We went to Tucson to take part in the Tucson Festival of Books. We had enjoyed staying at LazyDays KOA many years before, but we're pleasantly surprised to find it even better than our last visit. The BBQ Rush was one surprise and it was nice to be able to eat on site after traveling from southern New Mexico. The park is quiet and well maintained with helpful staff.

I especially enjoyed the fruit trees growing all around. The laundry was convenient as were the beautiful bathroom and showers. It felt very elegant. I also appreciated the daily garbage pickup. The parade of dogs every day was a treat and they all were well behaved.

Love the resort, has everything you could possibly want. People are friendly, Love the covered spots. So much so will back for the month of April and May. The food at the restaurant is the best

The park is very nice and clean. Note the internet service is third party and you can’t connect directly thus using appletv or smart tv’s won’t work. Also it rarely works well. Big problem when you rely on it.

We really appreciated the time and effort the staff took to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves -- lots of activities, and the campground's amenities (pool, dog parks, natural area) are all top-notch.

Like the place. Dont want to be near the covered areas because they block the sun too much. Great for summer I guess but not early spring. Love the pull throughs with the hedges and firepits. Need to set aside one day a week for food trucks and outside activities by the office. Give people a break from the Rush restaurant, barbecue is OK but not special

we like staying at the koa everyone is always nice and professional. spaces are are usually a good size. this time the Internet was bad. the thing is there were alot of people, booster the power would be the key to fix this issue

This is a beautiful well maintained campground. Our problem we were on a one of the sites with a dog run We told them we were 44 in length and 13 wide with our slides. Towing a truck. We barely fit. In order to go down the sides on the Motorhome U had to duck down and crawl under the slides. To keep truck out of the road had to pull up to the gate. Could not use patio and firepit. Other sites bete

We love staying here. We stayed in one of the new sites with private playground and it was 100% worth it. The privacy hedges are newly planted and likely won’t provide privacy for a few years. Also, a side note, the “hedges” are oleanders which can be poisonous if eaten by kids or pets.

Had to make 2 different reservations. First night we paid $70 for a beautiful site. Told we had to move. Our second night, paid the exact same price, $70, for nothing but gravel. Manager gave us an additional 10% off ($7), however we don’t feel it was fair compensation for a site with absolutely no amenities. Unfair business practice to list 2 very different sites at the same price.Dana was rude

We only stayed one night but really liked the campground. There is a nice pool area, a good restaurant, and it’s very clean.

A wonderfully clean and well organized KOA. The bathrooms and showers are top notch. If you like hanging around the place they have plenty of activities for young and old.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Park is very will maintained. Only issue is the very low wagter pressure in the morning and evening when it seams like everyone is using it. Spoke to long term campers and they say the same.

Wonderful staff, sites, pools, laundry rooms, fruit trees, location and price! Don't forget to bring your bike and ride the 130 mile paved path right next to the campground!

Clean and nice sites. Lots of amenities for all ages. This location is great for cyclists as it is close to the loop trail system.

Great stay for us & dogs. We had fun at the morning breakfast social and met other fellow travelers. Us & doggies enjoyed Pawty party. And we had a great time testing our knowledge at trivia night. Highly recommend!

Everything is wonderful but please fix the handicap access button to the main building/registration and finish the sidewalk for access to the nature pond.

We always love staying at Lazy Days, such a nice KOA. It's quiet, clean, peaceful, and the BBQ Rush Restaurant there is always a great place to eat after a long day's drive to get there. Highly recommend it.

Very friendly helpful staff. Very clean! Our site under solar shade was great. The only negative we had was allowing a camper to display a political flag. With so much negative political stuff, I really didn’t appreciate seeing it.

Very nice park overall. We were on the end of a row and felt very exposed. The tree was small and half had been cut so offered no shade or privacy. Would be nice to have fence/partitions to provide a wind barrier and privacy.

Just checked in today but so far the staff had been great, every thing is very clean and well kept, we ordered wood to our site and it was there before we even got back to out spot. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities.

I'm only rating the deluxe cabin stay- I have never stayed at an rv resort before this one. We normally stay in an air bnb when we travel. We have a large family so the deluxe seemed to be able to fit us all- however the bunk bed mattresses are pretty thin, and short. My 13 year old barely fit. When we arrived after 15 hours of traveling only wanting to get in bed to sleep, there were no sheets or bedding on the beds. Just plastic mattresses. We never did get enough fitted sheets- so the flat ones were constantly coming up on 3 of the bunk beds. :/ it was in the 30s at night so to have the heat on you had to turn the fan on and it blew and got too hot, but if you turned it off it was too cold- so kind of hard to regulate temperature but not awful. FYI- the “rock wall” is very short, just 8-9ft ceiling height. They had little peddle cars the kids could ride, pay by the hour of course. They had fun riding those around the park. The playground for the kids was very small with one slide but clean and my older kids actually got some use out of it for about 5 min. Over all it was clean and okay for a very short stay (3 nights) The front staff at the gate were very friendly and nice. I liked that it was gated. But for the price/ we will definitely plan ahead next time and do an Airbnb for about the same price.
