Excellent facilities, clean sites, close to the highway and management communicates well via texting. One of the best KOAs we’ve ever stayed at.

This stay was not so good. We got there and were told that the restaurant was closed for a private event. We had no pre-warning or we could have eaten before we got there. The campground is nice but we come there because we don't have to unhook. Had we known that the restaurant was closed we would have gone to Davis Monthan Air Base.

We were very happy with the park and all employees we were in contact with. The park in general was very clean, except the rest room and showers. We were only there 3 nights but used the showers every morning and they were not cleaned during our stay. We may or may not book next year.

Beautiful park, negative would be the back to back sites. Not enough privacy on those sites! It looks like there are some great pull thrus.

Everything was great, especially for our grandkids. The pools were clean and well maintained, there were activities available and bikes for rent. Thank you for a great visit with them.

This is the very best park i have ever been to the sites are huge the staff is great the activities are perfect i have visited a great number of parks none come close as far as space as this one

We were parked next to a very entitled family..dad was working from site..kids at pool during the day..every night he would turn his keyboard on really loud and play loud bass. We were in 1546. We have stayed with you several times after rally’s at Pima Fairgrounds. Kids were loud. You’d think they were in a campground by themselves. No regard for anyone else. Not sure if we will return.

The front desk personnel were extremely rude.Snippy answering questions. We booked spots next to each other.When we arrived, the spots were in different rows and half a block down. Not at all convenient or what we had booked, 6 months prior. Dinner at BBQ was a joke. At 6pm they had run out of chicken & ribs,which they informed us of 45 minutes after we ordered. 1/3 of laundry facilities broken.

It was fine except for the spot they put us in with shrubs on both sides which made it a little tight for our coach with 36" slide outs on both sides. The facility is nice and the restaurant has good food that we enjoyed very much.

This is one of the best RV parks in the US in our opinion. The staff and the facilities were both excellent. (And we quite enjoyed picking fresh fruit.) Thanks!

somewhat disappointed with the upkeep of the campground compared to the previous ownership.(leaves and debris around some of the buildings) Broken concrete pad at our site 1489. The fruit was great appreciate having some.

Everyone from reception to the guys on the yellow golf carts were friendly and professional. The park was clean, lots of amenities and well maintained. I'd definitely return.

One of the nicest KOA that we have visited, if not the best. Staff is friendly. Grounds are well kept. Always have something to do. Grandkids love the place.

We love it here. It is our favourite RV park. The only issue we have is with the internet. It has not been very reliable at our site area (around 1655). We do pay for the upgrade and this does not help. Hopefully, this can be improved. See you in the fall.

Great place-clean, friendly, daily trash pick up, good security and almost daily activities. Plus food on site that can be delivered to your site and LazyDays service for your rig. Not only RV sites but also cabins for rent. Have stayed here several times.

The staff is wonderful and everyone is so helpful at the front desk...... and cheerful, too! The maintenance folks are always taking care of things and everything is in tip top shape when you arrive at your site. They try to be the best, and they are doing a great job at achieving this goal. Keep it up!!!

Staff was very helpful and always friendly. Grounds are well maintained. They always have activities of interest for all ages. The only negitive is low water pressure when everyone is using in the AM & PM, down to 20psi. Used Alarie Mobile RV Service and found them outstanding. David, the owner, is a pro.

This is probably the best KOA campsite we’ve stayed at. The only downside on our visit was the on-site BBQ restaurant, the service was very slow and the ribs were very tough and cold

Great facility! Love staying here whenever we are in Tucson! Only issue on this trip was the water pressure would drop below 15psi in the mornings and would not recover till mid afternoon, spoke with a maintenance representative and he said that he has seen this but doesn’t know why it happens everyday, even on the days that the facility was not that busy, so it is not usage within the facility

Just checked in today but so far the staff had been great, every thing is very clean and well kept, we ordered wood to our site and it was there before we even got back to out spot. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities.

I'm only rating the deluxe cabin stay- I have never stayed at an rv resort before this one. We normally stay in an air bnb when we travel. We have a large family so the deluxe seemed to be able to fit us all- however the bunk bed mattresses are pretty thin, and short. My 13 year old barely fit. When we arrived after 15 hours of traveling only wanting to get in bed to sleep, there were no sheets or bedding on the beds. Just plastic mattresses. We never did get enough fitted sheets- so the flat ones were constantly coming up on 3 of the bunk beds. :/ it was in the 30s at night so to have the heat on you had to turn the fan on and it blew and got too hot, but if you turned it off it was too cold- so kind of hard to regulate temperature but not awful. FYI- the “rock wall” is very short, just 8-9ft ceiling height. They had little peddle cars the kids could ride, pay by the hour of course. They had fun riding those around the park. The playground for the kids was very small with one slide but clean and my older kids actually got some use out of it for about 5 min. Over all it was clean and okay for a very short stay (3 nights) The front staff at the gate were very friendly and nice. I liked that it was gated. But for the price/ we will definitely plan ahead next time and do an Airbnb for about the same price.
