This is a fabulous campground. Along with neighbors we picked luscious citrus and watched the roadrunner.

I like that you xan pick the fruit. One is bathroom on the opposite of the park from the main offices needs to remodeled. The laundry room need to be upgraded CSC mobile that also has the option to use credit and/or the app. Cable TV did not have digital channels and internet was poor.

Friendly and efficient staff. Well maintained sites, and facilities. Enjoyed the Wed coffee & donut social, Bingo, and Sun morning pancakes! Nice to have garbage pickup,and a Mailroom. Fun being able to pick oranges, grapefruit, lemons, and limes. Great access to shops, restaurants, and hiking. Be nice to have Hallmark & Golf channel on cable selection. Nice to meet both Russ & Betsy.

Very enjoyable stay. The staff were wonderful and made every effort to assist to make our stay enjoyable. They had activities for everyone.

I love this place. My only recommendation is to put other fencing inside the off leash sites. My dog can get out of the current gates so I paid for a spot that didn’t work for me

This is a beautiful resort. Very well maintained and everyone I came into contact with(staff and guests) were extremely friendly. So many amenities to keep you busy. The dog park is wonderfully large .I will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it!

Enjoyed our stay. Found the grounds well cared for, camp sites are good sized, pools are nice, etc. Only negative I have is that the water pressure was not sufficient for a good shower.

We loved this campground. Everyone is friendly, it's clean and the sites are nice and level. The pool area is nice and inviting. Loved sitting out at the community fire pits.

$1,500 for a grass site. NO GRASS. BS about how hard it is to keep grass, been coming here for years, always had grass. Sprinkler watered under rv only. Trees and shrubs not maintained, Public grassy areas used as toilets for dogs, ugly and gross. You do have a dog run, why do you allow this? Been watching the park deteriorate the past few years, too bad. I feel I should get a partial refund

We had a really nice spot. We also rented a cabin for our friends. The only complaint is the bathrooms. They are almost always dirty.

We really enjoy this park, fore we are staying for 6months. The problem is with the maintenance man Ricky tried stealing my $1800 mountain bike. Ricky also ripped off our neighbor for $500. He has since been transferred to a KOA in Ohio. I did call the cops and file a police report on this matter of my bike before getting it back broken. Way to hire outstanding employees

This KOA is probably one of the worst parks in terms of how often residents will come right in to your site. The campground loans out fruit picking poles and that encourages people to come in to sites to get fruit off of trees clearing on someone’s pad. They use these poles to tear at tree branches to dislodge fruit leaving a mess. Park etiquette is at a low place here at Lazydays

Great campground. Drawbacks - sits in industrial part of city, very noisy 24x7 along Benton Hwy, wifi was so week couldn't get web pages on phone. Staff exceptional!

We enjoyed this KOA very much. The Assistant Manager David, was fabulous! The trivia nights were a blast. Nikita was great with the kids and we really appreciated her sense of humor.

Just checked in today but so far the staff had been great, every thing is very clean and well kept, we ordered wood to our site and it was there before we even got back to out spot. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities.

I'm only rating the deluxe cabin stay- I have never stayed at an rv resort before this one. We normally stay in an air bnb when we travel. We have a large family so the deluxe seemed to be able to fit us all- however the bunk bed mattresses are pretty thin, and short. My 13 year old barely fit. When we arrived after 15 hours of traveling only wanting to get in bed to sleep, there were no sheets or bedding on the beds. Just plastic mattresses. We never did get enough fitted sheets- so the flat ones were constantly coming up on 3 of the bunk beds. :/ it was in the 30s at night so to have the heat on you had to turn the fan on and it blew and got too hot, but if you turned it off it was too cold- so kind of hard to regulate temperature but not awful. FYI- the “rock wall” is very short, just 8-9ft ceiling height. They had little peddle cars the kids could ride, pay by the hour of course. They had fun riding those around the park. The playground for the kids was very small with one slide but clean and my older kids actually got some use out of it for about 5 min. Over all it was clean and okay for a very short stay (3 nights) The front staff at the gate were very friendly and nice. I liked that it was gated. But for the price/ we will definitely plan ahead next time and do an Airbnb for about the same price.
