First time staying in a cabin with no bathroom. The cabin was dark and dingy, you could see through the logs and underneath the bed was dusty. Hopefully I got it all. Other than that this KOA by far is our favorite hope to visit again soon.

RV park was very clean and well maintained. Sites were level and our pull through was long enough for a big rig and our truck but just barely and many are shorter. Park is right on the bay so you can walk down and we could see fireworks from the living room. Cool. Immediately across the bridge from Waldport. Several resturants across bridge and at nearby Seal Rock. Friendly staff.

Felt very un-welcoming driving through the gate. Signs with “don’t do this and that” and visitors not welcome. Garbage bins weren’t emptied, garbage were lying on the ground. 1 garbage bin only to accommodate the whole campsite. 1 recycle bin also. The bathrooms were dirty and downright disgusting. Again there were not enough for all those people at the campsite. Furthermore, no blow dry

We don't have a gate or any signs that say "Don't". We do have a sign stating no visitors, we are strictly registered guests only. We clean our bathrooms regularly, through out the day. Trash is picked up multiple times a week. Sorry we didn't work out for you.

The deluxe cabin was exactly what was advertised. The camp was very clean and located centrally to all must sees. The walk to the beach is a must see. Enjoyed the stay!

We came to visit friends in Bayshore, so this is the perfect location for the visit. Aside from that, we find this KOA to be clean, well managed and has congenial and helpful staff. As we have been coming here over the years, we find only one thing missing, since we have also become senior citizens, and that is, a grab bar near every toilet. Only one has a grab bar. We are not disabled, only older

The bathrooms have not been remodeled and therefore look dirty. The staff are not friendly and as helpful as I would’ve thought that could be.I will not be staying at this KOA again

We like our vintage bathrooms. They receive regular maintenance. We just had the floors redone this year. But unfortunately the person we hired, did not do the process correctly. So they do look a mess. Will have to fix them this winter.

Beautiful party with a wonderful view of the Waldport Bay and bridge. Well stocked store and friendly employees. We stayed for the 4th of July and had a great view of the fireworks. So nice to have some cool weather to enjoy the sights.

Everything was great, very well maintained campground. Two things I noticed, you need a bigger dumpster or more frequent pickups, trash piled around the dumpster was unsightly. Also, the power plug at site #53 was looser than the captain of the cheerleading team the morning after prom.

A convenient location and nice facilities. The only downside is that tent sites are close to the highway and you get a lot of noise from the traffic

Exceptional service and staff. They escort you to your campsite, answer questions, and prepare your personal pizza at request. WOW!!! Thank-You so much!!!!!

Rv's should not be packed next to cabins. Cabin guests are not on the same plan. Too many occupants, noise/privacy issues. Electric conections have salt deterioration.

We have stayed at a lot of KOA camp grounds some very nice and some not so nice. THIS WAS THE WORST! Part of registering included a long list of rules that had to be initialed, which was ok it was the constant additional things that they would come around and inforce. Bathrooms were not well kept and camp sites small. STAY AWAY FROM THIS KOA.

We have always loved staying at the KOA and this was our 4th year coming back. This year staff were very strict and not nice at all. Was very disappointed on how rude they were to guests.

We do enforce our campground rules. That is why we have everyone sign the form when they register, so they are aware of them. If they are not being followed we are forced to address it.

We enjoyed our stay there! Loved the view, easy access to the bay and the wonderful view of the fireworks! The campgrounds were very clean and well maintained. Only have one large complaint the neighbor’s dogs barked so much that we couldn’t even sit outside, which was disheartening and frustrating!

It was convenient to stay here as we were on our way home. Kind of a small campground and there was not a dog park there yet. Staff said one is coming soon though.

I felt the campground was nice, but for the price did not offer any of the normal KOA amenities.

Was not impressed! Having to have fires out by 10pm, it’s just getting dark at that time! If we were outside our cabin after 10pm we were told to go inside and be quiet. So from 8am - 10pm you had to sit inside. We were told there were several complaints about us, but nothing was done about the screaming fights going on next door! Probably won’t ever be back!

We have quiet hours from 10pm to 8AM. We expect campers to respect others in the park and be quiet during this time.

Right next to highway, very loud, the lights from the office were so bright, it was like sleeping during the day. On the upside the people were friendly and the campsite very clean

Sites are narrow, short and close together.

Great sites, great staff, great time. Beach access was wonderful as was the easy access to Newport, Waldport, (even Florence), and the entire gorgeous Oregon Coast.

Perfect jump off point for the White Wolf Sanctuary, just 20 minutes away. We will be back in August for a coast trip to California.

We had an amazing stay at KOA in Waldport! This place is very well maintained, and the staff were excellent! The bathrooms and showers were awesome and very clean! It’s a beautiful spot with enough food and things to do! Don’t miss the Yaquina lighthouse it’s a must! We will be back next year thank you for your hospitality !!!

Coming in after hours and getting unloaded, staff very unfriendly and poor hospitality. Location beautiful. Primitive cabin with no supplies. Bunks had mildew.

We do leave instructions for After Hours arrivals. Try to make it as easy as possible. We do disclose that you need to bring your own supplies and bedding for your cabin. We looked for mold on the bunks, could not find any. Sorry we did not meet your expectations.

Our stay was pleasant. The campground is well laid out, however, it's located right off of Highway 101 and our campsite was nearest to the highway. The constant road noise at night made it very difficult to sleep in our tent. The guest restrooms were adequate, but they could really stand to be updated (especially the sinks, which looked like they were not properly installed against the walls).

Yes, We are located off the 101. We love our vintage bathhouse. No plans to change it. FYI, Our sinks were installed by a licensed plumber.

Friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and very professional staff. The road noise is intense at all hours. I suggest you construct a sound attenuating CMU wall at the highway perimeter. There was a pervasive, miasmic, sewage aroma constantly wafting through our campsite. Restrooms and showers were absolutely immaculate.

Always clean and comfortable with a couple upgrades this year--a storm door and outlet in the kids' bunks. The view is why we come here but it's a cozy spot to sleep too.

Late check-in was so easy! We were guided to our cabin and completed paperwork in the morning! The campground was clean, people were friendly, and the children at the playground had a fun game they all played together! We loved staying in the tiny house!!

This was one of the last trips my family and i took together. I pulled in hoping to find a sign and the facility over the years has had upgrades. It looked amazing. Great to see it once again!
