The campground and cabins were nice but there was no soap in the cabin bathrooms but the camp store was never open to buy any.

Deluxe cabin was perfect. Location was great, clean and quiet.Only suggestion was while I know futon was dual purpose, not super comfortable for just sitting in!

Staff at check-in and check-out were very helpful. Plus, the cabin was very clean. Unfortunately, the actual cabin is located near Hwy 101 road noise coming across the Alsea Bay Bridge and there was very little outdoor space to enjoy a campfire.

We are waiting for our new pickup to be delivered so we opted to stay in a cabin on site. What a fun 3 days we had. The trail to the waterfront was fun and we spent hours on the beach letting our dog run and dig to his hearts content. Close to town, and a great view of the bridge and bay.

Well, for the price, not the best! Cobwebs on the ceiling and lights. Fungus in the windows. Furnace was upside down. And why all the wall sockets on crooked!? The bed needs a mattress on it, not just foam! The built in cots would only fit a child. The window in the bathroom was filthy. Nails exposed on the moulding. Too much money for what it was.

Wonderful view over bay, easy access to crabbing and town. Nice cabin, clean and equipment in great condition. Beds were clean and comfortable to sleep on. Heaters are small so takes bit to warm up the rooms. Small hot water tank, one shower used up on hand quantity. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful throughout stay.

We like the view and we did have privacy while we were in the cabin was small and it leaked it just seemed like me too much for that small the cabin we would consider going back probably won't rent the cabin again Thank you

As always, I loved my stay here. This was my fourth visit. I will be back!! The staff is wonderful and so is Gary. I consider this now my home away from home. See you in August

The camp was okay. The location of our cabin was in front of the parking area/shop, which was an unpleasant view. The cabin was nice and clean. The bathrooms were also clean, but older and outdated. The camp hosts were nice and helpful. We were robbed the last night inside the KOA. We packed our cooler and a couple totes to the back of our car and woke up early in the morning to find them taken.

What a wonderful setting. Have stayed at many KOA’s. This one was especially nice. Everything was great. Hope we get to return to his one.

The cabin was nice and clean. It was a little tight for 4 full-grown adults though. It would be nice if the bunk beds were a little more accessible. It was a terrific view! The park was clean and the staff was very helpful. We loved our stay!

We love this campground! The nature trail to the beach is an easy walk and leads to lots of open space to run and play in the water of the bay!

Great condition of cabins only downside was our neighbors were very loud past 12. Other than that no complaints about the actual site. Great room, very clean, bathrooms were very clean. Thanks for the good time!

No lights, no heat-circuits kept tripping and nobody at site to help. Froze that evening. Stayed at numerous KOA's during 1.5 week vacation and this was the only dissatisfying experience. I hope to hear back from you re my comments.

The cleanest most friendly camp ground we have ever stayed at. The view was absolutely amazing as well. We will definitely be going back.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the cabin windows plus other areas were all full of a large amount of mold and tons of dust. The mattresses were all quite terrible. Despite these things our vacation was otherwise enjoyable until the last night when car loads of people showed up and were so loud and wouldn’t quit coming to our “area” so we left early :/

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I would disagree with tons of dust. We do not have mold on the mattresses. Our cleaning staff works hard to thoroughly clean each cabin after each guest, with commercial cleaning products. If you do find something that needs attention, please let us know .

The grounds are very clean, all the staff is extremely kind. We showed up after hours the light and heat was on in our cabin. The bathrooms and showers are kept clean and stocked.

Loved the upkeep and cleanliness. They were constantly cleaning and you could tell. Wonderfully clean bathrooms and the sites were raked and attended to right after guests left. Everyone is very friendly too! I stayed in a cabin and it was well kept and clean too.

The cabin was fantastic! We had rain all night, and enjoyed the sound of the rain on the roof as we slept. Overall very quiet spot, despite the proximity to the road. The beach walk was lovely for our pups, and the nearby town had everything we needed.

To costly, to small of a refrigerator, little door on freezer kept falling off. I like staying there, but like I said just to costly , can stay at state parks for less.

K25 was the cabin I was in. So cute and the view is beautiful. My only complaint is the ceiling light is not good for a cabin. It needs a fixture to cover the bulbs so it doesn’t shine in your eye.

Very well kept park,staff was super nice and helpful and the cabin was very nice,only downfall this weekend was the fire ban. Also for the price of the cabin I think the mattress could be upgraded.

We would’ve appreciated an email letting us know about the burn ban we wouldn’t of hauled over three huge bundles of wood that’s making more room in the car to pack for other things also we do not understand why someone who lives in the area can’t come and visit you for maybe 30 minutes to see the facility and your views it’s kind of like being isolated for no reason

Great place. Beautiful view of the bay. Everything is so clean. These people really care, you can see it in Everything they do. They even separate all trash for recycling. I love that.

The accommodations were great and exceeded expectations. I was initially a bit offput by staff almost seeming like security (waiting when I drove up, watching while i parked, and asking what I was doing when I returned and unhitched a kayak trailer) but I am glad staff were helpful and clearly overseeing the property. I'm sure that helps prevent theft and other issues. Clean & orderly.

Good location to park a RV lots of sites. All sites are well kept has a restroom laundry and playground. Owners are friendly store is nice enjoyed my stay

This was one of the last trips my family and i took together. I pulled in hoping to find a sign and the facility over the years has had upgrades. It looked amazing. Great to see it once again!
