Our family had a wonderful time in the very clean deluxe cabin. We loved the pool and the Pickleball courts. The grounds and buildings are very well maintained. Pancake breakfast was great! The staff were attentive and kind. The campground is perfect for dogs too! We want to come back as there is still so much to explore in the Tucson area.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was extremely clean, the staff was very helpful, our only issues were that there was no water refill station, no ice, and our dog kept trying to eat the acorns off the ground from the tree at our site.

Very nice campground in the town of Tucson. Very popular and a bit crowded but very eell maintained and run.

The park is always clean and as a nice plus we received texts to join the park in Pancake breakfasts and or some activity planned. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, it is our go to RV stay when we want to stay in Tucson.

It is unfortunate that there are only 4 tent sites in the whole facility. But they are well maintained and have water and electric which is great!

This KOA has many wonderful things. Trash is picked up 24 hours a day. There were grapefruit we could pick off the tree in our spot. There is a large dog park and other places to walk your dog. We enjoyed the restaurant. The bicycle trail is close. What caused us to leave early was the traffic noise right next to us. Ask to be away from the wall.

We stayed in one of the newer sites with the dog pen. It was a really cute setup. The only downside is that the stucco was so sharp that it scratched our dog pretty bad. He was bleeding so much that it got on our daughter's clothes. And then we were sold wet firewood that didn't even burn. We went to the office about it twice and we were never offered a refund on the wood. So that was a bummer.

Like the patio sites! Several dog parks in the facility safe, and some private I highly recommend these for your pets One large dog park Great for your dogs to run around yet they can really get their Zooms out. However they have drain entries/exits that will go directly to the street, my dogs went straight through those drain sites and wound up in the street luckily they’re trained to retur

Beautifully kept grounds and very helpful staff. Shout-out to Don for above & beyond. Lots of fun activities. Staff was always kind and seemed happy to be there. Our one suggestion is to request that there be no political content on or around the sites. We know that might be legally possible. My nighttime walk took me to the park flag display. Those made my heart happy.

The best we've seen and stayed at on our travels across Canada and the USA. Large spaceshes sites, well maintained, friendly staff. Will be back! The only complaint is the WIFI is hard to deal with, not good, needs work on.

We were passing thru so only could stay 1 night. It was beautiful and quiet and everyone was very friendly. Can’t wait to get back there and stay longer. It’s the best KOA we have ever stayed at.

i would rate this KOA a 5 but for the placement of the lack water pipe which required about 30 feet of hose, no good way to get slope for drainage and recessed connection which requires an adapter

We really enjoyed our stay. The park is clean and well run by very helpful and friendly staff. It was definitely the nicest park we stayed in during our trip. We are planning to stay there again for a longer time next winter.

All good enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a lot of oranges from the tree in our site. This is by far the best commercial campground we have ever stayed in!

Big park. Clean. Nice spaces. Small laundry with broken washers. Friendly staff in office but staff around the park seemed unfriendly. Nice citrus trees around the park. Internet was poor. Good BBQ

Awesome! The park was sooo clean! We ordered from BBQ Rush (a restaurant on site) & had it delivered to our RV. Rented a golf cart (a must do) & your husband will gladly offer to do the laundry so he’ll get extra time on the golf cart. Amenities- perfect. We used the laundry facilities, hot tub & pool. Great place to stay!! We often vacay here with out grandkids. No better place to stay. We absolutely love the activities for kids! Heated pools and pool side service. Love it!

Just checked in today but so far the staff had been great, every thing is very clean and well kept, we ordered wood to our site and it was there before we even got back to out spot. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities.

I'm only rating the deluxe cabin stay- I have never stayed at an rv resort before this one. We normally stay in an air bnb when we travel. We have a large family so the deluxe seemed to be able to fit us all- however the bunk bed mattresses are pretty thin, and short. My 13 year old barely fit. When we arrived after 15 hours of traveling only wanting to get in bed to sleep, there were no sheets or bedding on the beds. Just plastic mattresses. We never did get enough fitted sheets- so the flat ones were constantly coming up on 3 of the bunk beds. :/ it was in the 30s at night so to have the heat on you had to turn the fan on and it blew and got too hot, but if you turned it off it was too cold- so kind of hard to regulate temperature but not awful. FYI- the “rock wall” is very short, just 8-9ft ceiling height. They had little peddle cars the kids could ride, pay by the hour of course. They had fun riding those around the park. The playground for the kids was very small with one slide but clean and my older kids actually got some use out of it for about 5 min. Over all it was clean and okay for a very short stay (3 nights) The front staff at the gate were very friendly and nice. I liked that it was gated. But for the price/ we will definitely plan ahead next time and do an Airbnb for about the same price.
