First off We love this park. Our stay this time was good but we had a couple of issues we had 2 different sites (my fault) both sites the cable didn't work had to be fixed first I ended up repairing myself. Two items inhibited me from rating higher. First, the bathroom floor did not appear to be clean. It could be that the dirt is just ground-into the ceramic tiles, but it appeared as dirty. Second, the wifi was terrible. For the price of the stay and reputation, I expected much more. When I talked with the front desk, they attributed the poor service to full park. Blaming the customer never works!

Such a beautiful Resort! Our second time staying here and we will be back. The sites are generous, fruit trees everywhere and lots of amenities. The staff is fantastic, too.

Amenities are excellent. We are “long term” guests, staying here three months. Staff is very friendly and really on top of the facility. One improvement could be that one of the two pool areas be designated as an “adult only” pool. My only criticism is their rigid billing cycles. We have stayed a month and are still here. I think the main mens bathroom ( by the laundry and exercise room) could have had better cleaning maintenance . TP and paper towels were empty several mornings. And, I noticed the same stains on the toilet bowel several days in a row, indicating they had not been properly cleaned. Monthly rate should be continued for partial month stay after the 1 month

The Campground overall is clean and friendly. We stayed in a tent site 8 days and really liked the set-up, the tent pad, lockable storage, etc. The bathrooms near the tent site were quite dirty and not well maintained. We found the bathroom/shower building near the registration area to be much larger, cleaner, and user friendly. Traffic noise always an issue but nothing to be done about that.

We had a 65 ft pull thru. Most parks in urban neighborhoods have pretty flat sites, not this one. We could not even get close to level. The left front was almost 2 ft lower than the right. We had a foot n a half of blocking under tire on left and none on right. Left jack wouldn’t touch ground. We just did the best we could. Very noisy park right near I -10 in industrial area.

We stayed one night 2/14/22. Very nice KOA, oranges, lemons, and grapefruit trees around all the sites all producing nicely. We picked and ate an orange right off the tree, 1st time for us as we live in New Hampshire. Facilities all clean and in good shape. The water in the showers was not hot, (barely useable for us) but it is generally so hot in AZ that this may be the typical.

Love coming here for work and play. We enjoy visiting with other camping, using the pol, and picking seasonal fruit. For the first time We noticed the bathrooms away from the main building were quite dirty and we struggled with the wifi which may have been due to our location.

What a lovely park! The staff are friendly and helpful, spaces are very large, there are trees and bushes throughout, the dog wash stations are top notch, and the location is great. We will be coming back!

Very nice campground but all the barking dogs made our stay less enjoyable. Why not a section of the campground where dogs are not allowed.

This is a resort KOA. Paved roads. Well kept. Everything you need. Cost was very reasonable. We liked the citrus trees with fruit and while we didn't use it, there was a dog wash station too!

We are local but the family is dispersed from Goodyear to Sierra Vista. Met in the middle for a weekend getaway. Arizona Sonora Desert Museum on Saturday followed by a cookout at the campground. Had a great time. Perfect spot to get everyone together.

Water pressure was terrible. Cable connection didn’t work. Wireless connection was unstable and not usable.

Just checked in today but so far the staff had been great, every thing is very clean and well kept, we ordered wood to our site and it was there before we even got back to out spot. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities.

I'm only rating the deluxe cabin stay- I have never stayed at an rv resort before this one. We normally stay in an air bnb when we travel. We have a large family so the deluxe seemed to be able to fit us all- however the bunk bed mattresses are pretty thin, and short. My 13 year old barely fit. When we arrived after 15 hours of traveling only wanting to get in bed to sleep, there were no sheets or bedding on the beds. Just plastic mattresses. We never did get enough fitted sheets- so the flat ones were constantly coming up on 3 of the bunk beds. :/ it was in the 30s at night so to have the heat on you had to turn the fan on and it blew and got too hot, but if you turned it off it was too cold- so kind of hard to regulate temperature but not awful. FYI- the “rock wall” is very short, just 8-9ft ceiling height. They had little peddle cars the kids could ride, pay by the hour of course. They had fun riding those around the park. The playground for the kids was very small with one slide but clean and my older kids actually got some use out of it for about 5 min. Over all it was clean and okay for a very short stay (3 nights) The front staff at the gate were very friendly and nice. I liked that it was gated. But for the price/ we will definitely plan ahead next time and do an Airbnb for about the same price.
