Very pleasant and helpful staff. Clean and neat grounds. Numerous dog parks. We love the dog wash station and the $8 rv self wash option is the best option ever! We’ll be back for sure.

We reserved a pet site that resulted in a premium rate - the pet site was full of trash when we arrived, the grass was tall and and openings in the gate were too big and the dogs could get out. Additionally the sprinklers came on every evening at 7 p.m. when the dogs were in the area. There was a 3 foot wide X 1 foot deep hole at the electric and water hookups - dangerous. Gym is a joke.

I was charged for the most premium site, but I was given the most basic site. No response to emails/requests for refund of the difference. Very disappointed.

We only stayed for one night, but it was definitely a resort compared to the different locations we had stayed over the last week. Lots of great amenities. Loved the pool, games and pancake breakfast!

We rented a casita it was very nice, clean and comfortable. We decided to try it instead of a hotel and now we’ll never hotel it again. You won us over!

It was as busy as I have ever seen it. Crowded but the staff did a good job managing. I had to move 3 times. I didn't like that, but am aware of how multiple reservations work. I learned locked in reservations get priority. Not sure how the lock works however . I'll be back.

Love it here! Coming back next year and staying longer. Staff are all very friendly and on top of things. Constantly see them driving around in their golf carts, picking up trash, sweeping, and just generally keeping things in tip top shape. :-) Lots of great activities to participate in if you like that sort of thing. Also it's amazing how quiet it is, especially considering large # of guests!

The BBQ restaurant was outstanding. Grounds were keep up nice. Nice Tent area. Close to hiking locations in Saguaro and Mt Lemmon areas. Added touch were fruit trees surrounding the grounds, grapefruit every morning for breakfast. Heated pool and jacuzzi very nice. Reason for a 4 rating is that Attention and updating is needed in the rear restroom/showers.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained campground. Staff is very professional and friendly! Two pool areas is a huge plus! Also, love the fruit trees that are all over the site that are loaded with fresh citrus, free for the picking!

Great stay in a Deluxe Cabin for 2 nights. Clean and quiet, with all the amenities that KOA provides. Friendly, courteous staff that aims to please. Fraction of the cost that it would have set me back at a stuffy hotel.

Driving in the this KOA, I remember thinking ‘oh no, too many people!’. Well, that thought fell away quickly as we settled in for 12 days. Wonderful place. Great BBQ. Staff ALWAYS on top of things and HUGE props for food bank activity!!

Very nice place, clean facilities and good customer service. Special thanks to MaryAnn at the desk and on the phone for understanding and untangling our complex set of three separate reservations for two different trailers over three days. Kept her cool and always friendly. Thanks, MaryAnn!

Nice park and amenities, giving it a 3 and not a 2 only for the great service from staff in front office. For $70 and up I expect usable water pressure. I also don’t expect the patronizing “you need to understand” bit when I inquire about the water pressure. I’m a full timer, I get low water pressure but when it won’t read on a gauge and dribbles out of the faucet that’s not acceptable

The campground itself is very nice, and the guys working throughout the park are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the front desk staff are not very accommodating or friendly. I heard this from pretty much all the other campers we spoke will staying there. They really need to all be on the same page. One person told us one thing, and then the other girl told us something different.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with this KOA. The check in employees were so welcoming and nice! The park is well kept and easy navigate. Loved the great dog park!

Just checked in today but so far the staff had been great, every thing is very clean and well kept, we ordered wood to our site and it was there before we even got back to out spot. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities.

I'm only rating the deluxe cabin stay- I have never stayed at an rv resort before this one. We normally stay in an air bnb when we travel. We have a large family so the deluxe seemed to be able to fit us all- however the bunk bed mattresses are pretty thin, and short. My 13 year old barely fit. When we arrived after 15 hours of traveling only wanting to get in bed to sleep, there were no sheets or bedding on the beds. Just plastic mattresses. We never did get enough fitted sheets- so the flat ones were constantly coming up on 3 of the bunk beds. :/ it was in the 30s at night so to have the heat on you had to turn the fan on and it blew and got too hot, but if you turned it off it was too cold- so kind of hard to regulate temperature but not awful. FYI- the “rock wall” is very short, just 8-9ft ceiling height. They had little peddle cars the kids could ride, pay by the hour of course. They had fun riding those around the park. The playground for the kids was very small with one slide but clean and my older kids actually got some use out of it for about 5 min. Over all it was clean and okay for a very short stay (3 nights) The front staff at the gate were very friendly and nice. I liked that it was gated. But for the price/ we will definitely plan ahead next time and do an Airbnb for about the same price.
