty and not well maintained. We found the bathroom/shower building near the registration area to be much larger, cleaner, and user friendly. Traffic noise always an issue but nothing to be done about that.

This is my second time tent camping @ Tucson/Lazydays. The place is great. However, the bathroom was not as clean this time as it was before. They did finally come and scour it down, though. Truly, I have no complaints.

Restaurant was great. The site was great. The bathroom was disgusting. Of all the KIA's we have stayed in these showers and toilets were the dirtiest I have ever seen. One toilet was out of paper for 2 days. The floor was NEVER mopped the entire time we were there.

Just checked in today but so far the staff had been great, every thing is very clean and well kept, we ordered wood to our site and it was there before we even got back to out spot. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities.

I'm only rating the deluxe cabin stay- I have never stayed at an rv resort before this one. We normally stay in an air bnb when we travel. We have a large family so the deluxe seemed to be able to fit us all- however the bunk bed mattresses are pretty thin, and short. My 13 year old barely fit. When we arrived after 15 hours of traveling only wanting to get in bed to sleep, there were no sheets or bedding on the beds. Just plastic mattresses. We never did get enough fitted sheets- so the flat ones were constantly coming up on 3 of the bunk beds. :/ it was in the 30s at night so to have the heat on you had to turn the fan on and it blew and got too hot, but if you turned it off it was too cold- so kind of hard to regulate temperature but not awful. FYI- the “rock wall” is very short, just 8-9ft ceiling height. They had little peddle cars the kids could ride, pay by the hour of course. They had fun riding those around the park. The playground for the kids was very small with one slide but clean and my older kids actually got some use out of it for about 5 min. Over all it was clean and okay for a very short stay (3 nights) The front staff at the gate were very friendly and nice. I liked that it was gated. But for the price/ we will definitely plan ahead next time and do an Airbnb for about the same price.
