The water pressure on my site, 1441, was extremely low, barely reaching 40 lbs at any time, based on my water pressure gauge. Initially I thought it was my system until I left the park and everything worked perfectly in my next location.

First time at the park and we had a relaxing time. Everyone was friendly and the park was maintained very well.

We paid and stayed in a pet site, it was a new one #1690 and our dog immediately got out through the fence as the rails were too far apart, and our dog is a medium size. We tried moving but we’re unable to for the first week of our stay. We did manage to get moved for our last week. Anyway, we paid dearly for our pet site that we could never use���.

Some long term residence sites look to junky, dogs were getting sick from going to the large fenced in dog park are my biggest complaints. So we didn’t feel comfortable taking our dogs to the dog park anymore after speaking with a few guests. Staff was very nice, facilities for guests were clean, planned activities were great, all the guests were friendly.

The park is delightful and perfect for extended stay. Sites are large and clean. The only negative we experienced were some of the ladies at the registration office. Told several people that they would be contacted later with the answers to reservations questions, but we never heard from them!

Nicest campground we have ever stayed in and I have been staying at Campground‘s for over 40 years. I would call this a resort as it is just beautifully laid out facility. Spacious sites and lots of room between them. There are some really long sites with lots of amenities right inside the resort.

We love this KOA! Very clean park and the staff is friendly and professional and helpful. The park is easy to find. Many sites to choose from. We will be back in 3 weeks!

This is one of my favorite RV parks. Staff is excellent and the sites and facilities are well kept. The only negative is their internet, it's the worst of all the other KOA parks that I stay in. It's time to change the internet provider.

It's always a pleasure to stay here, the staff go above and beyond. My only complaint is too many people walking thru our site, wish there was a way to stop them from invading our space.

Love this KOA. Negatives are south bathrooms need a grout and caulk replacement and WiFi needs improvement.

Best KOA anywhere and we’ve been to many! Wide paved street with good sized sites with concrete parking pads and a patio. Variety of types of sites to choose from. Great restaurant and dog parks. Lemon and orange trees on most sites— help yourself to fresh fruit!

pretty level site, lots of activities going on, great bbq from on site restaurant, one dog run was closed for work the entire week we were there, the 9 3/4 speed limit is not enforced in any way so either change it or take out reference to enforcement in brochure. We were in row facing parking lot on south side of registration building. . Overall a nice stay but certainly not a 10.

Our stay was very enjoyable and the park was very nice. If I had one suggestion that might make it better is that a couple RV’s, I assume long term stays, were messy. One RV had inflatable Christmas decorations deflated and lying in front of their RV. That just takes away from the beauty of the park. Otherwise everything was great and we will definitely be coming back.

This was the most unlevel site I’ve ever had. For $115 this was unacceptable. The park itself is beautiful and very large. The on-site restaurant was very good. I would stay here again but not in a dog fence site.

Large sites, fun fruit trees everywhere. Enjoyed seeing the military planes flying over. Great paved roads.

Bathroom cleaning really needs to be improved, one of paper towel dispensers was out for 2 days. TP was not restocked. Heat on & way too warm in men's. Otherwise nice campground. Would be great if website if it allowed option to choose sites, with little to no services. We have a truck & pop up camper, no toilet in camper so don't need a site with sewer but that is the only choice with camper.

Overall a very nice place. Lots to do and lots of places for your pets to do their business. The checkin had 4 employees at the desk doing busy work but we had to wait 8 minutes because only one person was actually waiting on customers. The others never looked up our acknowledged our presence. Finding our space was difficult because the big sign number was behind a bush.

Just checked in today but so far the staff had been great, every thing is very clean and well kept, we ordered wood to our site and it was there before we even got back to out spot. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities.

I'm only rating the deluxe cabin stay- I have never stayed at an rv resort before this one. We normally stay in an air bnb when we travel. We have a large family so the deluxe seemed to be able to fit us all- however the bunk bed mattresses are pretty thin, and short. My 13 year old barely fit. When we arrived after 15 hours of traveling only wanting to get in bed to sleep, there were no sheets or bedding on the beds. Just plastic mattresses. We never did get enough fitted sheets- so the flat ones were constantly coming up on 3 of the bunk beds. :/ it was in the 30s at night so to have the heat on you had to turn the fan on and it blew and got too hot, but if you turned it off it was too cold- so kind of hard to regulate temperature but not awful. FYI- the “rock wall” is very short, just 8-9ft ceiling height. They had little peddle cars the kids could ride, pay by the hour of course. They had fun riding those around the park. The playground for the kids was very small with one slide but clean and my older kids actually got some use out of it for about 5 min. Over all it was clean and okay for a very short stay (3 nights) The front staff at the gate were very friendly and nice. I liked that it was gated. But for the price/ we will definitely plan ahead next time and do an Airbnb for about the same price.
