Campground very nice with many activities. However it is surrounded by razor wire in a sketchy part of town. Felt less than safe. Surrounding area is trashy. Sadly would not return or recommend.

We were a little disappointed in the condition of our location where we stayed, we were in site 1346 that I know is a premium site that used to have grass. Maybe because of Covid 19 you are unable to take care of these spaces like you used to, or maybe it's because of a lack of water. Regardless I feel a change needs to be made to upgrade these sites or cut the price.

We will stay no where else while in Tucson. KOA Tucson is such a fun place! Matter of fact, we pass through going and coming on our once-a-year trip to Phoenix. The first year we passed through we stayed one night, the second year two nights, the third year 7 days! For such a HUGE place, it is SO quiet. Trash picked up any time on your curb. A fruit tree (free picking!) next to each spot. Funnn!

Our club stayed at this KOA while attending The FMCA Rally which was held at the Fairgrounds. The facility was clean and the fruit trees were bearing really good fruit. The staff was really friendly on the grounds and The BBQ Restaurant on site had really good food that could be delivered to your site. The only downside was the occasional airport noice of planes taking off.

Great KOA - lots of amenities. Nice big dog park. Park was very well kept. We happened to be there during Spring break, so there were lots of kids. Might have been better for us during a different time of year. We would stay here again though.

You KOA has become a destination and not just a stop over. The whole facility has been kept in excellent condition with amenities that cater to the whole family. Anyone traveling through or to the Tucson area should make it a point to stay a couple days and enjoy

Great park, great location close to The Loop. On the expensive side, and didn’t honor my KOA Value Kard discount. Even though I didn’t partake I liked the idea of the social activities. Like all large private RV parks, far too many rigs have bright lights going all night.

Wonderful time, beautiful grounds. Al the park host that helps you, deserves a raise. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He is awesome! The staff were all good but like I said he went above our expectations. Please let your corporation know he is the reason we will be back!

This is a great RV Park, its huge and there was lots to do. We had citrus tree at our spot, growing grapefruits and they were delicious, I had one every morning. Its very clear and the WIFI worked great during our stay. There is large dog park as well and the restaurant onsite is SOOO good. We got food delivered to our camp spot, the smoked meatloaf is a must try :0)

We are full time In our RV. We decided to book a stay at a KOA Tucson cottage for a break from our RV. These are very nice, everything was clean and the place is beautiful! We had a private patio, with a table and gas Bar-B-Que. The KOA facility is huge, clean, and beautiful grounds to walk. We will be back.

My wife and I only stayed one night, but wished we could have stayed longer. We stayed in the best priced back in site, plenty of room to park, full hook ups, we ate at the on site restaurant and we realy liked the BBQ. Staff was very kind and helpful. Next time we go through Tucson we will stay again.

We enjoyed the camp. However, there were several issues that need attention. The grill ran out of fuel. There weren't enough silverware place-settings; eg. only 3 forks. The kitchen cabinet door literally fell off into my hands. The tv in one bedroom was unwatchable because it didn't change channels.

Was a great family rv campground. The best part was the pet fences at the individual spots, such a huge improvement. I would recommend some smaller gap fencing for small dogs that can fit between the bars. Very great place to stay and we will be back for sure.

This is a beautiful resort. We had takeout from the restaurant on site and it was excellent. The only reason I gave you a 4 instead of 5 was because every time we walked our dogs, their feet were covered in diesel exhaust particulate which was difficult to wash off.

This was our third year here it was absolutely fantastic!! I I think all the employees and the caretakers did an excellent job providing us with our needs!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed a month here over the New Years period. Very big rig friendly, with a variety of site options and nice wide paved roads. Very pet friendly, massive dog park and cute dog pen sites. Overall great amenities like pool, hot tub, kids play spaces, secure mail room. Staff are amazing, very accommodating and helpful. On site restaurant was expensive for the quality of food served.

Just checked in today but so far the staff had been great, every thing is very clean and well kept, we ordered wood to our site and it was there before we even got back to out spot. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities.

I'm only rating the deluxe cabin stay- I have never stayed at an rv resort before this one. We normally stay in an air bnb when we travel. We have a large family so the deluxe seemed to be able to fit us all- however the bunk bed mattresses are pretty thin, and short. My 13 year old barely fit. When we arrived after 15 hours of traveling only wanting to get in bed to sleep, there were no sheets or bedding on the beds. Just plastic mattresses. We never did get enough fitted sheets- so the flat ones were constantly coming up on 3 of the bunk beds. :/ it was in the 30s at night so to have the heat on you had to turn the fan on and it blew and got too hot, but if you turned it off it was too cold- so kind of hard to regulate temperature but not awful. FYI- the “rock wall” is very short, just 8-9ft ceiling height. They had little peddle cars the kids could ride, pay by the hour of course. They had fun riding those around the park. The playground for the kids was very small with one slide but clean and my older kids actually got some use out of it for about 5 min. Over all it was clean and okay for a very short stay (3 nights) The front staff at the gate were very friendly and nice. I liked that it was gated. But for the price/ we will definitely plan ahead next time and do an Airbnb for about the same price.
