Very clean and beautiful place. Good service and lots of things to do for kids. Loved our kids site but the equipment was just a slide and climbing rack. Other kids sites had climbing wall and swing. Could use some extra restrooms closer to kids sites for smaller trailers and popups without toilets.

Nice clean campground. Staff is super nice. Love the dog park. The only suggestion that I could make would be to have a dog park for small dogs separate from the large dogs. But I did not have any problems with large dogs when I was there.

We had a short stay but overall found the park to be quite pleasant. Enjoyed the fruit in the trees next our trailer! The mens restroom at the rear of the park needs some work. The urinal flush doesn’t work well and because of that the smell of urine is pervasive. The toilet in the first stall is not securely fastened to the floor. The restroom could use more attention to cleaning.

This was our first time traveling to warmer temps in winter. What a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! It was very nice that there were activities planned for each day. We made some new friends that we look forward to seeing again next year. We have already made our reservation for next year. Just hope they get the second restrooms/showers updated by then.

The MotorHome sites are extremely nice. The staff was friendly & efficient. Beautiful campground. The BBQ restaurant on site has fantastic food & entertainment. I will definitely come here again.

A one night stop, but we have stayed here before. Well organized, friendly, good facilities on site with everything you need close by.

We been coming to tucson for 17 years stayed Joe has been open . We were disappointed with the quality of the food at the rush mainly being cold and all plastic dinnerware. Looking forward to be there in2023

very luxurious campground. well-maintained. spacious sites. lots of activities for all ages and excellent facilities. Alas, we prefer more connection with nature when "camping."

We enjoyed our stay. Wife complained that her bathroom was very dirty. Suggestion; since it is an adult park, hot tub limit time for kids to use after 2:00 off limits except for 18 and older.

Great RV park. Lots of energy, loved being able to pick fresh grapefruit at our site. The dog park was fantastic. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend to anyone who asks!

We had never stayed at a KOA Resort before and were somewhat blown away. Everything was great- our site, the atmosphere, the immaculate bathrooms, the amazing solar arrays that served as shade . . . This is quite a campground!

Resaurant/Bar was under staffed and took for ever, but I know that is normal these days. All other amenities were excellent!

Campground very nice with many activities. However it is surrounded by razor wire in a sketchy part of town. Felt less than safe. Surrounding area is trashy. Sadly would not return or recommend.

We were a little disappointed in the condition of our location where we stayed, we were in site 1346 that I know is a premium site that used to have grass. Maybe because of Covid 19 you are unable to take care of these spaces like you used to, or maybe it's because of a lack of water. Regardless I feel a change needs to be made to upgrade these sites or cut the price.

We will stay no where else while in Tucson. KOA Tucson is such a fun place! Matter of fact, we pass through going and coming on our once-a-year trip to Phoenix. The first year we passed through we stayed one night, the second year two nights, the third year 7 days! For such a HUGE place, it is SO quiet. Trash picked up any time on your curb. A fruit tree (free picking!) next to each spot. Funnn!

Our club stayed at this KOA while attending The FMCA Rally which was held at the Fairgrounds. The facility was clean and the fruit trees were bearing really good fruit. The staff was really friendly on the grounds and The BBQ Restaurant on site had really good food that could be delivered to your site. The only downside was the occasional airport noice of planes taking off.

Great KOA - lots of amenities. Nice big dog park. Park was very well kept. We happened to be there during Spring break, so there were lots of kids. Might have been better for us during a different time of year. We would stay here again though.

You KOA has become a destination and not just a stop over. The whole facility has been kept in excellent condition with amenities that cater to the whole family. Anyone traveling through or to the Tucson area should make it a point to stay a couple days and enjoy

Great park, great location close to The Loop. On the expensive side, and didn’t honor my KOA Value Kard discount. Even though I didn’t partake I liked the idea of the social activities. Like all large private RV parks, far too many rigs have bright lights going all night.

Wonderful time, beautiful grounds. Al the park host that helps you, deserves a raise. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He is awesome! The staff were all good but like I said he went above our expectations. Please let your corporation know he is the reason we will be back!

Just checked in today but so far the staff had been great, every thing is very clean and well kept, we ordered wood to our site and it was there before we even got back to out spot. I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy all the amenities.

I'm only rating the deluxe cabin stay- I have never stayed at an rv resort before this one. We normally stay in an air bnb when we travel. We have a large family so the deluxe seemed to be able to fit us all- however the bunk bed mattresses are pretty thin, and short. My 13 year old barely fit. When we arrived after 15 hours of traveling only wanting to get in bed to sleep, there were no sheets or bedding on the beds. Just plastic mattresses. We never did get enough fitted sheets- so the flat ones were constantly coming up on 3 of the bunk beds. :/ it was in the 30s at night so to have the heat on you had to turn the fan on and it blew and got too hot, but if you turned it off it was too cold- so kind of hard to regulate temperature but not awful. FYI- the “rock wall” is very short, just 8-9ft ceiling height. They had little peddle cars the kids could ride, pay by the hour of course. They had fun riding those around the park. The playground for the kids was very small with one slide but clean and my older kids actually got some use out of it for about 5 min. Over all it was clean and okay for a very short stay (3 nights) The front staff at the gate were very friendly and nice. I liked that it was gated. But for the price/ we will definitely plan ahead next time and do an Airbnb for about the same price.
