Only stayed 3 nights. Didn’t use laundry, pool, or other activities. Site was clean. Staff helpful & friendly. Appreciate that they were wearing masks. Showers were clean. So-so. Other KOA shower facilities had a bench to sit on/place items. Might add that for convenience. Our last night the campers next to us were allowed to have 6 cars on the driveway & blocking us. Nice place with mature fruit trees - my patio/fire pit site was good except the gravel pull-in area was uneven with some mud and not enough gravel. The bathrooms need to be updated and more frequent cleaning.

Friendly staff, clean property, had a issue at one of the laundry rooms put in 10 dollar bill and no quarters came out contacted the office and Russ came out quickly and solved the issue for us.

This RV park is not what it once was when it was Lazy Day's. The care given to upkeep is definitely not the same nor is cleanliness. One of the two urinals was out of duty in the men's restroom and the restroom literally stunk with foul odor. It is not a terrible park, but not worth what we paid.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The staff was fantastic, camping slots were fantastic, easy to maneuver and hook up. We will definely return and spend a few more days exploring the area.

The best Koa we have stayed at. I love the fruit trees all over. So many activities to choose from. The BBQ restaurant was delicious and they fact they deliver to your site was even better. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay and plan to return. We were upset that you allowed a flag with "Let's Go Brandon" which translates to "F**K Biden". Another campground noted in its rules: "A symbol or relic; political flag or banner; might seem harmless to one, and extremely offensive to another. We ask that these items not be displayed during your stay. Some expressions can erode our efforts to create."

I felt secure in this campground. Bathrooms need updated and are not cleaned good enough, only going through the motions. Pet wash station has no warm water, who would have thought this. Staff was friendly and responsive. Liked the fruit picking pole. Enjoyed the pickleball. Site cleanup was good. The bathrooms are at the top of peoples list. The park is very dark. KOA parks just ok.

We enjoy this resort. Clean and pet friendly with citrus trees aplenty. The restaurant and bar on premises are very good, just wish it were open a little later. Trivia, DJ, and other happenings nightly. Lots to do in the area too.

Check-in was pleasant and very well organized. The site was large enough and clean. My dog loved the large dog park. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant and very much enjoyed the live music.

We had a nice, long pull-through; all sites were clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the on-site BBQ restaurant twice in the four days there. Yes, we would definitely return.

We rented the cabin for our friends to stay. We have our rv parked across the street in a covered site. We had a really nice time. There was good activities for their 2 kids and they loved the bunk beds.

We enjoyed our stay in deluxe cabin 1. The amenities and activities fit our lifestyle. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Request monitor the speed more closely for both RVs and vehicles, almost got hit several times by speeding within the KOA. Additionally, need somewhere to sit within each shower stall, place within the shower for soap and shampoo and additional hooks in each shower stall.

The campsite I had was loud from street traffic outside the campground which made sleeping hard. The facilities were good, but the place is huge, not what I was looking for. I would prefer not to stay here again because of the size and the noise of the city.

this is RESORT which are more expensive than the standard KOA. I like this organization and will renew my membership. The resorts since more expensive will try to stay away

We found Tucson KOA thru RV Trip Wizard while planning our trip. Read the reviews and booked a few nights. What a pleasant surprise. The reviews as well as this one do not do the place justice. Book a few nights and experience it for yourself. I believe you will be surprised as well..

Fire Ring would not allow oxygen to burn wood. Or firewood purchased from koa was green. Even with charcoal starter wood would not burn. I always build a fire in camp site. Otherwise very good camping experience.

Just checked in today but so far the staff had been great, every thing is very clean and well kept, we ordered wood to our site and it was there before we even got back to out spot. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities.

I'm only rating the deluxe cabin stay- I have never stayed at an rv resort before this one. We normally stay in an air bnb when we travel. We have a large family so the deluxe seemed to be able to fit us all- however the bunk bed mattresses are pretty thin, and short. My 13 year old barely fit. When we arrived after 15 hours of traveling only wanting to get in bed to sleep, there were no sheets or bedding on the beds. Just plastic mattresses. We never did get enough fitted sheets- so the flat ones were constantly coming up on 3 of the bunk beds. :/ it was in the 30s at night so to have the heat on you had to turn the fan on and it blew and got too hot, but if you turned it off it was too cold- so kind of hard to regulate temperature but not awful. FYI- the “rock wall” is very short, just 8-9ft ceiling height. They had little peddle cars the kids could ride, pay by the hour of course. They had fun riding those around the park. The playground for the kids was very small with one slide but clean and my older kids actually got some use out of it for about 5 min. Over all it was clean and okay for a very short stay (3 nights) The front staff at the gate were very friendly and nice. I liked that it was gated. But for the price/ we will definitely plan ahead next time and do an Airbnb for about the same price.
