I like the trash pick up service provided. Grassy Pet Site 1670, has fire ants. BEWARE! They are in the grass area.

Absolutely surprising. Phenomenal. Couldn’t recommend enough! The staff is amazing!

Tucson is a well run park with very friendly and helpful staff. Suggestion for the future: Propane could be delivered to sites. Without that, rigs have to break down camp, drive to get propane and set up for camping all over again.

They were very accommodating On our stay because we couldn't find one site to stand so had to create multiple reservations. They were able to combine a couple so we didn't have to move for a few of our reservations. The RV park was top notch and the restaurant had great food. The laundromat was clean and handy. It was easy to get to off I 10.

So many amenities, I can't list them here. Check out their webpage. It's definitely a resort. We have already planned to come back and bring all of our RV friends.

Your staff is awesome

Nice campground, only suggestion is we met several campers who said when they made their reservations they requested to be near the other campers they were traveling with. Like us they could not have been further away. The site next to our friends had a new camper every night, so why we could not be there was beyond me.

Nicest KOA park to date. Loved the huge dog park. We ate at the restaurant and it was good. Loved the fruit trees. We will definitely go back.

Beautiful park. Easy check in and space in/out. Lots of activities although i didn’t use many.

The place was clean. We were very unhappy with the staff (particularly Michael on the golf courts) and the lack of actual in person lidd activities). The calendar makes it look like a kid friendly place while it is definitely not. We will stick to San Diego and Williams locations from now on. We will not be returning and are very disappointed we wasted our money and scarce family time here :(

just one night, pull in pull out. think you need someone to guide people to their sites like other KOA's do. the check in process was somewhat confusing on where to park and go in. park was clean and in good shape.the overhead canopies are a unique feature

7 night stay on our way home to Montana. We’ve been here before when we bought our motorhome. Very nice campground, well maintained, lots of things to do. Location (Tucson) was good for us to visit friends living in the area. Our only issue was the BBQ restaurant but we dealt with that with the owner.

Check in was quick and flawless. Love the citrus trees, had grapefruit for breakfast. We have stayed in hundreds of rv parks and this is in our top 2 or 3. would be number one if they had easier internet. Nobody like sign up for internet. Charge a couple dollars more and offer quick and easy connection. Great value and professionally run

Fantastic service. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful. Everyone was friendly and hand greet attitudes. The site were spacious and clean. There were so many amenities. My family and I golfed, played basketball, pickle ball, cornhole and ladder golf.we also swam in the pool and hung out in the jacuzzi. Great place to relax or to stay busy with activities for the kids.

A Corp. Owned park, beautifully maintained with great staff. But there is a big flaw in KOA's reservation/site assignment system. There is no way for campers to be able to camp together. Even though there are buddy sites. Additionally, we witnessed first hand and watched others have to break down and move to a different site mid vacation. This seems to be a normal routine for KOA.

Just checked in today but so far the staff had been great, every thing is very clean and well kept, we ordered wood to our site and it was there before we even got back to out spot. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities.

I'm only rating the deluxe cabin stay- I have never stayed at an rv resort before this one. We normally stay in an air bnb when we travel. We have a large family so the deluxe seemed to be able to fit us all- however the bunk bed mattresses are pretty thin, and short. My 13 year old barely fit. When we arrived after 15 hours of traveling only wanting to get in bed to sleep, there were no sheets or bedding on the beds. Just plastic mattresses. We never did get enough fitted sheets- so the flat ones were constantly coming up on 3 of the bunk beds. :/ it was in the 30s at night so to have the heat on you had to turn the fan on and it blew and got too hot, but if you turned it off it was too cold- so kind of hard to regulate temperature but not awful. FYI- the “rock wall” is very short, just 8-9ft ceiling height. They had little peddle cars the kids could ride, pay by the hour of course. They had fun riding those around the park. The playground for the kids was very small with one slide but clean and my older kids actually got some use out of it for about 5 min. Over all it was clean and okay for a very short stay (3 nights) The front staff at the gate were very friendly and nice. I liked that it was gated. But for the price/ we will definitely plan ahead next time and do an Airbnb for about the same price.
